自愿性环境政策工具是企业与管制机构博弈的结果,管制压力是影响该工具制定与效果的关键因素,那么,管制压力是如何影响自愿性工具呢?为了解释管制压力对自愿性环境协议的影响过程,文章建构了一个简单的经济模型,验证管制压力与自愿性协... 自愿性环境政策工具是企业与管制机构博弈的结果,管制压力是影响该工具制定与效果的关键因素,那么,管制压力是如何影响自愿性工具呢?为了解释管制压力对自愿性环境协议的影响过程,文章建构了一个简单的经济模型,验证管制压力与自愿性协议的关系。研究表明:第一,管制压力是企业决定是否参加自愿性协议的主要因素;第二,自愿性协议中所确定的自愿削减量是管制机构与企业博弈均衡的结果,均衡结果有可能是最优自愿削减量,该削减量大于管制工具所强加的最优削减量,但是最优自愿削减量的产生依赖于强的管制压力。 展开更多

如何优化企业社会责任、实现企业高质量发展备受学界关注。本文以2015~2020年A股上市公司为样本,从非行政处罚性监管角度探讨年报问询函及其特征对企业社会责任绩效的影响,发现两者之间呈正相关关系,并且问询力度越强,即问题数量越多、... 如何优化企业社会责任、实现企业高质量发展备受学界关注。本文以2015~2020年A股上市公司为样本,从非行政处罚性监管角度探讨年报问询函及其特征对企业社会责任绩效的影响,发现两者之间呈正相关关系,并且问询力度越强,即问题数量越多、问询次数越频繁、问询语调越负面,越有助于发挥年报问询函对企业社会责任绩效的提升作用。进一步研究发现,法治水平、投资者关注和媒体负面报道会强化年报问询函对企业社会责任绩效的正向影响,而政治关联会削弱两者之间的正相关关系。上述结论既为企业社会责任治理提供了经验启示,又为我国非行政处罚性监管的有效性增添了新证据。 展开更多

In coking process, the production quality, equipment life, energy consumption, and process safety are all influenced by the pressure in gas collector pipe of coke oven, which is frequently influenced by disturbances.The main control objectives for the gas collector pressure system are keeping the pressures in collector pipes at appropriate operating point. In this paper, model predictive control(MPC) strategy is introduced to control the collector pressure system due to its ability to handle constraint and good control performance. Based on a method proposed to simplify the system model, an extended state space model predictive control is designed,which combines the feedforward strategy to eliminate the disturbance. The simulation results in a system with two coke ovens show the feasibility and effectiveness of the control scheme. 展开更多

Based on the results of physical model experiment and field measurement, the behaviour of main roof above trapezoidal goaf or with fault is studied in this paper. The fracture and weighting of main roof above trapezoidal goaf are different from those above rectangular goaf. It depends on the mechanical relation between main roof blocks whether the plate blocks of main roof on both sides of fault simultaneously break and collapse. 展开更多

Energy-Saving Design for Hydraulic Tube Bender

Generally speaking, hydraulic control systems can be divided into two different driving concepts. The first one is the well-known hydraulic valve-controlled system and the second one is the pump-controlled system. The former possesses the feature of fast dynamic response. However, the poor energy-saving performance is its major fault. On the contrary, the hydraulic pump-controlled system has the significant advantage of energy-saving which meets the current demand in modem machine design. In this paper, the simulation analysis using MatLab/SimuLink and DSHplus software for a newly developed energy-saving hydraulic tube bender is conducted. Instead of the conventional fixed displacement hydraulic pump, the new hydraulic tube bender utilizes an internal gear pump with AC servomotor as its driving power source. In the new energy-saving hydraulic circuit, the use of conventional pressure relief valve and unloading valve are no longer necessary since the demanded flow-rate and pressure output can be precisely obtained by continuously changing the speed of the AC servomotor. In addition, two closed-loop control schemes using fuzzy sliding-mode controller are adopted and compared. To compare the energy-saving control systems, such as load-sensing control system, constant supply pressure control scheme and conventional hydraulic control scheme. Furthermore, the simulation results also show that the newly developed hydraulic tube bender can save up to 43% of energy consumption in a working cycle as compared to the conventional hydraulic tube bender. 展开更多

The liquid bridge is one of the principal factors that cause artifacts in ambient-pressure atomic force microscope(AFM) images.Additionally, it is the main component of the adhesion force in ambient conditions. To understand the AFM imaging mechanism and the sample characteristics, it is essential to study the liquid bridge. This study interprets the physical mechanism involved in liquid bridge formation, which is composed of three different physical processes: the squeezing process, capillary condensation,and liquid film flow. We discuss the contributions of these three mechanisms to the volume and the capillary force of the liquid bridge in different AFM operation modes. 展开更多
