BIM技术在建筑工程钢筋算量业务中的应用探析

建筑工程的工程量(清单工程量、定额工程量、实物工程量)是确定工程造价的重要依据,也是施工企业和建设单位进行生产经营管理的重要依据。只有在准确计算工程量的基础上,才能进行编制造价文件、编制施工组织设计、安排施工进度、组织材... 建筑工程的工程量(清单工程量、定额工程量、实物工程量)是确定工程造价的重要依据,也是施工企业和建设单位进行生产经营管理的重要依据。只有在准确计算工程量的基础上,才能进行编制造价文件、编制施工组织设计、安排施工进度、组织材料供应计划、安排工程价款的拨付和工程结算等工作。建筑工程计量贯穿于包括决策阶段、设计阶段、实施阶段、运营阶段在内的全寿命周期。目前,我国多采用手工算量和BIM算量相结合的方式进行建筑工程计量,以应对建设过程中设计变更、签证、各专业间的碰撞等情况。手工算量主要依据清单工程量计算规范,各省定额工程量计算规则,图纸及设计变更,图纸答疑等文件,借助表格工具等进行工程量计算,该过程效率较低。而BIM技术将工程图纸的二维空间转化为三维空间,大幅度提高工程信息的集成度,提高计量效率和准确率,并能够通过其可视化、协调性、模拟性、优化性、可出图性等特点配合模型提取工程量,且BIM计量软件通过内置计算规则、图集做法等,能够满足建筑工程全寿命周期中对清单工程量、定额工量、实物工程量的需要。基于此,本篇文章对BIM技术在建筑工程钢筋算量业务中的应用进行研究,以供参考。 展开更多

Due to the diversified demands of quality of service(QoS) in volume multimedia application, QoS routings for multiservice are becoming a research hotspot in low earth orbit(LEO) satellite networks. A novel QoS satellite routing algorithm for multi-class traffic is proposed. The goal of the routing algorithm is to provide the distinct QoS for different traffic classes and improve the utilization of network resources. Traffic is classified into three classes and allocated priorities based on their QoS requirements, respectively. A priority queuing mechanism guarantees the algorithm to work better for high-priority classes. In order to control the congestion, a blocking probability analysis model is built up based on the Markov process theory. Finally, according to the classification link-cost metrics, routings for different classes are calculated with the distinct QoS requirments and the status of network resource. Simulations verify the performance of the routing algorithm at different time and in different regions, and results demonstrate that the algorithm has great advantages in terms of the average delay and the blocking probability. To achieve high quality of service (QoS) on computational grids, the QoS-aware job scheduling is investigated for a hierarchical decentralized grid architecture that consists of multilevel schedulers. An integrated QoS-aware job dispatching policy is proposed, which correlates priorities of incoming jobs used for job selecting at the local scheduler of the grid node with the job dispatching policies at the global scheduler for computational grids. The stochastic high-level Petri net (SHLPN) model of a two-level hierarchy computational grid architecture is presented, and a model refinement is made to reduce the complexity of the model solution. A performance analysis technique based on the SHLPN is proposed to investigate the QoS-aware job scheduling policy. Numerical results show that the QoS-aware job dispatching policy outperforms the QoS-unaware job dispatching policy in balancing the high-priority jobs, and thus enables priority-based QoS. 展开更多
