青少年口腔正畸治疗中应用微型种植体支抗的稳定性和安全性 被引量:10

目的探讨微型种植体支抗应用于青少年口腔正畸治疗的稳定性及安全性。方法选择2013年7月至2015年7月期间本院收治的156例青少年口腔正畸患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组各78例。对照组给予传统的支抗口腔正畸法治疗,观察组给予微型种... 目的探讨微型种植体支抗应用于青少年口腔正畸治疗的稳定性及安全性。方法选择2013年7月至2015年7月期间本院收治的156例青少年口腔正畸患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组各78例。对照组给予传统的支抗口腔正畸法治疗,观察组给予微型种植体支抗口腔正畸法治疗,持续治疗时间为2年。对比两组口腔正畸治疗的成功率、各正畸指标的改善效果及并发症的发生情况。结果治疗结束后,对照组治疗成功率为70.51%;观察组治疗成功率97.44%,两组治疗成功率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组磨牙移位显著低于对照组,上中切牙倾斜角差、上中切牙凸距差显著高于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症的发生率为28.21%;观察组并发症的发生率为6.41%,两组并发症的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青少年口腔正畸治疗中应用微型种植体支抗效果显著,可有效提高治疗成功率,降低并发症的发生率,具有较好的稳定性和安全性。 展开更多

目的:优化一种增强免疫力复方中药制剂的提取工艺,并对研制的复方中药制剂进行稳定性、安全性毒理学评价及功能性评价。方法:以粗多糖、总皂苷和淫羊藿苷含量为指标,以中药炙黄芪、淫羊藿、人参、熟地黄、茯苓、甘草为原料,应用正交实... 目的:优化一种增强免疫力复方中药制剂的提取工艺,并对研制的复方中药制剂进行稳定性、安全性毒理学评价及功能性评价。方法:以粗多糖、总皂苷和淫羊藿苷含量为指标,以中药炙黄芪、淫羊藿、人参、熟地黄、茯苓、甘草为原料,应用正交实验法优化提取工艺,并对标志性成分的稳定性、灭菌工艺进行验证和评价,并依据卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》对研制的复方中药制剂进行安全性毒理学评价及功能评价。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为:初次提取按料液比1∶10煎煮2h,第2次提取按料液比1∶8煎煮1h。口服液中标志性成分均有较好的稳定性,在24个月保质期中可以保证产品质量的要求。灭菌条件的灭菌效果重现性很好,灭菌工艺条件稳定可靠。安全毒理学评价各项指标均未见明显毒性反应,功能评价为:受试样品高剂量组ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力和小鼠左后足跖部24h与0h厚度测量值差值均增加,差异均有显著性。结论:建立的提取方法具有提取效率高、工艺简单等优点,经过安全性毒理学试验证明属于无毒性产品,经功能学试验证明具有增强免疫力的保健功能,长期食用可改善体质、增强免疫力。 展开更多

Monitoring the stability of steep slopes of open-pit mines is a major issue relating to production safety in mines.In order to determine the technical parameters of a new type of supervising system applied in monitoring steep slopes of open-pit mines,the MSARMA method was used to establish analytical models for the monitoring system,given various parameter settings based on the description of mechanical monitoring principles.We used this sensitivity analysis to conclude that the setting of the most sensitive location of a mechanical monitoring system should be within a range of 1/5~1/2 of the lower part in a vertical direction of steep slopes,with a rational and feasible range of the dip angle setting between 0°~20°.Given the analytical results of our on-site experiments,we have shown that the parameters determined reflect the stability of steep slopes accurately and effectively.These conclusions provide a basis for the application of a new type of steep slope stability monitoring technology in open-pit mines. 展开更多

The safety and stability study on Northeast, North, East, Northwest and Central China power grids had been carried out, which provided technical supports to planning design of regional power grids. By analyzing safety and stability under severe faults in regional power grids, revealed weaknesses on power grid configurations and measures for preventing from loss of stability were presented. In comparison of various schemes of power system safety and stability among parts of power grids, more than two recommended schemes can be chosen as reference in planning design for regional power grids. Considering the safety and stability control measures necessary for each power grids, it is believed the trunk networks of all power grids can fulfill the third criteria of Guideline for Power System Safety and Stability, while the weakness and predominated hydropower may deteriorate safety and stability of power grids. The power grid shall be regulated in line with the variation of boundary conditions. 展开更多
