Employability skills need to be checked rather than unemployment problem in India. The paper further aims to explore the necessary skills to the challenges of globalizing trends. The issues, approaches, and remedial strategies are focused with reference to the people's skills. As the reflections of quality and competence depend on transparency and accountability of the organization, it is necessary to improve the required skills which enhance the levels of confidence. The potential employer's requirements are need to be worked very keenly by the institutions. The paper also deals with the effective learning process, which is at par with global counter parts. Exposure to the universal student-centered learning is emphasized to enhance the very crucial pace of work place. Finally this paper studies effective micro and macro issues regarding the dynamics of the industry by applying a broad range of employability skills complementing the technical skills.展开更多
Facing with the future increasingly changed economy environment, a company who wants to survive forever has to control the key point of owning person with ability and core competence. However, the main question needs ...Facing with the future increasingly changed economy environment, a company who wants to survive forever has to control the key point of owning person with ability and core competence. However, the main question needs to he solved is to design a motivational compensation system which not only have competence when compared with other companies but also have cohesive force for the staffand can evaluate them fairly. Salary should not just be the cost of paying for worker's labor but should have more functions to introduct them to obey orders and stimulate their activities. This essay has some reference to enrich the motivational compensation system by discussing the motivational plans in different period of a company and analyzing the actual working operation. This essay aims at applying present compensation theory to small and medium-sized enterprises to get some beneficial discoveries, concluding a compensation dcsign system which suits for the traits of small and medium-sized enterprises from the strategic level and technical level. The HyFrance Group was originally formed in France to support the European project HyWays, by providing (former projects HyFrancel and HyFrance2) the French data and possible hydrogen pathways according to national ...The HyFrance Group was originally formed in France to support the European project HyWays, by providing (former projects HyFrancel and HyFrance2) the French data and possible hydrogen pathways according to national specificities. HyFrance3 is a new project that focuses on the economic competitiveness of different steps of the hydrogen chain, from the production to end usage, at the time horizon of 2030 in France. The project is coordinated by CEA with the other partners being: ADEME (co-funding), AFH2, CNRS, IFP, Air Liquide, EdF, GdF Suez, TOTAL, ALPHEA. The project is divided into 4 sub-projects, that address present and future French hydrogen industrial markets for chemical & refinery uses, the analysis of the interplay between wind energy production and storage of hydrogen for different automotive requirements (refuelling stations, BtL plants, H2/NG mix), massive hydrogen storage to balance various offer and demand characteristics, and the supply network (pipeline option competitiveness vs. trucked in supply) to distribute hydrogen in a French region for automotive applications. Technical and economical issues, as well as GHG emissions, are addressed.展开更多
