目的探讨使用氯化钠稀释对缓解静滴氯化钾所致疼痛及补钾效果的影响。方法将60例血钾偏低需静脉补钾病人随机分为两组各30例,钠盐组将10%氯化钾15ml加入生理盐水500ml中进行静脉滴注,葡萄糖组将10%氯化钾15ml加入5%葡萄糖液500ml中进行... 目的探讨使用氯化钠稀释对缓解静滴氯化钾所致疼痛及补钾效果的影响。方法将60例血钾偏低需静脉补钾病人随机分为两组各30例,钠盐组将10%氯化钾15ml加入生理盐水500ml中进行静脉滴注,葡萄糖组将10%氯化钾15ml加入5%葡萄糖液500ml中进行静脉滴注,2次/d,观察局部疼痛发生情况,补钾2d后观察血钾升高值。结果两组疼痛程度比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);钠盐组血钾升高(0.57±0.14)mmol/L,葡萄糖组血钾升高(0.89±0.39)mmol/L,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论钠盐可缓解静滴氯化钾所致的局部疼痛,同时钠盐亦会减慢补钾的过程。 展开更多

高镁含硼盐卤体系中存在"过饱和溶解度"、"稀释成盐"和同名离子"增溶"等反常现象。研究发现:氯化镁溶液在中低浓度时显中性,在高浓度时显酸性,饱和时pH值小于4.5。而各种镁硼酸盐基本都是pH值大于8.0的... 高镁含硼盐卤体系中存在"过饱和溶解度"、"稀释成盐"和同名离子"增溶"等反常现象。研究发现:氯化镁溶液在中低浓度时显中性,在高浓度时显酸性,饱和时pH值小于4.5。而各种镁硼酸盐基本都是pH值大于8.0的碱性矿物。水溶液中酸碱难共存,但镁硼酸盐与氯化镁却因具有相同离子而能够在高镁含硼盐卤体系中共存。结合氯化镁溶液特殊酸度变化规律与相关相化学数据可较圆满的解释高镁含硼盐卤体系中的反常现象。 展开更多

A Aeries of hydroxylic hyperbranched polymers were derived from 2,2-bis(methylol) propionic acid and tris(methylol) propane reacted with acrylic acid to various extents. The obtained acrylated hyperbranched polymers alone or with a monofunctional diluent, isobornylene acrylate(IBOA) were further cured by UV radiation. The cured films based on the modified polymers alone all demonstrated poor mechanical properties due to their high network densities and low moving ability of polymer chains. For the composite systems, the cured films demonstrated improved mechanical properties due to the low network densities and high chain moving ability. With more IBOA included in the systems, acrylate groups can react to a higher extent during the curing process. 展开更多

Three operating modes, i.e., constant mass rate addition of diluent, constant mass fraction of diluent and constant size-independent growth rate, were investigated over a wide range of controlled parameters. The expression of recombinant proteins in microorganism frequently leads to the formation of insoluble aggregates, inclusion bodies (IBs). Thus, the additional in vitro protein refolding process is required to convert inactive IBs into water-soluble active proteins. This study investigated the effect of sulfur residue and hydrophobicity of imidazolium-based room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) on the refolding of lysozyme as a model protein in the batch dilution method which is the most commonly used refolding method. When lysozyme was refolded in the refolding buffer containing [BF4]-based RTILs with a systematic variety of alkyl chain on cations varying from two to eight, less hydrophobic imidazolium cations having shorter alkyl chains were effective to facilitate lysozyme refolding. Compared to the conventional refolding buffer, 2 times higher lysozyme re- folding yield was obtained in l-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([EMIM][BF4]) containing refolding buffer. The refolding yield of lysozyme was even more increased by 2.5 times when 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium methylsulfate ([BMIM][MS]) containing sulfur residue on anion was used. The sulfur residue in [BMIM][MS] is supposed to improve the refolding yield of lysozyme which has 4 intrarnolecular disulfide bonds. For dilution-based refolding of lysozyme, the opti- mum concentrations of RTILs in refolding buffer were found to be 1.0 M [EMIM][BF4] and 0.5 M [PMIM][MS], respectively. The optimum temperate for dilution-based refolding of lysozyme with RTILs was 4 ℃. 展开更多
