AIM To evaluate the advantages of endoscopic ultrasound(EUS) in the assessment of detailed structures of pancreatic cystic neoplasms(PCNs) compared to computed tomography(CT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).METHODS All patients with indeterminate PCNs underwent CT, MRI, and EUS. The detailed information, including size, number, the presence of a papilla/nodule, the presence of a septum, and the morphology of the pancreatic duct of PCNs were compared among the three imaging modalities. The size of each PCN was determined using the largest diameter measured. A cyst consisting of several small cysts was referred to as a motherdaughter cyst. Disagreement among the three imaging modalities regarding the total number of mother cysts resulted in the assumption that the correct number was the one in which the majority of imaging modalities indicated.RESULTS A total of 52 females and 16 males were evaluated. The median size of the cysts was 42.5 mm by EUS, 42.0 mm by CT and 38.0 mm by MRI; there was no significant difference in size as assessed among the three imaging techniques. The diagnostic sensitivity and ability of EUS to classify PCNs were 98.5%(67/68) and 92.6%(63/68), respectively. These percentages were higher than those of CT(73.1%, P < 0.001; 17.1%, P < 0.001) and MRI(81.3%, P = 0.001; 20.3%, P < 0.001). EUS was also able to better assess the number of daughter cysts in mother cysts than CT(P = 0.003); however, there was no significant difference between EUS and MRI in assessing mother-daughter cysts(P = 0.254). The papilla/nodule detection rate by EUS was 35.3%(24/68), much higher than those by CT(5.8%, 3/52) and MRI(6.3%, 4/64). The detection rate of the septum by EUS was 60.3%(41/68), which was higher than those by CT(34.6%, 18/52) and by MRI(46.9%, 30/64); the difference between EUS and CT was significant(P = 0.02). The rate of visualizing the pancreatic duct using EUS was 100%, whereas using CT and MRI it was less than 10%.CONCLUSION EUS helps visualize the detailed structures of PCNs and has many advantages over CT and MRI. EUS is valuable in the diagnosis and assessment of PCNs. 展开更多

An Efficient and flexible implementation of block ciphers is critical to achieve information security processing.Existing implementation methods such as GPP,FPGA and cryptographic application-specific ASIC provide the broad range of support.However,these methods could not achieve a good tradeoff between high-speed processing and flexibility.In this paper,we present a reconfigurable VLIW processor architecture targeted at block cipher processing,analyze basic operations and storage characteristics,and propose the multi-cluster register-file structure for block ciphers.As for the same operation element of block ciphers,we adopt reconfigurable technology for multiple cryptographic processing units and interconnection scheme.The proposed processor not only flexibly accomplishes the combination of multiple basic cryptographic operations,but also realizes dynamic configuration for cryptographic processing units.It has been implemented with0.18μm CMOS technology,the test results show that the frequency can reach 350 MHz.and power consumption is 420 mw.Ten kinds of block and hash ciphers were realized in the processor.The encryption throughput of AES,DES,IDEA,and SHA-1 algorithm is1554 Mbps,448Mbps,785 Mbps,and 424 Mbps respectively,the test result shows that our processor's encryption performance is significantly higher than other designs. 展开更多

At the theoretical level, DNA computing is powerful. This is due to the fact that DNA structure and processing suggest a series of new data structures and operations, and to the fact of the massive parallelism. The insertion-deletion system (insdel system) is a DNA computing model based on two genetic operations: insertion and deletion which, working together, are very powerful, leading to characterizations of recursively enumerable lan- guages. When designing an insdel computer, it is natural to try to keep the underlying model as simple as possible. One idea is to use either only insertion operations or only deletion operations. By helping with a weak coding and a morphism, the family INS4^7DEL0^0 is equal to the family of recursively enumerable languages. It is an open problem proposed by Martin-Vide et al. on whether or not the parameters 4 and 7 appearing here can be replaced by smaller numbers. In this paper, our positive answer to this question is that INS2^4DEL0^0 can also play the same role as insertion and deletion. We suppose that the INS2^4DEL0^0 may be the least only-insertion insdel system in this situation. We will give some reasons supporting this conjecture in our paper. 展开更多

There are many obstacles to improving system efficiency. The key root is the conflict between the fixed general computer architecture and the variable requirements of applications. Proactive reconfigurable computing architecture(PRCA) is proposed to improve computing efficiency. PRCA dynamically constructs an efficient computing architecture for a specific application via reconfigurable technology by perceiving requirements,workload and utilization of computing resources. Proactive decision support system(PDSS),hybrid reconfigurable computing array(HRCA) and reconfigurable interconnect(RIC) are intensively researched as the key technologies. The principles of PRCA have been verified with four applications on a test bed. It is shown that PRCA is feasible and highly efficient. 展开更多

The paper presents the principles of a method, which in two simple stages makes possible to carry out the statically calculation of values of forces acting in the fiat static indeterminate trusses. In each stage, it is considered the static determinate truss, scheme of which is obtained after remove the suitable number of members from the basic static indeterminate truss. The both intermediate statically determinate trusses are of the same clear span and they are loaded by forces of half values applied to the corresponding truss nodes. The method applies one of the typical procedures of calculation of the statically determinate trusses and then it is applied in an appropriate way the rule of superposition for obtaining the final values of forces acting in particular members of the basic truss. The values of forces calculated in this way are of a very close approximation to the force values determined in the special and complex ways being considered as the exact calculation methods. The proposed method can be useful mostly but not only for the initial structural design of such systems. The simplicity of the two-stage method justifies an assumption that it can be relatively easy and worthy to adjust to the requirements of the computer aided technology of statically calculation of the complex forms of trusses. 展开更多

Normization, i.e., the system of norms is a structure that defines the group of elements containing the norm values for the requirements of a certain resource. Resources comprise of materials, machines and labor. All the requirements of the measure units of the resources are given statically and with the discrete data. Thus, every slight change in the expense list item reference causes a change in norm and our norm is not flexible and features a discrepancy with the real life situations. In order to achieve a higher level of preciseness and to speed up the technological processes of planning and norming the engines of a company that lead to the regulation of the system, the discrete elements of the working (time-related) norms should be replaced by the dynamic ones. This is made possible through setting up norms models that in turn can be presented by formulae in the vectoral system. The use and implementation of the new technologies in terms of production, computer science and cybernetics provides for upgrading the norm requirements. New working tasks in turn require a new norm standardization, which can be applied to the hydrodemolition of concrete constructions by means of water robots that use high pressure water jets. 展开更多

《说卦》是论述八卦的卦象及其性质的经典文本。现代易学倾向于从矛盾关系分析八卦的性质。八卦中包含哪四对矛盾呢?学界主要有两种观点:一种观点是以阴阳相错(对待)关系判定八卦之间的矛盾关系,一种观点是以"非覆即变"关系... 《说卦》是论述八卦的卦象及其性质的经典文本。现代易学倾向于从矛盾关系分析八卦的性质。八卦中包含哪四对矛盾呢?学界主要有两种观点:一种观点是以阴阳相错(对待)关系判定八卦之间的矛盾关系,一种观点是以"非覆即变"关系判定八卦之间的矛盾关系。一般认为八卦中的矛盾关系所反映的问题是哲学问题,但实际上同时也是数学问题。以阴阳相错(对待)关系分析卦象矛盾所对应的数学模型是二进制型布尔代数,以"非覆即变"关系分析卦象矛盾所对应的数学模型是太极代数四元逻辑模型。但是,二进制型布尔代数有悖太极阴阳思想,比如,把坤卦视为空集并成为"六子"的子集。太极代数四元逻辑模型证明:《说卦》是一篇逻辑论文,而且是一篇具有丰富的数理逻辑内涵的论文。具体而言,八卦是八个逻辑范式(公式),八卦是一套相对完备的逻辑系统;《说卦》中八卦与人体形态的对应其实是用人体形态表示逻辑图;《说卦》中蕴含的新的逻辑结构是建构广义太极代数的数理基础。 展开更多

Computer- assisted surgery techniques, as the new emerging auxiliary methods, can optimize the surgical protocol, predict operation outcomes, and improve the accuracy and quality of the operation. Meanwhile the postoperative complications can be reduced effectively.
