住宅壁箍式立框结构及鉴定技术探讨

为确保砖混结构改建壁箍式立框结构房屋的安全,需对其进行主体结构安全鉴定。鉴定过程中文章采用施工周边完损鉴定和主体结构安全性鉴定,对1~3层承重结构进行砖和砂浆强度检测,对1~8层壁箍式立框部分现场采用直径为75mm的钻头对混凝土现场取样进行强度及钢筋等检测,最终对所检测数据进行PKPM模型计算分析,因加层后房屋出现两种结构的情况,故最终按两种结构类型分开评定房屋鉴定等级,研究成果可为类似建筑物结构的安全鉴定提供有价值的参考。

Non-liD Recommender Systems： A Review and Framework of Recommendation Paradigm Shifting

While recommendation plays an increasingly critical role in our living, study, work, and entertainment, the recommendations we receive are often for irrelevant, duplicate, or uninteresting products and ser- vices. A critical reason for such bad recommendations lies in the intrinsic assumption that recommend- ed users and items are independent and identically distributed （liD） in existing theories and systems. Another phenomenon is that, while tremendous efforts have been made to model specific aspects of users or items, the overall user and item characteristics and their non-IIDness have been overlooked. In this paper, the non-liD nature and characteristics of recommendation are discussed, followed by the non-liD theoretical framework in order to build a deep and comprehensive understanding of the in- trinsic nature of recommendation problems, from the perspective of both couplings and heterogeneity. This non-liD recommendation research triggers the paradigm shift from lid to non-liD recommendation research and can hopefully deliver informed, relevant, personalized, and actionable recommendations. It creates exciting new directions and fundamental solutions to address various complexities including cold-start, sparse data-based, cross-domain, group-based, and shilling attack-related issues.

Translation Studies within the Framework of Feminism- Implications and Limitations of Feminist Translation

Feminist Translation is the translation studies within the framework of feminism, which breaks the shackles ot binary opposition in traditional translation theory and its distinctive feature is the subversion of fidelity in traditional translation theory, it reinterprets the relationship between the translation and the original text, the translator and the original author. Feminist translation is significant in various aspects under the goal of achieving gender equality. Meanwhile, it is necessary to note that feminist translation has some limitations and criticism for its intervention of original text and overstate of feminist identity. So this essay is trying to reflect on translations within the frame of feminism, in which includes the contribution and limitation of feminist translation.

A Simple Construction of Gabor Frames for L^2（R）

In this paper, we give a method which aUows us to construct a class of Parseval frames for L2（R） from Fourier frame for L2（X）. The result shows that the function which generates a Oabor frame by translations and modulations has ＂good＂ properties, i.e., it is suifficiently smooth and compactly supported.

Parseval Frame Wavelet Multipliers in L^2(R^d)

Let A be a d x d real expansive matrix. An A-dilation Parseval frame wavelet is a function φ E n2 （Rd）, such that the set {｜det A｜n/2φ（Ant -l） ：n ∈ Z, l∈ Zd} forms a Parseval frame for L2 （Rd）. A measurable function f is called an A-dilation Parseval frame wavelet multiplier if the inverse Fourier transform of fφ is an A-dilation Parseval frame wavelet whenever φ is an A-dilation Parseval frame wavelet, where φ denotes the Fourier transform of φ. In this paper, the authors completely characterize all A-dilation Parseval frame wavelet multipliers for any integral expansive matrix A with ｜ det（A）｜= 2. As an application, the path-connectivity of the set of all A-dilation Parseval frame wavelets with a frame MRA in L2（Rd） is discussed.
