背管刚度对钢材应力分布与温度位移的影响

考虑大坝背管环向拉裂,取用了合适的环向等效弹性模量值,算出了相应的环向钢材应力,并探讨了背管刚度对钢材应力分布的影响;同条件下,用弹性力学得出了背管在任意半径处的温度径向位移计算公式,并探讨了背管刚度对背管温度位移的影响.

The design of tubular steel scaffold-type shoring is usually performed by calculating the load capacity of the elements, taking into account their axial strength, mainly. Geometric stiffness effects and changes in the stiffness of connections are seldom considered. This paper assesses the stability of tubular steel shores using experimental and numerical approaches that take into account geometric nonlinearities as well as the features of the elements used to make the link between the steel tubes (pressed double coupler--right angle). The increase in overall stiffness generated by diagonal bars used in the analyzed models was examined. The results obtained show the importance of using P-delta analyses in this kind of structure in order to evaluate structure's overall stability even when compressive stresses are within acceptable ranges of code limits. 展开更多

The centrifugal air compressor outlet pipeline vibration was not decreased after barrel viscous dampers were installed in a petrochemical plant in Tianjin.A pipeline-damper experiment apparatus was built for studying the influence factors of the barrel viscous damper and pipe hoop in pipeline vibration reduction.The performance of the damper under different frequency and amplitude was researched respectively,the results showed that damping effect dependsed mainly on frequency and was not related to amplitude.Damper will fail when its vibration frequency exceeds its limit working frequency which was 40 Hz in test.The mechanical properties and energy dissipation were analyzed by using the Maxwell model,which explains experimental results well.According to damping effect and calculation of stiffness with ANSYS in different hoop width,hoop stiffness should match pipe stiffness and keep uniform along transfer path.Damping effect will get worse when local stiffness is too small or too large.Finally,the outlet pipeline vibration was decreased by 70%after using appropriate pipe hoop width and replacing the original damping liquid. 展开更多

Systematic single-parameter analysis o... This paper introduces the influence factors of axial stiffness of tubular X-joints. The analysis model of tubular joints using plate and shell finite element method is also made. Systematic single-parameter analysis of tubular X-joints is performed using Ansys program. The influences of those factors, including ratio of brace diameter to chord diameter (β), ratio of chord diameter to twice chord thickness (γ), ratio of brace wall thickness to that of chord (τ), brace-to-chord intersection angle (θ), and chord stress ratio, ratio of another brace diameter to chord diameter, in-plane and out-of-plane moment of braces, etc., on stiffness of tubular X-joints are analyzed. Two non-dimensional parameters-joint axial stiffness factor ηN and axial force capacity factor ωN are proposed, and the relationship curve of the two factors is determined. Computational formulas of tubular X-joint axial stiffness are obtained by multi-element regression technology. The formulas can be used in design and analysis of steel tubular structures. 展开更多
