On the basis of a comprehensive and systematic investigation and a scientific analysis of the development status of mustard industry, especially the technical bottlenecks and problems constraining the industrialized production of mustard in south China, the present study proposed spe- cific research ideas, prospects, suggestions and measures accordingly. It was hoped to provide powerful technical support to promote the industrialized, healthy and sus- tainable development of the mustard industry in south China, and be of practical im- plications for the enrichment of people＇s ＂vegetable baskets＂ and the restructuring of the vegetable industry.展开更多

The time-varying difference-in-difference model is used to identify the impact of payment technology on residents’consumption,and the moderation effect analysis method is used to identify its mechanism.It is found th...The time-varying difference-in-difference model is used to identify the impact of payment technology on residents’consumption,and the moderation effect analysis method is used to identify its mechanism.It is found that payment technology promotes consumption capacity expansion and quality improvement(CEQI)through three pathways of alleviating liquidity constraints,reducing transaction costs and weakening the payment of pain.The parallel and serial mechanisms of the three are further explored.The effect of payment technology on the CEQI of residents’consumption shows obvious heterogeneity due to differences in urban and rural household registration and financial literacy.Based on the empirical research results and the national conditions of China,targeted policy recommendations are proposed from the demand side,the supply side and the technological side.展开更多

It is suggested that clean and high-efficiency utilization of traditional or fossil energy resources, fundamental investigations on the energy and environment theory, renewable energy utilizations, and the development of nuclear energy are selected as priority research areas during the period of the Tenth Five-year Plan of China, according to the development trend of the world energy science and the research background of Chinese energy science, It is expected to promote the interdisciplinary investigations in the science of energy utilizations and provide scientific and technological supports for the development of related advanced high technologies,展开更多
