管道在长期的运行中会受到地理、环境以及运输物质等因素的影响,出现不同程度的损坏。而管道上存在不同的缺陷性问题,会影响整个管线的结构,导致安全隐患问题。通过分析油气管道用管件应用现状,了解失效的实际状况,发现主要失效原因就... 管道在长期的运行中会受到地理、环境以及运输物质等因素的影响,出现不同程度的损坏。而管道上存在不同的缺陷性问题,会影响整个管线的结构,导致安全隐患问题。通过分析油气管道用管件应用现状,了解失效的实际状况,发现主要失效原因就是钢管、弯管关键材料缺陷、生产工艺以及理化性能等因素的影响。在出现失效问题时则会发生泄漏、管线输送中断等事故,严重时甚至会导致爆炸以及火灾等,对环境以及人员安全造成严重影响。分析油气管道用管件制造存在问题,了解主要成因,有利于提高油气管道用管件制造质量,降低出现安全隐患的概率。 展开更多

A carbon nanotube-based(CNT) sensing element is presented, which consists of substrate, insulating layer, electrodes, carbon nanotube and measuring circuit. The sensing components are a single or array of CNTs, which are located on the two electrodes. The CNT-based sensing element is fabricated by CVD (chemical vapor deposition)-direct-growth on micro- electrodes. The sensing model and measurement method of electromechanical property are also presented. Finally, the voltage-current characteristics are measured, which show that the CNT-based sensing element has good electrical properties. 展开更多

The large-scale assembly and fabrication method for single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT) nano devices was implemented.Assembly of SWCNT field effect transistor(FET) was realized by floating potential dielectrophoresis approach.The simulation of floating potential distribution of the chip was performed by comsol multiphysics coupling software.Six hundred devices were assembled on the area of less than one square centimeter.The fabricated devices were characterized by atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The experimental results showed that large-scale assembly had been realized,and the success rate of ideal assembly for SWCNT FET had been assessed. 展开更多
