基于广义中心差分卷积和空间分布机制的CG图像检测

针对数字取证和司法鉴定领域中计算机生成图像检测技术日益增长的现实需求,提出一种基于广义中心差分卷积和空间分布机制的计算机生成图像检测网络。首先,设计了一个包含三个并行独立分支的相关性特征提取模块;随后,将三个分支的输出经... 针对数字取证和司法鉴定领域中计算机生成图像检测技术日益增长的现实需求,提出一种基于广义中心差分卷积和空间分布机制的计算机生成图像检测网络。首先,设计了一个包含三个并行独立分支的相关性特征提取模块;随后,将三个分支的输出经串接后输入到通道注意力机制子模块;最后,使用5个附带空间分布机制的深度卷积模块进一步学习图像的分层表示来进行最终决策。在SPL2018和DSToK两个公共数据集上的检测准确率可达94.76%和95.38%,相比最好的对比方法对生成图像的检测准确率提高了3.12%和3.23%。消融实验验证了网络中各模块对于模型整体检测效果的贡献。最后,验证了该网络对JPEG压缩和加性噪声的鲁棒性,即使对质量因子为60压缩后的图像,检测准确率仍可达84%以上。提高了模型的检测准确率及鲁棒性。 展开更多

This paper aims at studying the dynamic mechanism of urban expansion and its role. Based on the economic model of urban spatial structure and applying panel data in Shandong Province, the paper concludes. Economic growth and transition of economic structure have played the most powerful role in urban expansion. An increase in population helps the core to extend. Increasing agricultural productivity can provide a countervailing force. An increase in transportation costs will limit urban expan- sion. An increase in the marginal productivity of land in housing production will increase urban expansion. Fiscal and taxation policies also have encouraged the extensive shift of cultivated land into build-up area. This paper also suggests that if high rate increasing GDP is needed, the urban core will continue to expand. The government should take measures to improve the rapid growth of the city. 展开更多

In this article,we relocated the seismic source location of the earthquakes in the Muli area of Sichuan,inverted the focal mechanism of the larger earthquakes and analyzed the relationship between the water level of the Jinping reservoir and the frequency of the earthquake swarm. The results show that:( 1) The epicenters of the relocated small earthquake swarms are distributed in a seismic zone,and the earthquake focal depths were in the range of 0- 12 km.( 2) By analyzing the earthquake swarm spatial distribution,we found that the swarms were generated by one branch fault on the west of Xiaojinhe fault.( 3) The focal mechanism of the three earthquakes with magnitude greater than 4. 0 is significantly different,with the shallow source thrust events affected by vertical stress,and the strike-slip events are related to regional stress tectonic activity. 展开更多

Spatial distribution of SiCln (n=O-2) in SICl4 plasma measured by mass spectroscopy

For a better understanding of the deposition mechanism of thin films in SiCl4 source gas, we have measured the spatial distributions of SiCln (n=0-2) radicals in SICl4 radio frequency glow discharge plasma utilizing a mass spectrometer equipped with a movable gas sampling apparatus. The experimental results demonstrate that the relative densities of SiCln (n=0-2) radicals have peak values at the position of 10 mm above the powered electrode along the axial direction; the relative densities of the Si and SiCIn (n=1, 2) radicals have peak values at the positions of 27mm and 7 mm away from the axis along the radial direction, respectively. Generally speaking, in the whole SICl4 plasma bulk region, the relative density of Si is one order of magnitude higher than that of SICl, and the relative density of SiCl is several times higher than that of SICl2. This reveals that Si and SiCl may be the primary growth precursors in forming thin films. 展开更多

Mechanism of spatial emplacement of Shanhou gold ore body in Laixi of Shandong and its prospecting significance

Through analysis of geological characteristics of the gold deposit,the shape,occurrence,and spatial distribution of ore-controlling fault plane in the Shanhou mining area were investigated,and the regularities of enrichment and emplacement of ore body were summarized. The analysis shows that the Shanhou gold deposit was controlled by NE-NNE Zhaoping fault zone; the fault gouge developed in fault zone provides a barrier to ore-bearing hydrothermal solution,and the industrial ore body is all distributed within 40 m of footwall of main fault plane. The industrial ore body is mainly enriched in the NE positions of fault where the deep dips changed to flat dips,and shows the obvious regularity of NE lateral trending with angle around 75°. The stress analysis of fault in mineralization epoch showed that the ore-controlling structure presented the characteristics of righthanded rotation inverse-fault activity in mineralization epoch,and the host space tended to occur in NE regional tension positions where the dips become flat in the strike of fault,causing emplacement of ore body. It is thought by combining equal interval distribution of deposit with spatial variation of industrial ore body and orecontrolling fault structure that the Shanhou gold deposit recurred in regularity and the non-ore interval occurred in the ore body. Meanwhile,it is predicted that the favorable target area of prospecting lies in the areas of deep main fault plane with NE strike( > 30°) and the deep dips changing to flat dips in the Shanhou mining area,and the prospecting should be emphasized. The favorable deep mineralization prospect exists in middle Beibo mining area,where is the key area for future prospecting. 展开更多

We investigate cooperative behaviors of lattice-embedded scale-free networking agents in the prisoner'sdilemma game model by employing two initial strategy distribution mechanisms,which are specific distribution to themost connected sites (hubs) and random distribution.Our study indicates that the game dynamics crucially dependson the underlying spatial network structure with different strategy distribution mechanism.The cooperators' specificdistribution contributes to an enhanced level of cooperation in the system compared with random one,and cooperationis robust to cooperators' specific distribution but fragile to defectors' specific distribution.Especially,unlike the specificcase,increasing heterogeneity of network does not always favor the emergence of cooperation under random mechanism.Furthermore,we study the geographical effects and find that the graphically constrained network structure tends toimprove the evolution of cooperation in random case and in specific one for a large temptation to defect. 展开更多

Air temperature feedback results from the thermal-radiative coupling between the atmosphere and the surface and plays an important role in surface energy balance. This paper reveals the contribution of air temperature feedback to the global warming from 1980 to 2000. The air temperature feedback kernel, evaluated using the ERA-Interim reanalysis data, is used to discuss the physical mechanism for air temperature feedback, the dependency of the strength of air temperature feedback on the climatological spatial distributions of air temperature, water vapor and cloud content, and the contributions of air temperature feedback to rapid global warming. The coupling between temperature feedback and each of the external forcings and individual feedback processes will amplify the anomaly of direct energy flux convergence at the surface induced by the external forcings and individual processes. The air temperature feedback amplifies the initial surface warming due to the increase in CO2 concentration, ice and snow melting, increase in water vapor, and change in ocean heat storage. It also amplifies the surface warming due to the longwave radiaitve forcing associated with the increase in cloud cover, which acts to suppress the cooling of the shortwave effect of cloud forcing. Overall, temperature feedback plays an important role in the global warming from 1980 to2000, as the net positive contribution to the perturbation of global mean energy flux at the surface from the air temperature feedback is larger than the net negative contribution from external forcing and all non-temperature feedbacks. 展开更多
