介绍了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的移相调频(Phase-ShiftedandFrequency-Varied,PSFV)PWM控制逆变电源,给出了主电路拓扑结构,分析了其控制原理并设计了其控制程序流程图。新颖的PSFV控制能够实现输出电压90%的调整率,输出电流波动... 介绍了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的移相调频(Phase-ShiftedandFrequency-Varied,PSFV)PWM控制逆变电源,给出了主电路拓扑结构,分析了其控制原理并设计了其控制程序流程图。新颖的PSFV控制能够实现输出电压90%的调整率,输出电流波动小于单纯移相调功PWM方式,并在轻载时保持连续。功率开关器件零电压零电流通断(Zero-Voltage-Zero-CurrentSwitching,ZVZCS)软开关的实现,有利于进一步提高开关频率和降低开关损耗。采用高性能的专用DSP芯片TMS320F2812实现了系统的数字控制,满足了系统控制的灵活性和实时性,减小了系统的体积和生产成本。仿真分析和实验结果证明了此控制模式的可行性与合理性。 展开更多

为实现电动汽车无线充电系统中逆变部分的有效控制,比较分析了高频逆变器移相控制和调频控制的特性,确定了移相和调频相结合的方案;提出了实现该方案的DSP+FPGA的控制硬件构架,主要描述了控制构架中FPGA根据DSP指令进行实时移相调频的... 为实现电动汽车无线充电系统中逆变部分的有效控制,比较分析了高频逆变器移相控制和调频控制的特性,确定了移相和调频相结合的方案;提出了实现该方案的DSP+FPGA的控制硬件构架,主要描述了控制构架中FPGA根据DSP指令进行实时移相调频的实现原理,以及FPGA中的硬件语言设计,提出了该原理容易出现的窄脉冲的避免办法;最终在11 kW无线充电高效高密度地端功率装置中进行验证,实现了频率和相位更新时PWM波的无缝切换以及逆变器在系统中的有效控制,装置通过调节移相角可以稳定工作在不同功率范围,工作效率均超过国标要求的92.5%,证明了该控制方法的正确性,且满足了实际工程的需求。 展开更多

This paper introduces a novel digital transceiver for the cordless telephone zero (CT0) standard,which uses a digital modulation and demodulation technique to handle the signal instead of the traditional analog meth-od. In the transmitter,a fractional-N phase locked loop (PLL) is utilized to realize the continuous phase frequency shift key (CPFSK) modulation,and a 2 Ts raised cosine (2RC) shaping technique is used to reduce the occupied bandwidth. In the receiver,a novel digital method is proposed to demodulate the 2RC CPFSK signal. This chip is fabricated using an SMIC 0.35μm mixed signal CMOS process with a die size of 2mm × 2mm. With an external low noise amplifier (LNA),the sensitivity of the chip is better than -103dBm. 展开更多

We have studied the effect of phase shifted frequency modulation on two level atom with field interaction using Jaynes-Cummings model.Here the frequency of the interacting field is sinusoidally varying with time with a constant phase.Due to the presence of phase in the frequency modulation,the variation of population inversion with time is different from the standard case.There are no exact collapses and revivals in the variation of population inversion but it oscillates sinusoidally with time.In coherent field atom interaction the population inversion behaves as in the case of Fock state atom interaction,when frequency modulation with a non zero phase is applied.The study done with squeezed field has shown the same behavior of the population inversion. 展开更多

In this paper, a dynamic optical arbitrary waveform generator(OAWG) based on cross phase modulation(XPM) is proposed. According to the characteristics of XPM, the nonlinear phase shift of signal can be changed along with the pump power. The amplitude of signal can be changed by controlling the phase shift at one arm of a Mach-Zehnder interferometer(MZI) using XPM effect between signal and pump. Therefore, the phase and amplitude of the optical frequency comb(OFC) can be controlled by two pump arrays. As a result, different kinds of waveforms can be synthesized. Due to the ultrafast response of XPM, the generated waveform could be dynamically updated with an ultrafast frequency. The waveform fidelity is affected by the updating frequency. 展开更多

In order to further improve the carrier synchronization estimation range and accuracy at low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR), this paper proposes a code-aided carrier synchronization algorithm based on improved nonbinary low-density parity-check(NB-LDPC) codes to study the polarization-division-multiplexing coherent optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(PDM-CO-OFDM) system performance in the cases of quadrature phase shift keying(QPSK) and 16 quadrature amplitude modulation(16-QAM) modes. The simulation results indicate that this algorithm can enlarge frequency and phase offset estimation ranges and enhance accuracy of the system greatly, and the bit error rate(BER) performance of the system is improved effectively compared with that of the system employing traditional NB-LDPC code-aided carrier synchronization algorithm. 展开更多
