Operating fro...On the basis of mutual compensation of mobility and threshold voltage temperature effects, a stable CMOS band-gap voltage reference circuit was designed and fabricated in CSMC-HJ 0.6 μm CMOS technology. Operating from 0 to 85 ℃ under a supply voltage ranging from 4.5 to 5.5 V, the voltage reference circuit offers an output reference voltage ranging from 1.122 to 1.176 V and a voltage variation less than ±3.70%. The chip size including bonding pads is only 0.4 mm×0.4 mm and the power dissipation falls inside the scope of 28.3 to 48.8 mW operating at a supply voltage of 4.5 to 5.5 V.展开更多
To improve the segmentation quality and efficiency of color image,a novel approach which combines the advantages of the mean shift(MS) segmentation and improved ant clustering method is proposed.The regions which can ...To improve the segmentation quality and efficiency of color image,a novel approach which combines the advantages of the mean shift(MS) segmentation and improved ant clustering method is proposed.The regions which can preserve the discontinuity characteristics of an image are segmented by MS algorithm,and then they are represented by a graph in which every region is represented by a node.In order to solve the graph partition problem,an improved ant clustering algorithm,called similarity carrying ant model(SCAM-ant),is proposed,in which a new similarity calculation method is given.Using SCAM-ant,the maximum number of items that each ant can carry will increase,the clustering time will be effectively reduced,and globally optimized clustering can also be realized.Because the graph is not based on the pixels of original image but on the segmentation result of MS algorithm,the computational complexity is greatly reduced.Experiments show that the proposed method can realize color image segmentation efficiently,and compared with the conventional methods based on the image pixels,it improves the image segmentation quality and the anti-interference ability.展开更多

Determination of the chemical shifts of hydrogen atoms, especially those of CH groups, according to the two methods yielded significant differences. According to the edge detection,the starting location of Mean-shift can be estimated using the target center coordinate. Objective To compare the phase radians in several cerebral regions between patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and control subjects, and to evaluate whether iron deposition quantified by susceptibility-weighted ...Objective To compare the phase radians in several cerebral regions between patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and control subjects, and to evaluate whether iron deposition quantified by susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI) is related to the severity of motor symptoms of PD. Methods SWI consisted of both magnitude and phase images from a fully flow-compensated, 3-dimensional and gradient-echo (GRE) sequence. Magnitude and phase data were collected at GE HD 1.5T. The regions evaluated included frontal white matter, grey matter, cerebrospinal fluid, putamen, caudate nucleus (CN), sub- stantia nigra pars compacta (SNc), substantia nigra pars reticulata (SNr), and red nucleus (RN). A total number of 42 patients (12 patients without cognitive dysfunction, and 30 with cognitive dysfunction from mild to moderate degrees) and 30 control subjects were employed in the present study. Results The phase radians of SNc, CN and RN in PD patients were lower than those in control subjects (P〈0.05). Conclusion The phase radians can be used to estimate the brain iron deposition in PD patients, which may be helpful in the diagnosis and longitudinal monitoring of PD.展开更多

This dual-fluid model was applied to the num...A new dual-fluid model considering phase ansition and velocity slip was proposed in this paper and the Cunningham correction was used in the droplet resistance calculation. This dual-fluid model was applied to the numerical simulations of wet steam flow in a 2D LAVAL nozzle and in the White cascade respectively. The results of two simulations demonstrate that the model is reliable. Meanwhile, the spontaneous condensing flow in White cascade was analyzed and it infers that the irreversible loss caused by condensation accounts for the largest share (about 8.78% of inlet total pressure) in total pressure loss while the loss caused by velocity slip takes the smallest share (nearly 0.42%), and another part of total pressure loss caused by pneumatic factors contributes a less share than condensation, i.e. almost 3.95% of inlet total pressure.展开更多
