Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 349 college students using time management disposition inventory, self-developed self-confident questionnaire and self-confidence clarity questionnaire. Results: 1) College students’ self-confidence levels differed significantly by gender (p (p < 0.001), with individuals from urban domiciles scoring significantly higher than those from rural domiciles in terms of their time management tendencies and scores on the various dimensions;3) Self-confidence and clarity of self-confidence were significantly and positively correlated with time management tendencies and the various dimensions;and 4) after the introduction of the clarity, self-confidence still has a predictive effect on time management tendency. Conclusion: Self-confidence not only directly affects time management tendency, but also indirectly affects time management tendency through the mediating effect of clarity of self-confidence.展开更多
