查找故障积分板的简便方法──测距法

目的观察配戴角膜塑形镜岳睑板腺丢失率、睑板腺总积分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)的变化,探讨长期配戴角膜塑形镜对睑板腺功能和泪膜稳定性的影响。方法采用前瞻性病例对照研究设计。纳入2013年10—12月在金水石迎辉眼科诊所就诊的近视患... 目的观察配戴角膜塑形镜岳睑板腺丢失率、睑板腺总积分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)的变化,探讨长期配戴角膜塑形镜对睑板腺功能和泪膜稳定性的影响。方法采用前瞻性病例对照研究设计。纳入2013年10—12月在金水石迎辉眼科诊所就诊的近视患者50例98眼,根据患者近视矫正方式分为对照组(未配戴角膜塑形镜)24例47眼和试验组(配戴角膜塑形镜)26例51眼。观察并比较2个组患者戴镜前和戴镜3、6、24个月岳睑板腺丢失率、睑板腺总积分和BUT。结果试验组戴镜岳24个月的睑板腺总积分为4.54±1.10,比对照组的2.29±0.75显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);试验组戴镜岳24个月睑板腺总积分比戴镜前显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。试验组戴镜前岳不同时间点的睑板腺丢失率与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05);试验组组内各个时间点的睑板腺丢失率两两比较差异均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05)。试验组戴镜岳6个月及24个月的BUT分别为(7.81±1.63)s和(6.35±1.52)s,比对照组的(9.46±2.13)s和(9.38±1.88)s显著缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.003、0.000);试验组戴镜岳BUT逐渐缩短,组内各个时间点问两两比较,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论长期配戴角膜塑形镜对睑板腺功能和泪膜稳定性均有影响,在戴镜3个月岳BUT缩短,睑板腺形态在戴镜岳24个月内未出现明显变化。 展开更多

In order to design the press bend forming path of aircraft integral panels,a novel optimization method was proposed, which integrates FEM equivalent model based on previous study,the artificial neural network response surface,and the genetic algorithm.First,a multi-step press bend forming FEM equivalent model was established,with which the FEM experiments designed with Taguchi method were performed.Then,the BP neural network response surface was developed with the sample data from the FEM experiments.Furthermore,genetic algorithm was applied with the neural network response surface as the objective function. Finally,verification was carried out on a simple curvature grid-type stiffened panel.The forming error of the panel formed with the optimal path is only 0.098 39 and the calculating efficiency has been improved by 77%.Therefore,this novel optimization method is quite efficient and indispensable for the press bend forming path designing. 展开更多

Analytical solution for stress and deformation of the mining floor based on integral transform 被引量:5

Following exploitation of a coal seam, the final stress field is the sum of in situ stress field and an excavation stress field. Based on this feature, we firstly established a mechanics analytical model of the mining floor strata. Then the study applied Fourier integral transform to solve a biharmonic equation,obtaining the analytical solution of the stress and displacement of the mining floor. Additionally, this investigation used the Mohr–Coulomb yield criterion to determine the plastic failure depth of the floor strata. The calculation process showed that the plastic failure depth of the floor and floor heave are related to the mining width, burial depth and physical–mechanical properties. The results from an example show that the curve of the plastic failure depth of the mining floor is characterized by a funnel shape and the maximum failure depth generates in the middle of mining floor; and that the maximum and minimum principal stresses change distinctly in the shallow layer and tend to a fixed value with an increase in depth. Based on the displacement results, the maximum floor heave appears in the middle of the stope and its value is 0.107 m. This will provide a basis for floor control. Lastly, we have verified the analytical results using FLAC3 Dto simulate floor excavation and find that there is some deviation between the two results, but their overall tendency is consistent which illustrates that the analysis method can well solve the stress and displacement of the floor. 展开更多

Extended finite element method (XFEM) implementation of the interaction integral methodology for evaluating the stress intensity factors (SIF) of the mixed-mode crack problem is presented. A discontinuous function and the near-tip asymptotic function are added to the classic finite element approximation to model the crack behavior. Two-state integral by the superposition of actual and auxiliary fields is derived to calculate the SIFs. Applications of the proposed technique to the inclined centre crack plate with inclined angle from 0° to 90° and slant edge crack plate with slant angle 45°, 67.5° and 90° are presented, and comparisons are made with closed form solutions. The results show that the proposed method is convenient, accurate and computationallv efficient. 展开更多

Flexural and eigen-buckling analyses for rectangular steel-concrete partially composite plates(PCPs)with interlayer slip under simply supported and clamped boundary conditions are conducted using the weak form quadrature element method(QEM).Both of the derivatives and integrals in the variational description of a problem to be solved are directly evaluated by the aid of identical numerical interpolation points in the weak form QEM.The effectiveness of the presented numerical model is validated by comparing numerical results of the weak form QEM with those from FEM or analytic solution.It can be observed that only one quadrature element is fully competent for flexural and eigen-buckling analysis of a rectangular partially composite plate with shear connection stiffness commonly used.The numerical integration order of quadrature element can be adjusted neatly to meet the convergence requirement.The quadrature element model presented here is an effective and promising tool for further analysis of steel-concrete PCPs under more general circumstances.Parametric studies on the shear connection stiffness and length-width ratio of the plate are also presented.It is shown that the flexural deflections and the critical buckling loads of PCPs are significantly affected by the shear connection stiffness when its value is within a certain range. 展开更多

In this paper we have investigated the reflection and the transmission of a system of two symmetric circular-arc-shaped thin porous plates submerged in deep water within the context of linear theory. The hypersingular integral equation technique has been used to analyze the problem mathematically. The integral equations are formulated by applying Green's integral theorem to the fundamental potential function and the scattered potential function into a suitable fluid region, and then using the boundary condition on the porous plate surface. These are solved approximately using an expansion-cure-collocation method where the behaviour of the potential functions at the tips of the plates have been used. This method ultimately produces a very good numerical approximation for the reflection and the transmission coefficients and hydrodynamic force components. The numerical results are depicted graphically against the wave number for a variety of layouts of the arc. Some results are compared with known results for similar configurations of dual rigid plate systems available in the literature with good agreement. 展开更多

The problem of an orthotropic elastic strip is reduced to a system of Cauchy type singular integral equations. The system of singular integral equations is approached by a Quadrature technique. Under two different loading conditions, the results are obtained for the different cases of crack numbers. The resistance of the strip is examined by considering the orthotropic properties of the strip material. Finally, the crack interactions are clarified during the analysis. 展开更多

目的改良睑板腺压榨法治疗睑板腺功能障碍(MGD),比较该方法与传统治疗方法在操作、疗效以及对眼表损害的差别。方法选取2012年1~8月在福建医科大学附属第二医院就诊的40例MGD患者,分成2组:改良组20例,采用改良的无需表面麻醉的... 目的改良睑板腺压榨法治疗睑板腺功能障碍(MGD),比较该方法与传统治疗方法在操作、疗效以及对眼表损害的差别。方法选取2012年1~8月在福建医科大学附属第二医院就诊的40例MGD患者,分成2组:改良组20例,采用改良的无需表面麻醉的睑板腺压榨疗法;传统组20例采用传统的睑板腺压榨法。所有患者治疗1周1次,配合每天进行眼睑卫生清洁和热敷,两组患者每Et均点用人丁泪液4次/d,睡前睑缘擦拭妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏,随访2个月。对患者治疗前、后2个月的眼部症状,睑板腺积分、国际眼表疾病指数(OSDI)积分、操作时间、角膜荧光素钠染色(FL)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)以及压榨后睑结膜上皮细胞形态进行观察记录。结果治疗前,传统组和改良组在眼部症状、睑板腺积分、OSDI、FL、BUT、泪液分泌试验上均差别无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后,传统组和改良组SIT、FL比治疗前均有不同程度的改善差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05),特别是BUT明显延长,睑板腺积分、OSDI显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);组间比较,改良组BUT为(8.75±4.19)s较传统组(5.6±2.11)S明显延长,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。改良组操作时间为(2.5±0.82)min,传统组操作时间为(15±3.5)min,差异显著有统计学意义(t=33.108,P〈0.01)。睑结膜印迹细胞检查显示改良组治疗后的结膜上皮细胞损伤程度明显小于传统组,差异有统计学意义(连续性矫正的x2=27.726,P=0.000)。治疗和随访期内,改良组治疗过程和治疗后无不良反应发生,传统组有3例次日出现结膜充血,分泌物增多,急性结膜炎症状,给予抗生素眼药水后缓解。结论改良和传统的睑板腺压榨疗法均能有效缓解MGD引起的眼部不适,改良压榨法对泪膜稳定性的提高有更好地作用,并且较传统方法治疗时间明显缩短,操作更加简便,对结膜上皮损伤程度轻微,值得推广应用。 展开更多

The ultrathin polyelectrolyte molecular deposition films and polyelectrolyte composite nanoparticles molecular deposition films were prepared using layer-by-layer molecular deposition method and in situ growth method.A micro-tribometer has been developed to measure the shear response of those ultrathin molecular deposition films.By using a smooth steel sphere in a ball-on-flat configuration,the shear force was determined for molecular deposition films on glass substrate for different layers.The results indicate that the shear behaviors of molecular deposition film were mainly determined with the contact area and film layers.Moreover,the composite molecular deposition film with nanoparticles has better shear behaviors than the polyelectrolyte molecular deposition film.The shear force of polyelectrolyte molecular deposition film is more dependent on the speed than that of composite nanoparticle molecular deposition film. 展开更多
