立式金属罐容量计量软件的研发与应用

依照国标GB/T 1885-1998《石油密度表》计算原油、产品油及润滑油的标准密度ρ20和体积修正系数VCF20,并消除空气浮力对油品的影响,得到空气中的油品质量。以立式金属罐为例,依照国标GB/T 19779-2005《石油和液体石油产品油量计算静态... 依照国标GB/T 1885-1998《石油密度表》计算原油、产品油及润滑油的标准密度ρ20和体积修正系数VCF20,并消除空气浮力对油品的影响,得到空气中的油品质量。以立式金属罐为例,依照国标GB/T 19779-2005《石油和液体石油产品油量计算静态计量》计算出主附表容积V1和静压力修正V2,并针对非保温罐和保温罐进行管壁温度系数CTSh修正,扣除立式金属罐的浮顶质量Mf,得到不同油品总高下的金属罐油品总质量M。将上述繁琐的计算过程梳理并编制成立式金属罐容量计量软件,整个过程自动查表并顺序计算,金属罐容量计量软件可以减少人为错误,降低人工投入,大大提高了计量的工作效率,也规范了现场的工作流程。 展开更多

Convective heat transfer coefficient is one of the most vital parameters which reveals the thermal efficiency of a pipe flow.To obtain such coefficients for problems with variable pipe wall temperature,numerical iterative methods should be used which could be time-consuming and less accurate.In this paper,thermophysical properties of fluids are assumed to be constant.We define a variable related to the temperature gradient of the pipe wall and study the varying law of the local coefficient.Then,a sample-based scheme is proposed to avoid the calculation of a time-consuming problem in the use of solutions with low computing cost.To verify its accuracy,several problems in normal circle pipes with variable factors,such as the various temperatures of the pipe wall,the different radius of the pipe,and various velocities of fluid flow,are well resolved.Meanwhile,its validity in a convergent pipe is also studied.From the obtained results,the high accuracy and efficiency of the proposed scheme can be confirmed.Therefore,the proposed scheme for determining the convective heat transfer coefficient has great potential in engineering problems. 展开更多
