电动式水冷机组冷凝器的管内冷却水流速较低,易结垢,运行效率普遍低下。现有的塑料光滑扭带由于自转清洗力矩弱,不能直接用于自动清洗。研制了一种高效强化传热,能够在0.5m/s以上的较低流速下自动清洗污垢的斜齿扭带,其原理是在光滑扭... 电动式水冷机组冷凝器的管内冷却水流速较低,易结垢,运行效率普遍低下。现有的塑料光滑扭带由于自转清洗力矩弱,不能直接用于自动清洗。研制了一种高效强化传热,能够在0.5m/s以上的较低流速下自动清洗污垢的斜齿扭带,其原理是在光滑扭带的双面上等距离排列斜齿,被斜齿导向的传热流体对斜齿的反作用力形成一个新增的旋转力矩。与现有的光滑扭带相比,弧线形斜齿扭带自转清洗力矩增大了75%~101%,传热系数提高了71%。虽然阻力系数较高,但是设备的总阻力仍然在一般工程容许的范围内,对冷饮冷冻行业的节能增效具有较高的推广价值。 展开更多

为避免平板式水冷散热器可能因虚焊而存在泄漏的风险,设计了一款管式水冷散热器。以管式水冷散热器为研究对象,利用HyperMesh软件建立仿真分析用的网格模型,再采用FLUENT软件对流速分布、压力分布和温度场分布进行了分析,对比研究了流... 为避免平板式水冷散热器可能因虚焊而存在泄漏的风险,设计了一款管式水冷散热器。以管式水冷散热器为研究对象,利用HyperMesh软件建立仿真分析用的网格模型,再采用FLUENT软件对流速分布、压力分布和温度场分布进行了分析,对比研究了流量、管材和底板厚度对IGBT芯片最高温度的影响。研究结果表明,压降基本上呈流量的二次方关系增长,芯片最高温度降低趋势随着流量增加由快速变为缓慢,芯片最高温度随管材的导热系数提高而降低,底板厚度对芯片最高温度的影响很小,采用单根管路的水冷散热器均温性不佳。通过对压力损失的分析,提出了单根管路改为双根管路的优化改进方案,管路压降较改进之前降低约80%,且温度均匀性更好。该研究结果可为管式水冷散热器的设计提供指导。 展开更多

This study presents theoretical considerations and results of a portable shell and tube heat exchanger in a solar water distiller system. The device is composed of a glass heat exchanger, which served as a condenser for vapor condensing which were produced in black paint solar absorber. It was also composed of a tank for water source and a tank for produced distilled water. Shell and tube was designed and simulated using an implicit numerical scheme. Simulation results showed that accumulated mass water greatly depended on the inlet vapor temperature and volume, heat exchanger material, coolant water temperature and volume. Thus, changing the material from stainless steel to glass in the same condition (vapor temperature, vapor volume, coolant temperature and coolant volume). These inexpensive shell and tube heat exchangers permitted to produce 40 litre/day, distilled water from vapor with 378 K inlet temperature in atmosphere pressure. If inlet pressure increases, vapor temperature will decline and thereupon, heat exchanger's efficiency tangibility will increase. 展开更多

For utilization of the residual heat of flue gas to drive the absorption chillers,a lithium-bromide falling film in vertical tube type generator is presented.A mathematical model was developed to simulate the heat and mass coupled problem of laminar falling film evaporation in vertical tube.In the model,the factor of mass transfer was taken into account in heat transfer performance calculation.The temperature and concentration fields were calculated.Some tests were conducted for the factors such as Re number,heating flux,the inlet concentration and operating pressure which can affect the heat and mass transfer performance in laminar falling film evaporation.The heat transfer performance is enhanced with the increasing of heat flux.An increasing inlet concentration can weaken the heat transfer performance.The operating pressure hardly affects on heat and mass transfer.The bigger inlet Re number means weaker heat transfer effects and stronger mass transfer.The mass transfer obviously restrains the heat transfer in the falling film solution.The relation between dimensionless heat transfer coefficient and the inlet Re number is obtained. 展开更多
