These events were moni tored using prolonged video EEG. The events occurred at a rate of one per every 15 min, and were demonstrated to be simple partial seizures of right mesial tem poral origin. The manifestations included piloerection, cold shivers and ictal t achycardia. These were effectively treated with lorazepam. Acute repetitive pilo motor seizures are rare. This is the first reported case with right mesial tempo ral sclerosis.展开更多
