唐五代明算科与算学教育

唐承隋制,在武德二年设国子学时应该保留了算学,武德六年就有算学博士的明确记载。唐代算学经历一个反复废立的过程,曾一度改隶太史局、秘书局。大概在中宗反正后,算学重归国子监。明算科的设置应该在武德四年与其他诸科一起设置。根据举子选习算经的不同,其考试内容分为两类。考试的方法大致与明经相同。明算出身,仅授从九品下,为唐五代最低释褐官。但因其知识狭窄,缺乏从政所需的文官素质,罕有获重用者。算学出身自然在历史舞台上的作用微乎其微。

Research on the New Mode of Computer Education based on Project Driving Methodology and Teaching Practice

In this paper, we conduct research on the new mode of computer education based on project driving methodology and teaching practice. Computer education is an important part in college education, application of computer technology can effectively cultivate students＇ ability and quality of information. Collaborative project teaching method of the implementation of the method can make students accept knowledge by only listen into doing which will not only enhance the students＇ ability but help teachers obtain better feedback as well which is meaningful and necessary. The proposed methodology and education pattern is proven to be effective and feasible.

Research on the Applications of Cyclic Water Quality Model and Simulated Annealing Algorithm for Water Pollution Control and Planning

With the progress of computer technology, water pollution control and planning has been a hot topic in the scientific community. This paper discusses corresponding research on the applications of cyclic water quality model and simulated annealing algorithm for water pollution control and planning. Environmental engineering education has been the focus of much attention in recent years. Teaching methods of water pollution control and sustainable teaching innovation and creation was explored by many scholars, and the majority of workers engaged in teaching the course. The simulation result proves the effectiveness of the method. We plan to conduct more research in the future research to obtain better research result.

Using Project-Based Learning （PBL） in Management Accounting Course： Lesson and Reflection From Entrepreneurship Education

One of the main issues in entrepreneurship education is integrating core course to entrepreneurship course. Many educators fail to integrate core course and entrepreneurial education. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the integration of management accounting course in entrepreneurship course will accomplish the objective of entrepreneurship education. This study is derived from the experience of entrepreneurial project course at Management Department of Ciputra University, Surabaya. This study uses an explorative approach to investigate the implementation of project-based learning （PBL） in management accounting course. The result shows variation of output. There are about 91% business can be implemented by business groups and about 33% target achieved. Several management accounting techniques are used in this study, such as balanced score card （BSC）, activity-based costing （ABC）, activity-based management （ABM）, cost-volume-profit （CVP） analysis, and tactical decision making. This study found that by using management accounting techniques, student can run the business well especially when they have to make decision. This study strengthens the role of management accounting in business practices, and furthermore, this study proves that management accounting is beneficial for entrepreneurs who are still in the start-up business stage.

GeoQuest Project Computer Class Role Playing Game as Innovative Teaching Methodology to Foster STEAM Education

GeoQuest Project is the design of a new teaching and learning technology based on Computer Class Role Playing Games （RPG） to teach Earth Science in a STEAM educational approach. It ensures interdisciplinarity, multilinguai approach （CLIL compliance） and interactive activities in classrooms. This educational game uses students＇ personal tablets and smartphones to interact with the game, with a system more comprehensible and funny for young people compared to traditional methodologies. Students are bringing ＂in situation＂ by the adventure, so teachers can get a rigorous assessment of their skills. The Game includes several adventure paths, suitable for different age students. They are focused on scientific topics, humanities, hands-on activities in interdisciplinary way. If used conditions do not allow practical or laboratorial activities provided by the game, players can see some videos to understand the activities. Experimental results were outstanding： the RPG appreciation is in agreement with the experiments outcome. This work experience gets excellent feedbacks by teachers, in terms of efficacy of this new teaching methodology and of results achieving.

Research on the Teaching Reform in Computer Basic Course Centered on Improving Information Literacy

In the current modem society, information technology enjoys rapid development and information resources increase sharply. In this context, information literacy has been an important indicator for assessing a talent＇s comprehensive quality. As a compulsory public course for college students not majoring in computers, computer basic course plays a significant role in cultivating college students＇ information literacy. However, how to improve contemporary college students＇ information literacy, facilitate the teaching reform in fundamental computer education, and effectively improve college students＇ capacities of solving problems with computers is a difficult question faced by fundamental computer education in colleges and universities

Practice on bilingual education and exam reform of vocational computer programming

The application of bilingual teaching in vocational colleges is necessary choice of acting on international standards, promoting education reform, improving the competitive advantage of profession. As computer programming languages are developed in America with native English, it is of great significance for vocational college to promote bilingual education in computer programming courses. This paper analyzes the current teaching situation in vocational programming courses, describes the practice of bilingual teaching vocational programming from three aspects such as teaching resources, teaching methods and assessment methods to improve students＇ programming ability, and to promote development of bilingual education on vocational programming courses.

Tracing the Development of eCoPs via the eCPDelT Project:From Conception to Implementation

The implementation of the Smart schools project was one of the seven flagships＇ initiatives of the Malaysian Government aims at optimalising ICT utilisation in schools in line with Malaysia＇s aim to position the country as a globally competitive knowledge-based economy. However, research studies reported a lack of success of the project towards promoting effective ICT usage and developing teacher professionally. This situation became the impetus for the development of the e-CPDelT research project which intends to develop an online learning system based on action research and personal involvement for Smart school teachers. The model adopted is loosely based on the successful UK-based Improving the Quality of Education for All （IQEA） proiect （Ainscow et al., 1994） and the Communities of Practice （CoP）＇s approach （Wenger, 1998）. The data were obtained from the blog entries made by the 20 participating Smart schools teachers and triangulated with focus group interviews and mentor reflections. The preliminary findings revealed both internal and external problems. Drawing upon these findings, the eCPDelT learning system was designed and steps were undertaken to promote the new system. However, the response to this promotion was far from satisfactory. The paper concludes by discussing the reasons for such disappointing results and proposes a new plan of action that involves the introduction of the Critical Friends Group technique,
