农村小学问题学生的管教方法探究

目的 探讨神经症患者子女的行为问题及其相关因素。方法 采用Achenback儿童行为量表 (CBCL)对神经症患者子女 (实验组 )及正常人子女 (对照组 )进行测试 ,并对其家庭教育情况及在学校的表现进行对照研究。结果 实验组子女行为问题的... 目的 探讨神经症患者子女的行为问题及其相关因素。方法 采用Achenback儿童行为量表 (CBCL)对神经症患者子女 (实验组 )及正常人子女 (对照组 )进行测试 ,并对其家庭教育情况及在学校的表现进行对照研究。结果 实验组子女行为问题的出现率为 2 7 8% ,对照组为 11 1% ,两组间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;CBCL平均得分实验组为 ( 2 1 78± 6 65 )分 ,对照组为 ( 10 5 4± 5 2 1)分 ,两组间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,两组在家庭教育及学校表现上差别也有显著性意义。结论 神经症患者的子女发生行为问题较多 ,多为遗传。 展开更多

The paper reported on a small-scale qualitative study on EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teacher education with a two-fold objective, investigating the possibility of integrating the Internet for academic purposes in the context of a pre-service English teacher education programme in Egypt, and suggesting some guidelines based on the specific context of Assiut University College of Education. Semi-structured interviews were conducted online with some student teachers (n = 10) and teacher educators (n = 10) at the university to identify their personal viewpoints, experiences and concerns regarding integrating the Internet into this teacher education context. For triangulation purposes, content analysis was conducted on 12 online documents. Results reveal some difficulties, challenges and concerns related to the process and some new forms of literacy needed for this context. Based on this, some guidelines are suggested for integrating the Internet into pre-service EFL teacher education programmes with special reference to the Egyptian context. 展开更多

Combining the observations of classroom activities in a real children English class with the interviews with the child students and the teacher in that class, this paper presents various classroom activities used in real children English class. Among all the activities of greetings and free conversations, guessing new words, pair or group work, games, songs, chants, making stories and competition, child students prefer games, role play, making stories, and competitions, in which children can take the initiatives; while the teacher favors greetings, guessing new words, role play, and group work. The problem of the activities that children students like the most is that they may cause some disturbance in class. To solve this problem, the author thinks that these activities are better to be put at the end of the class. 展开更多

However, there is a great dispute about the viability of the current practices by those responsible to evaluate and support teachers. This study aims at investigating the effectiveness of a new supervisory method called "Unseen Observation" (henceforth UO), a strategy where teachers sit for a pre/post-lesson discussions but with no observer in class. Teachers were interviewed to measure their perceptions of the new method. Learning evaluation reform, an important part of the College English Teaching Reform, is not only a basis for teachers to reflect on their teaching method, to improve their teaching management, and to ensure the teaching quality, but also an effective means for students to enhance their learning efficiency and to gain sound learning effect as well. This research was intended to apply action research to the construction of multiple learning evaluation system with the aim of proving the effectiveness of the system on raising students' learning autonomy to find problems in the teaching, to testify the problems through questionnaire, then to design a feasible teaching strategy and carry out an experimental teaching, and finally to reflect on the whole teaching process from the perspective of how well the learner's learning autonomy was enhanced. The research result is valid, positively testifying the presupposition that the Multiple Evaluation System is a comprehensive one, which makes it possible to evaluate the students' progress in the whole learning process. 展开更多

The system adopts Web network architecture design, mainly it is divided into MUC main control module, database module, data management module and man-machine interaction module, Network management and online scheduling of English teaching resources are obtained based on C/S framework, data exchange of English teaching resources is realized on client side and server side, the control component of the English teaching resource distribution database uses MBM29LV400BC as the logic decoding controller. The intelligent algorithm is used to analyze the big data to realize the scheduling and access control of the English teaching management system resources. The test results show that the design of the English teaching management system has good resource scheduling and database construction ability, and the overall intelligence of the system is better. 展开更多
