芋蝗线粒体全基因组特征及稻蝗亚科线粒体基因组比较分析

芋蝗(Gesonula punctifrons)是莲藕和芋类等水生蔬菜的一种重要害虫,为探究其线粒体基因组结构及稻蝗亚科(Oxyinae)的线粒体基因组进化特征,本研究利用二代测序技术获取芋蝗线粒体全基因组序列,并对芋蝗和其他已报道的11个稻蝗亚科物种... 芋蝗(Gesonula punctifrons)是莲藕和芋类等水生蔬菜的一种重要害虫,为探究其线粒体基因组结构及稻蝗亚科(Oxyinae)的线粒体基因组进化特征,本研究利用二代测序技术获取芋蝗线粒体全基因组序列,并对芋蝗和其他已报道的11个稻蝗亚科物种的线粒体基因组的基因结构特点及碱基组成等进行比较分析。芋蝗线粒体基因组全长为16312 bp,A+T含量76.16%,共包含13个蛋白编码基因(protein-coding genes,PCGs)、22个转运RNA(transfer RNA,tRNAs)基因、2个核糖体RNA(ribosomal RNAs,rRNAs)基因和1个长度为1496 bp的AT富集区(AT-rich region)。稻蝗亚科物种的线粒体基因组长度在15427~16402 bp之间,其全基因组序列均呈现明显的AT偏好性(74.75%~76.16%)。tRNA基因二级结构分析显示,除tRNA^(Ser(AGN))缺少DHU臂而形成简单的环,其余tRNA基因均能形成典型的三叶草结构。基于13个PCGs,采用贝叶斯法(Bayesian inference method,BI)和最大似然法(maximum likelihood method,ML)重建稻蝗亚科系统发育树,结果显示芋蝗位于稻蝗亚科的最基部。本研究获得了芋蝗线粒体基因组全序列,对稻蝗亚科进行线粒体基因组学比较分析,研究结果不仅能够为直翅目(Orthoptera)分子系统学研究提供基础数据,更有助于阐述稻蝗亚科线粒体基因组分化规律。 展开更多

[ Objective] The genetic diversity of the local cultivated aromatic rice and non-aromatic rice in Yunnan Province were compared to provide further genetic resources for breeding practice. [Method] Genetic diversity of 10 aromatic rice and 45 non-aromatic rice were analyzed by 64 SSR primers covered on 12 rice chromosomes. [ Result] Per locus 5.44 and 7.98 alleles in average were detected, ranging from 2 to 12 and from 2 to 17 in aromatic and non-aromatic rice, respectively. Average genetic multiplicity index(Hs) was 0.46 and 0.67 respectively. The average polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.43 and 0.58 in aromatic and non-aromatic rice respectively. [ Conclusion] The results indicated that genetic diversity was higher in non-aromatic rice than in aromatic rice. 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of different rates of 10% cyhalofop-butyl EW for control of Poaceae weeds in transplanted rice in China. [Method] The experimental and eco-friendly herbicide, 10% cyhalofop-butyl EW, was applied in field trials in 2013 to investigate its efficacy in five representa-tive rice producing areas, one in each of the provinces Anhui, Hunan, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Liaoning. [Result] The results showed that 10% cyhalofop-butyl EW could effectively control Poaceae weeds in transplanted rice without negative effects on the rice crop. The optimal application rate of 10% cyhalofop-butyl EW was found to be 750-1 500 ml/hm2. [Conclusion] The study confirmed that 10% cyhalofop-butyl EW has clear potential for wide-spread adoption in rice production systems. 展开更多

Control Efficiency and Crop Safety of 20% Cyhalofop-butyl WP on Grass Weeds in Direct Seeded Rice Fields

The purpose was to define the control efficiency and safety of 20% cy- halofop-butyl WP on grass weeds in direct seeded rice fields, in order to provide the basis for chemical weeding. This study measured Leptochloa chinensis(L.) Nees, Echinoch/oa crusgalli (L.) Beauv and other gramineous weed control efficiency with four concentrations of 20% cyhalofop-dutyl WP and 100 g/L cyhalofop-dutyl EC in direct seeded rice fields, and analyzed the yield-increasing effect and safety of rice. The results showed that 20% cyhalofop-butyl WP had a good control efficiency on grass weeds such as Leptochloa chinensis(L.) Nees, Echinoch/oa crusgalli(L.) Beauv and other grasses. The effective dosage of 90-150 g/hm2 was over 90.7% on Lep- foch/oa chinensis(L.) Nees and the comprehensive control effect of the grass weeds was above 86.7%, which was basically consistent with 100 g/L cyhalofop-dutyl EC. Furthermore, 20% cyhalofop-dutyl WP was high security for direct seeded rice fields. The yield of rice was increased by 10.18%-11.22% after spraying herbicide. There- fore, 20% of cyhalofop-dutyl WP can be used as a special herbicide for controlling Leptochloa chinensis(L.) Beauv in direct seeded rice fields, and has a good applica- tion prospect. 展开更多

This survey had the aim to identify the mite fauna and mite ecologic interaction in rice culture, harvest 2010-2011, in Taquari and Cachoeirinha Counties, state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The mite population was biweekly evaluated on IRGA 424 and INTA PUITA CL cultivars in four areas where randomly sampled 20 plants/area. Fluctuation, ecologic indices and correlation between species and environmental factors were calculated. A total of 1,626 mites belonging to 14 species from 12 families were collected. Of the total specimens collected, 34.56% was on IRGA 424, in Taquari, 32.47% on IRGA 424-120 and 28.35% on IRGA 424-60, in Cachoeirinha and 4.61% on 1NTA PUIT,g, CL, in Taquari. Family Ascidae showed great richness, with four species, Lasioseius sp., Lasioseius sp., Proctolaelaps sp. and Cheiroseius sp.. Schizotetranychus oryzae Rossi de Simons (86.65%) was the phytophagous mite more abundant, while among the predators Neoseiulus paraibensis (Moraes and McMurtry) (6.88%) stood out. The population peaks of S. oryzae and N. paraibensis happened on March 2011. In all evaluated areas, the correlation between S. oryzae and N. paraibensis was positive, specially on IRGA 424-120 (r = 0.93, P = 0.006). 展开更多

There is immobilization of inorganic P (phosphorus) fertilizer becoming unavailable to plants and declining yield over cropping seasons is occurring in rice agro-ecology of humid forest. The performances of indigenous PR (rock phosphates) from Ma (Mali), Burkina Bu (Faso), Ni (Niger), To (Togo) and Senegal including that of Pa (Thies) and Ta (Taiba) were tested applying 200 kg.P2O5.ha-1 and 400 kg.P2O5.ha-1 once for three cropping seasons while TSP (triple super phosphate) was applied every season at 60 kg.P2O5.ha-1 and 120 kg-P2O5.ha-1. No P-fertilizer treatment was the control plot and WAB 56-104 was sown as rice variety. No significant difference was observed between the overall mean values of plant height, tiller and panicle numbers according to P-sources likewise for the grain yield when comparing that of 60 kg.P2O5.ha-1 (TSP) vs. treatments of PR while, the treatments Pa, Ta and To significantly induced greater grain yield than 120 kg.P2O5.ha-1 as TSP. Moreover, declining yield in the third cropping year was greater (75%) with TSP than for To, which was not significantly impacted by the number of cropping seasons. Applying 200 kg.P2O5.ha-1 of To was suggested as strategy for sustaining rice production on Ferralsol of west Africa. 展开更多
