The combination of the two techniques is of many advantages as ISE can be performed at low [LT]:[MT] ratios and significantly higher [MT], whereas DPP could be used well at large [LT]:[MT] ratios and much smaller [MT]. This makes it possible to study a metal-ligand system in a relatively broader range of experimental conditions that, in turn, provides more information about the metakligand system of interest. Applying the unified mathematical treatment to the cadmium-glycine system, two new complexes MHL and ML2(OH) as well as three complexes ML, ML2 and ML3, reported in literatures, could be modeled and all their stability constants have been refined.展开更多

Fulvic acids were separated from the river Mtkvari by the adsorption-chromotographic method. The charcoal (BAU, Russia) was used as a sorbent. The suspension of copper(If) hydroxide was used as the solid phase, on which was added the increasing quantity of standard solution of fulvic acids. In diluted solutions, at pH = 8 the dominant form of copper(lI) is copper dihydroxo complex Cu(OH)^zO. It was established that in the Cu(OH)2 (solid)-Cu(OH)^20 (solution)-FA^2-H20 system, dominates copper dyhydroxo fulvate complex with the structure 1:1, [Cu(OH)2FA]^2. We studied the effects of slaked lime and quick lime on activating FA, and discussed their kinetics. ...Lime, which is a frequently used activating agent of fly ash (FA), has two main states: slaked lime and quick lime. We studied the effects of slaked lime and quick lime on activating FA, and discussed their kinetics. The results show that slaked lime is more beneficial for activating FA than quick lime given the condition of equivalent CaO amount. The use of slaked lime has superiority in technology and economy on activating FA. Theoretical analysis revealed that the kinetic constant of the activation reaction using slaked lime is higher than using quick lime, credited to the better volume stability and fineness, and smaller water demand of slaked lime.展开更多

A reliable determination of the complex stoichiom...Inclusion behavior of oxybutynin (OBN) with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) was investigated by ultraviolet absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum. A reliable determination of the complex stoichiometry was provided by the continuous variation technique. Alcohol was added to further investigate the mechanism of the inclusion behavior. Thermodynamic constants AG, AH and AS for inclusion interaction of OBN and HP-β-CD were determined. The results show that host-guest complex with molar ratio of 1:1 is formed, and inclusion stability constant between OBN and HP-β-CD is 54.9 L/mol determined by ultraviolet spectrum and 11.1 L/mol determined by fluorescence spectrum. OBN has weak binding ability with HP-β-CD in aqueous solution (stability constant 〈102 L/mol) and addition of alcohol leads to a decrease of stability constant, which indicates that the hydrophobic force contributes to the inclusion process. AG, AH and AS are all less than zero, which indicates that the inclusion process is a spontaneous and exothermic process.展开更多

Homogeneous CeL- and mixed ligand CeL-CPC compounds are formed at pH 6. Constants of stability of the complexes are (IgKD 5.15±0.02 (CeL), 7.98±0.03 (CeL-CPC). Ratio of reagents in composition of homogeneous is (1 :2) and in different ligand it equals to (1:2:2). Beer's law is observed in interval of concentration 1.12-11.2 μg/ml Ce. Swing-up and stabilization of the inverted pendulum were implemented directly in a Fuzzy...In this study, a real-time control of the cart inverted pendulum system was developed using Mamdani type Fuzzy Logic Controller. Swing-up and stabilization of the inverted pendulum were implemented directly in a Fuzzy Logic Controller. The fuzzy logic controller was designed in the Matlab-Simulink environment and applied into in a Quasar controller board. Swing-up algorithm brings the pendulum near to its inverted position in 5 seconds from downward position. External forces were applied on the inverted pendulum to test the robustness of the fuzzy logic controller under internal as well as external disturbances. The inverted pendulum system showed an acceptable robustness to the external and internal disturbances.展开更多

Th...In considering next-nearest neighbor (NNN) coupling, we numerically investigate the magnetoelastic instability in ring-shaped mesoscopic antiferromagnetic Heisenberg spin 1/2 systems with spin-phonon interaction. The results indicate that, for antiferromagnetic NNN coupling J2, there may be a critical value J2^c, at which the ground state is dimerized for arbitrary lattice spring constant and beyond and below which the magnetoelastic instability behavior is different from each other. The values of J2^c are irrelevant to the system size. For ferromagnetic NNN coupling, only continuous transition is present from dimerized phase to uniform phase as lattice spring constant is increased.展开更多

Instead of usual singularity behind black hole horizon, all fields and curvature invariants are regular everywhere f...We present a class of regular black holes with cosmological constant A in nonlinear electrodynamics. Instead of usual singularity behind black hole horizon, all fields and curvature invariants are regular everywhere for the regular black holes. Through gauge invariant approach, the linearly dynamical stability of the regular black hole is studied. In odd-parity sector, we find that the A term does not appear in the master equations of perturbations, which shows that the regular black hole is stable under odd-parity perturbations. On the other hand, for the even-parity sector, the master equations are more complicated than the case without the cosmological constant. We obtain the sufficient conditions for stability of the regular black hole. We also investigate the thermodynamic properties of the regular black hole. and find that those thermodynamic quantities do not satisfy the differential form of first law of black hole thermodynamics. The reason for violating the first law is revealed.展开更多

As the oil residues are rich for their strongly polar composition, such as the asphaltene resins, and complex structures units (SCU), which has a role in the formation of coke, and as the dispersion of these latter improves the quality of coke, a study on the stability of aggregation was carried out by the addition of one stabilizer (oil Extract) in the coking process load, The Compounding (Extracted from/RCC oil) has been drived to the best efficiency of coke. For square stable systems, an open-loop approach is proposed, which features the t...This paper presents some new dynamic interaction analysis approaches for square or non-square systems and a pairing evaluation method. For square stable systems, an open-loop approach is proposed, which features the tradeoff between the contributions of response time constant and delay time to relative gain. For non-square stable systems, an extension from the proposed open-loop approach for square systems is presented and the corresponding pairing procedure is given. No interaction analysis approach is perfect for all systems, so any recommended pairing needs to be examined. An evaluation method is proposed in closed-loop with optimal controllers for each loop and whether the pairing is appropriate can be evaluated through testing if the equivalent relative gain is within defined scope. The advantages and effectiveness of proposed interaction analysis approaches and pairing evaluation method are highlighted via several examples of industrial processes.展开更多

A continuous overcast-rainy weather(CORW) process occurred over the mid-lower reaches of the Yangtze River(MLRYR) in China from February 14 to March 9 in 2009,with a large stretch and long duration that was rarely see...A continuous overcast-rainy weather(CORW) process occurred over the mid-lower reaches of the Yangtze River(MLRYR) in China from February 14 to March 9 in 2009,with a large stretch and long duration that was rarely seen in historical records.Using the empirical orthogonal function(EOF),we analyzed the geopotential height anomaly field of the NCEP-DOE Reanalysis II in the same period,and defined the stable components of extended-range(10-30 days) weather forecast(ERWF).Furthermore,we defined anomalous and climatic stable components based on the variation characteristics of the variance contribution ratio of EOF components.The climatic stable components were able to explain the impact of climatically averaged information on the ERWF,and the anomalous stable components revealed the abnormal characteristics of the continuous overcast-rainy days.Our results show that the stable components,especially the anomalous stable components,can maintain the stability for a longer time(more than 10 days) and manifest as monthly scale low-frequency variation and ultra-long-wave activities.They also behave as ultra-long waves of planetary scale with a stable and vertically coherent structure,reflect the variation of general circulation in mid-high latitudes,display the cycle of the zonal circulation and the movement and adjustment of the ultra-long waves,and are closely linked to the surface CORW process.展开更多

The system under consideration can be viewed as a two-component process (X(t), α(t)), where the system is linear in X(t) and α(t) is a continuous-time Markov chain with a finite state space. Conditions for almost surely exponential stability and instability are obtained. The conditions are based on the Lyapunov exponent, which in turn, depends on the associate invaxiant density. Concentrating on the case that the continuous component is two dimensional, using transformation techniques, differential equations satisfied by the invariant density associated with the Lyapunov exponent are derived. Conditions for existence and uniqueness of solutions are derived. Then numerical solutions are developed to solve the associated differential equations.展开更多

文摘The output feedback model predictive control(MPC),for a linear parameter varying(LPV) process system including unmeasurable model parameters and disturbance(all lying in known polytopes),is considered.Some previously developed tools,including the norm-bounding technique for relaxing the disturbance-related constraint handling,the dynamic output feedback law,the notion of quadratic boundedness for specifying the closed-loop stability,and the ellipsoidal state estimation error bound for guaranteeing the recursive feasibility,are merged in the control design.Some previous approaches are shown to be the special cases.An example of continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR) is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed approaches.
文摘This research was performed in order to allow the study of the chemical composition influence of the coking process load on the efficiency and the quality of coke. For this reason, the coking of the following loads was realized: Atmospheric residue (RAT), vacuum Residue (RSV) and catalytic Residue of cracking (RCC). (The residues are obtained from an Algerian crude oil). As the oil residues are rich for their strongly polar composition, such as the asphaltene resins, and complex structures units (SCU), which has a role in the formation of coke, and as the dispersion of these latter improves the quality of coke, a study on the stability of aggregation was carried out by the addition of one stabilizer (oil Extract) in the coking process load, The Compounding (Extracted from/RCC oil) has been drived to the best efficiency of coke. The study consists of the influence this is characterized by the analyses Infra-red (IR) and x-ray diffraction (XRD).

文摘This paper presents some new dynamic interaction analysis approaches for square or non-square systems and a pairing evaluation method. For square stable systems, an open-loop approach is proposed, which features the tradeoff between the contributions of response time constant and delay time to relative gain. For non-square stable systems, an extension from the proposed open-loop approach for square systems is presented and the corresponding pairing procedure is given. No interaction analysis approach is perfect for all systems, so any recommended pairing needs to be examined. An evaluation method is proposed in closed-loop with optimal controllers for each loop and whether the pairing is appropriate can be evaluated through testing if the equivalent relative gain is within defined scope. The advantages and effectiveness of proposed interaction analysis approaches and pairing evaluation method are highlighted via several examples of industrial processes.
文摘This paper aims to investigate the retarded Liénard-type equation+f 1(x)+f 2(x)(t-τ)+f 3(x)2+φ(x)+g(x(t-τ))=0,where τ is a nonnegative constant, f 1,f 2,f 3,φ and g are continuous functions on R. Using Liapunov functional method, we establish a sufficient condition on the stability and boundedness of the solutions of above equation. This will generalize the main results of reference [2].

文摘A continuous overcast-rainy weather(CORW) process occurred over the mid-lower reaches of the Yangtze River(MLRYR) in China from February 14 to March 9 in 2009,with a large stretch and long duration that was rarely seen in historical records.Using the empirical orthogonal function(EOF),we analyzed the geopotential height anomaly field of the NCEP-DOE Reanalysis II in the same period,and defined the stable components of extended-range(10-30 days) weather forecast(ERWF).Furthermore,we defined anomalous and climatic stable components based on the variation characteristics of the variance contribution ratio of EOF components.The climatic stable components were able to explain the impact of climatically averaged information on the ERWF,and the anomalous stable components revealed the abnormal characteristics of the continuous overcast-rainy days.Our results show that the stable components,especially the anomalous stable components,can maintain the stability for a longer time(more than 10 days) and manifest as monthly scale low-frequency variation and ultra-long-wave activities.They also behave as ultra-long waves of planetary scale with a stable and vertically coherent structure,reflect the variation of general circulation in mid-high latitudes,display the cycle of the zonal circulation and the movement and adjustment of the ultra-long waves,and are closely linked to the surface CORW process.

文摘This paper is concerned with stability of a class of randomly switched systems of ordinary differential equations. The system under consideration can be viewed as a two-component process (X(t), α(t)), where the system is linear in X(t) and α(t) is a continuous-time Markov chain with a finite state space. Conditions for almost surely exponential stability and instability are obtained. The conditions are based on the Lyapunov exponent, which in turn, depends on the associate invaxiant density. Concentrating on the case that the continuous component is two dimensional, using transformation techniques, differential equations satisfied by the invariant density associated with the Lyapunov exponent are derived. Conditions for existence and uniqueness of solutions are derived. Then numerical solutions are developed to solve the associated differential equations.
