光纤传感技术与传统的电类、机械类传感技术相比,具有抗电磁干扰能力强、使用方便、易维护等优点。本文探讨其应用于钢轨变形监测的可行性。首先,将两相邻弹性扣件之间钢轨受力形式简化为简支梁,通过理论分析得出钢轨中间点断面同一高... 光纤传感技术与传统的电类、机械类传感技术相比,具有抗电磁干扰能力强、使用方便、易维护等优点。本文探讨其应用于钢轨变形监测的可行性。首先,将两相邻弹性扣件之间钢轨受力形式简化为简支梁,通过理论分析得出钢轨中间点断面同一高度处应变与位移之间的关系;然后将分布式光纤和光栅传感器布设在钢轨简支梁上,通过试验测试数据得到位移与应变的关系,并分析了由应变推算钢轨变形的计算误差。研究结果表明:光纤传感技术在钢轨变形监测上是可行的;光栅传感器测量精度较分布式光纤精度高。研究结果为光纤传感技术在钢轨变形监测中的应用提供了技术支撑。 展开更多

In order to improve the computation efficiency and simulation accuracy,a novel simplified simulation method for friction pendulum bearing( FPB) is proposed. The behavior of FPB was analyzed based on the stress characteristics of the slider of FPB. Then,a novel simplified FPB model with a single pendulum and a nonlinear spring was established. The mechanical behavior of the simplified model was analyzed and it conformed well to the basic requirements of FPB. Furthermore,shaking table tests of a concrete slab block structure isolated by four FPBs were carried out, followed by finite element simulations of the test using the proposed simplified model.Three waves and eleven loading scenarios were selected in the test. The results show that the overall trend of the relative displacement time-history curves,the horizontal acceleration time-history curves and the vertical acceleration time-history curves from the numerical simulation match in a good manner with those obtained from the tests. Specifically,it is found that the difference of the peak value within these curves between the simulation and test results is less than 15%,which means that the proposed simplified model can be used to simulate the FPB behaviors under dynamic loadings with acceptable accuracy for engineering purposes. 展开更多

Based on the construction bridge of Xiamen-Shenzhen high-speed railway(9-32 m simply-supported beam + 6×32 m continuous beam),the pier-beam-track finite element model,where the continuous beam of the ballast track and simply-supported beam are combined with each other,was established.The laws of the track stress,the pier longitudinal stress and the beam-track relative displacement were analyzed.The results show that reducing the longitudinal resistance can effectively reduce the track stress and the pier stress of the continuous beam,and increase the beam-track relative displacement.Increasing the rigid pier stiffness of continuous beam can reduce the track braking stress,increase the pier longitudinal stress and reduce the beam-track relative displacement,Increasing the rigid pier stiffness of simply-supported beam can reduce the track braking stress,the rigid pier longitudinal stress and the beam-track relative displacement. 展开更多

A support vector machine (SVM) forecasting model based on rough set (RS) data preprocess was proposed by combining the rough set attribute reduction and the support vector machine regression algorithm, because there are strong complementarities between two models. Firstly, the rough set was used to reduce the condition attributes, then to eliminate the attributes that were redundant for the forecast, Secondly, it adopted the minimum condition attributes obtained by reduction and the corresponding original data to re-form a new training sample, which only kept the important attributes affecting the forecast accuracy. Finally, it studied and trained the SVM with the training samples after reduction, inputted the test samples re-formed by the minimum condition attributes and the corresponding original data, and then got the mapping relationship model between condition attributes and forecast variables after testing it. This model was used to forecast the power supply and demand. The results show that the average absolute error rate of power consumption of the whole society and yearly maximum load are 14.21% and 13.23%, respectively, which indicates that the RS-SVM forecast model has a higher degree of accuracy. 展开更多

Full-scale model tests were carried out on a 30 m span prestressed concrete box girder and a 20 m span prestressed concrete hollow slab. Failure models were prestressed reinforcement tensile failure and crashing of roof concrete, respectively. The ductility indexes of the box girder and hollow slab were 1.99 and 1.23, respectively, according to the energy viewpoint. Based on the horizontal section hypothesis, the nonlinear computation procedure was established using the limited banding law, and it could carry out the entire performance analysis including the unloading, mainly focusing on the ways to achieve the unloading curves computation through stress-strain, moment-curvature and load-displacement curves. Through the procedure, parameters that influence on the bearing capacity, deformation performance and ductility of the structures were analyzed. Those parameters were quantity of prestressed reinforcement and tension coefficients of prestressed reinforcement. From the analysis, some useful conclusions can be obtained. 展开更多

为了保证矿山安全高效的回采,采用理论研究与数值模拟手段,将膏体假顶力学模型简化为简支"梁"模型,揭示了膏体假顶强度与膏体假顶厚度及经济配筋率的变化规律,研究表明,膏体假顶的极限强度随着膏体假顶厚度的增大呈多项式降低... 为了保证矿山安全高效的回采,采用理论研究与数值模拟手段,将膏体假顶力学模型简化为简支"梁"模型,揭示了膏体假顶强度与膏体假顶厚度及经济配筋率的变化规律,研究表明,膏体假顶的极限强度随着膏体假顶厚度的增大呈多项式降低,经济配筋率随膏体假顶强度增加呈对数增加。结合新疆某铜矿工程实际情况,并通过数值模拟技术,设计锯齿形膏体假顶,确定膏体假顶厚度为3 m,强度为6.78 MPa,经济配筋率为0.6%,纵筋选择12φ14@250布置。结果表明,膏体假顶在自重及上部充填体作用下,膏体假顶可以保证正常的工作,从而很好地验证了膏体假顶力学模型的可靠性。该研究成果对膏体假顶设计具有重要的指导意义。 展开更多
