There are some solutions such as： To develop a national project on combination of research and scientific technology application in social science in Vietnam was administered, to develop a set of criteria to ensure effectiveness of combination of research and training which will be based on the needs of society was assessed, to increase self-control of research institutes and universities of social science sector in combination of research and scientific technology application was examined, to be continued of the renovation management mechanism was managed, the cost norm and means of providing finance research and scientific technology application in social science were founded. The comprehensive legal framework and criteria of combination of research and scientific technology application as a basic for evaluating activities of research and scientific technology application in social science were used. Suggestions that this study was to apply scientific technology in transferring national university and investigation of the key universities into universities＇ researches were provided.展开更多

Many are the sources of energy available, but few are appropriate or sustainable. Combustion of diesel fuel is a good technical solution; however, it is neither economic nor environmentally tenable. This paper presents the advantages of using biomass as an energy source, along with its potential increase in efficiency when steam is generated in specific circumstances of temperature and pressure.展开更多
It has always been very important throughout the centuries for legislative institutions and police organizations to watch over different media and genres as instruments of conspiracy of criminals, members of organized...It has always been very important throughout the centuries for legislative institutions and police organizations to watch over different media and genres as instruments of conspiracy of criminals, members of organized crime, and terroristic groups in order to recognize conspiracy contents and to evaluate them systematically （intelligence work）. With the help of special methods-design, it is possible to analyze the functions and strategies of this specific sometimes open or undercover used languages of Rotwelsch, Argot, Fenya, terrorist and Jihadi groups. A very significant example is the history of Jihadi Internet as a cyber-planning tool： single websites （until 2001）, expansion and professionalization （2001-2007） and severe surveillance, distrust and new social media （after 2008 especially because of 9/11）. Since it has become clear that the National Security Agency （NSA） conducts severe intelligence research in the field of E-mail-traffic and chats, the demand of crypto-programs has grown. It is better in this situation to return to face-to-face-communication. Legislative institutions and police have to study these functions and strategies in order to practice the best fitting counter-action against crime and terrorism.展开更多

This paper aims to disclose how nowadays the family helps the chi...The Lithuania 2011 Childhood is not just a product of human development but also a product of society＇s educational and spiritual culture development. This paper aims to disclose how nowadays the family helps the child to develop adaptation instruments which would help to adapt to the society in a micromacro environment, to show what helps the child to become a member of a social group, of the society, what adaptation problems arise during the childhood. Problems of school adaptation of the first-formers have not been properly assessed and analysed so far, though they foresee the future. No proper attention has been paid to the development of the harmonious personality during the pre-school period and to the correction of their adaptation during the firstschool year. The paper deals with the child＇s experiences of the pre-school period as the factor influencing school adaptation in the first form. Variety and quality of children＇s experiences are directly related and most of all depend on the family of the spiritual institution, so its impact is the strongest in terms of the development of the child＇s personality. The goal is to disclose the importance of selfdevelopment in childhood, which determines future success. The object is selfdevelopment during childhood today in the Lithuania. Methods of investigation are： the analysis of pedagogical, psychological, philosophical literature; the analysis of empiri.cal researches and statistic data; and the method of observation. The hypothesis is： The cause of the firstformers＇ school adaptation difficulties incompletely realised adaptation potential during the preschool period.展开更多
