填充石英砂管式模型压制方法研究

室内物理模拟实验主要采用填充石英砂敲击震动、自行分选压实的方法得到物理模型,其渗透率和孔隙度平行性差,并且具有工作量大、噪音大的缺点。本文探索研究了一种利用简单液压机械设备,逐渐填充压实石英砂制作模型的方法,对这两种方法制作的模型通过饱和油压力、含水与注入倍数、采收率与注入倍数、压差与注入倍数关系进行了对比,拟合效果很好。该方法平行性好、工作量小,无噪音、操作简单等优点。

Logistics Cost Management Models and Their Usability for Purchasing

In many compames, cost management models are abandoned due to their complexity and because of this, the academic literature has experienced a downturn in publications regarding cost management. This paper deepens the understanding regarding the practical usability of cost management models for purchasing decisions, and provides a framework for determining a desired complexity of cost management in different purchasing environments. The complexity is defined along three dimensions identified in literature and the different purchasing environments stem from an adaptation of Kraljic＇s （1983） matrix.

Developing a mathematical assessment model for blasting patterns management: Sungun copper mine

Blasting is one of the most important operations in the mining projects that has effective role in the whole operation physically and economically. Unsuitable blasting pattern may lead to unwanted events such as poor fragmentation, back break and fly rock. Multi attribute decision making(MADM) can be useful method for selecting the most appropriate blasting pattern among previously performed patterns. In this work, initially, from various already performed patterns, efficient and inefficient patterns are determined using data envelopment analysis(DEA). In the second step, after weighting impressive attributes using experts' opinion, elimination Et choice translating reality(ELECTRE) was used for ranking the efficient patterns and recognizing the most appropriate pattern in the Sungun Copper Mine, Iran. According to the obtained results, blasting pattern with the hole diameter of 15.24 cm, burden of 3 m, spacing of 4 m and stemming of 3.2 m has selected as the best pattern and has selected for future operation.

Kinetics of Reaction-Crystallization of Struvite in the Continuous Draft Tube Magma Type CrystallizersmInfluence of Different Internal Hydrodynamics

A laboratory-scale reaction-crystallization process of struvite synthesis from diluted water solution of Mg^2＋, NH^＋ 4 and PO3- ions was studied. The research covered the tests of two original constructions of continuous jet-pump Draft Tube Magma （DTM）-type crystallizers with internal circulation of suspension （upward/downward）. Interactions between constructional, hydrodynamic and kinetic factors were established and discussed. Nucleation and linear growth rates of struvite crystals were calculated on the basis of population density distribution. Kinetic model of idealized Mixed Suspension Mixed Product Removal （MSMPR） crystallizer considering the size-dependent growth mechanism was applied （Rojkowski hyperbolic equation）. For comparison purposes the kinetic data corre- sponded to a simpler, continuous draft tube-type crystallizer equipped with propeller agitator were analyzed. It was concluded that crystal product of larger size was withdrawn from the jet-pump DTM crystallizer of the descending flow of suspension in a mixing chamber.

The factors that affect the participation of social organizations in pension service are analyzed

At present, the aging situation of China＇s population is becoming more and more serious. By the end of 2016, there were 231 million people over the age of 60 in China, accounting for 16.7% of the total population. About 150 million people aged 65 and over make up 10.8 percent of the total population. China is expected to enter the peak period of population aging by 2035. Therefore, the government as a single pension service main body management pattern already can not adapt to our country entered the aging society, mobilize and fostering social organizations to participate in the pension services is to build perfect endowment service system, satisfy people pension service demand model of a kind of indispensable. In view of the development of social organizations has just started in our country, there exist many problems and difficulties, so this article USES the ISM method, for social organizations to participate in research and analyze influence factors of pension services, and then find out the social organization in the process of participation in pension service problems, put forward effective solutions.

Attack Resistant Trust Management Model Based on Beta Function for Distributed Routing in Internet of Things

With the rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT),the issue of trust in distributed routing systems has attracted more research attention.The existing trust management frameworks,however,suffer from some possible attacks in hostile environments,such as false accusation,collusion,on-off,and conflicting behavior.Therefore,more comprehensive models should be proposed to predict the trust level of nodes on potential routes more precisely,and to defeat several kinds of possible attacks.This paper makes an attempt to design an attack-resistant trust management model based on beta function for distributed routing strategy in IoT.Our model can evaluate and propagate reputation in distributed routing systems.We first describe possible attacks on existing systems.Our model is then proposed to establish reliable trust relations between self-organized nodes and defeat possible attacks in distributed routing systems.We also propose a theoretical basis and skeleton of our model.Finally,some performance evaluations and security analyses are provided to show the effectiveness and robustness of our model compared with the existing systems.

Full 2D Hydrodynamic Modelling of Rainfall-induced Flash Floods

Mountain catchments are prone to flash flooding due to heavy rainfall. Enhanced understanding of the generation and evolution processes of flash floods is essential for effective flood risk management. However, traditional distributed hydrological models based on kinematic and diffusion wave approximations ignore certain physical mechanisms of flash floods and thus bear excessive uncertainty. Here a hydrodynamic model is presented for flash floods based on the full two-dimensional shallow water equations incorporating rainfall and infiltration. Laboratory experiments of overland flows were modelled to illustrate the capability of the model. Then the model was applied to resolve two observed flash floods of distinct magnitudes in the Lengkou catchment in Shanxi Province, China. The present model is shown to be able to reproduce the flood flows fairly well compared to the observed data. The spatial distribution of rainfall is shown to be crucial for the modelling of flash floods. Sensitivity analyses of the model parameters reveal that the stage and discharge hydrographs are more sensitive to the Manning roughness and initial water content in the catchment than to the Green-Ampt head. Most notably, as the flash flood augments due to heavier rainfall, the modelling results agree with observed data better, which clearly characterizes the paramount role of rainfall in dictating the floods. From practical perspectives, the proposed model is more appropriate for modelling large flash floods.

Risk Management： A New Project Management Perspective

Risk management in Botswana has been very ineffective at assisting projects to be on time, on budget, and meeting client＇s/buyer＇s expectations. Traditional risk management attempts to manage, control, and direct a project through various phases, from planning and design, through procurement, and to construction. However, the risk management in Botswana seems to be either not implemented or not successful. The project performance in Botswana has a poor performance record. The researchers are attempting to identify why the traditional project/risk management is not working. In analyzing the problem in Botswana, the researchers discovered that the traditional risk management model was theoretically unsound, and designed a new project and risk model, with an entirely different approach to risk. The new model is an outgrowth of the highly successful Performance Information Procurement System （PIPS） and the Information Measurement Theory （IMT）/Kashiwagi Solution Model （KSM） concepts. The approach has been presented to some Botswana clients and academics and has received a favorable response. The development of the new risk model will lead to a huge change in the paradigm for delivering projects in Botswana. The theoretical development of the new risk model is ongoing at the University of Botswana as a part of a doctoral dissertation.

Corporate culture has a strong and lasting soft binding, plays an important role in modem enterprise management. The numerical analysis supports the effectiveness and feasibility of the model. In the future, we will conduct more related work to optimize the current theory.

Cognitive Heuristics and Dual Process Models A Perspective for Management Accounting （MA）？

Classical management accounting （MA） Focusing on the facilitating perspective, focuses on decision facilitating and influencing （Demski ＆ Feltham, 1976）. MA has to provide information to managers and depending on the problem complexity, they have to solve problems in a dyadic way. A dual process model, the heuristic systematic model （HSM）, expands this so-called manager-accountant-dyad and shows different cases of actual human information processing. Managers and accountants either process systematically or heuristically. So far, many concepts have been designed in relation to the normative concept of the economical rational principle. Consequently, recent research only uses systematic information processing, based on the principle of the economic man. In this paper, a decision-behavior oriented approach tries to describe actual decision makers such as managers and accountants and shows new possibilities within MA. Therefore, the potential of heuristic information processing is analyzed, based on the phenomenon of ecological rationality as one shape of bounded rationality. Thus, different cognitive heuristics in business economics are identified and analyzed. Furthermore, the outstanding performance of heuristics compared with more complex calculations is shown. Unfortunately, these findings have been limited to marketing and investments so far. Significant research is needed, regarding conditions for applications and success factors of heuristics in business economics. New empirical findings have to be explicitly transferred to MA.

River management system development in Asia based on Data Integration and Analysis System(DIAS) under GEOSS

This paper introduces the process of development and practical use implementation of an advanced river management system for supporting integrated water resources management practices in Asian river basins under the framework of GEOSS Asia water cycle initiative （AWCI）. The system is based on integration of data from earth observation satellites and in-situ networks with other types of data, including numerical weather prediction model outputs, climate model outputs, geographical infor- mation, and socio-economic data. The system builds on the water and energy budget distributed hydrological model （WEB-DHM） that was adapted for specific conditions of studied basins, in particular snow and glacier phenomena and equipped with other functions such as dam operation optimization scheme and a set of tools for climate change impact assess- ment to be able to generate relevant information for policy and decision makers. In situ data were archived for 18 selected ba- sins at the Data Integration and Analysis System （DIAS） of Japan and demonstration projects were carded out showing poten- tial of the new system. It included climate change impact assessment on hydrological regimes, which is presently a critical step for sound management decisions. Results of such three case studies in Pakistan, Philippines, and Vietnam are provided here.

Radial breathing modes of multi-walled carbon nanotubes by an atomic beam-spring model

Based on molecular force fields,a new finite element model is constructed for multi-walled carbon nanotubes where the interlayer interactions and C--C bonds are simulated by the elements of piece-wise linear spring and rectangular cross section beam,respectively.For high computation efficiency and atomic reification,the radial breathing modes of multi-walled carbon nanotubes are studied systemically using this model.The results show the correspondence between carbon nanotube structures and vibrational modes,which provide unequivocal data for the experimental characterization of carbon nanotubes.An empirical relationship of radial breathing modes frequencies with the nanotube radius are also obtained for two-layer carbon nanotubes.

A two-dimensional subthreshold current model for strained-Si MOSFET

An analytical model for the subthreshold current of a strained-Si metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) is developed by solving the two-dimensional (2D) Poisson equation and the conventional drift-diffusion theory. Model verification is carried out using the 2D device simulator ISE. Good agreement is obtained between the model's calculations and the simulated results. By analyzing the model, the dependence of current on the strained-Si layer strain, doping concentration, source/drain junction depths and substrate voltage is studied. This subthreshold current model provides valuable information for strained-Si MOSFET design.

Detector control system for Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment

The Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment is to measure the smallest mixing angle θ13.The experiment contains three major experiment halls,Daya Bay near site,Linao near site and far site,and two major kinds of detectors,antineutrino detector which is to detect the antineutrinos by the inverse beta-decay reaction in Gd-LS,and muon detector which is to study and reject cosmogenic backgrounds.The goal of the detector control system(DCS)is to operate and detect the detectors and keep them running in safety.In consideration of the limited fund of this system and manpower of working on this system,the LabVIEW is chosen to develop the detector control system.The architecture of DCS adopts the distributed data management which is based on client-server model.The server part is to detect and operate parameters from hardware,save data to database and release data to clients,the client is to receive data from the server.The detector control system contains three parts:the hardware part,the local control system and the global control part.The local control system includes high voltage supply system,low voltage supply system,VME crate system,temperature and humidity system,gas pressure system,and so on.
