本文介绍了有加强环管结点冲剪计算的方法及作者所编的RING程序。该方法在国外深水导管架设计中已经广泛使用,主要解决API RP 2A中不能计算有加强环管结点的计算问题。该方法是用经验系数的办法去修正冲剪计算中的τ及γ系数,把有加强... 本文介绍了有加强环管结点冲剪计算的方法及作者所编的RING程序。该方法在国外深水导管架设计中已经广泛使用,主要解决API RP 2A中不能计算有加强环管结点的计算问题。该方法是用经验系数的办法去修正冲剪计算中的τ及γ系数,把有加强环的管结点转换成等效弦杆壁厚的无加强环管结点,再用API RP 2A中管结点冲剪计算的方法进行等效的无加强环管结点的冲剪计算。该方法的使用在国内尚无先例,因为我国自行设计的导管架均为浅水导管架。因此本方法的介绍旨在对国内深水导管架中有加强环管结点的设计起个抛砖引玉作用,所编的RING程序将用于我公司即将设计的90米水深导管架需要加加强环的管结点的设计。 展开更多

本文以海洋平台为研究对象,应用有限元软件ANSYS对平台进行有限元建模,环境载荷主要考虑随机波浪载荷,从能量的角度对结构进行随机振动动力学分析得到平台的响应参数,在此基础上应用谱分析方法对平台管结点进行疲劳分析并估算结构的寿命。

Objective: To describe two cases of bilateral transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site(LESS) surgeries in a single operative session and assess the safety, feasibility and efficacy. Methods: One patient underwent right ureterolithotomy and left varicocelectomy, and the patient was performed with right simple nephrectomy for nonfunctioning kidney due to ureteral calculus and left ureterolithotomy using a novel multichannel TriPortTM via a single 2-3 cm transumbilical incision Results: The right-side ureterolithotomy and left-side varicocelectomy were finished in 229 minutes, with a total estimated blood loss of 50 hal. The right-side simple nephrectomy and left-side ureterolithotomy in the other patient were finished in 340 minutes, with a total estimated blood loss of 100 ml. There were no major complications. At the latest follow-up, both patients remained symptom-free and there were no evidences of recurrence. Both of them were delighted for the single scarConclusion: Synchronous LESS urologic procedure via a single umbilical incision is technically feasible, safe and efficacious with a promising potential 展开更多

It consists of two access transistors and two pull-down tran... This paper proposes a novel loadless 4T SRAM cell composed of nMOS transistors. The SRAM cell is based on 32nm silicon-on-insulator (SO1) technology node. It consists of two access transistors and two pull-down transistors. The pull-down transistors have larger channel length than the access transistors. Due to the significant short channel effect of small-size MOS transistors, the access transistors have much larger leakage current than the pull-down transistors,enabling the SRAM cell to maintain logic "1" while in standby. The storage node voltages of the cell are fed back to the back-gates of the access transistors,enabling the stable "read" operation of the cell. The use of back-gate feedback also helps to im- prove the static noise margin (SNM) of the cell. The proposed SRAM cell has smaller area than conventional bulk 6T SRAM cells and 4T SRAM cells. The speed and power dissipation of the SRAM cell are simulated and discussed. The SRAM cell can operate with a 0. 5V supply voltage. 展开更多

The pervasive transcription of the genome creates many types of non-coding RNAs(nc RNAs).However,we know very little regarding the functions and the regulatory mechanisms of these nc RNAs.Exploring the interactions of RNA and RNA binding proteins(RBPs) is vital because it can allow us to truly understand how these nc RNAs behave in vivo.High-throughput sequencing of RNA isolated by cross-linking immunoprecipitation(HITS-CLIP or CLIP-seq) and its variants have been successfully used as systemic techniques to study RBP binding sites.In this review,we will explain the major differences between the CLIP techniques,summarize successful applications of these techniques,discuss limitations of CLIP,present some suggested solutions and project their promising future roles in studying the RNA world. 展开更多

Tubular members have been used for constructing offshore structures. Large-scale fatigue tests of welded tubular K-joints under the balanced in-plane bending brace were carried out to investigate the fatigue behavior of API 2W Gr.50 steel produced by POSCO. The experimental results were verified by numerical approaches and compared with the IIW, DnV RP-C203 and API RP 2A-WSD design curves. The test results based on the hot spot stress were in agreement with the design curves. The SCF factor for tubular K-joint was also obtained. The numerical parametric study of the K-joint (using the finite element program) was described and its results were compared with experimental results. The stress effects of various parameters including α, β, γ, τ and θ on the stress in the K-joint were investigated. The stress distribution for each parameter was introduced. The study showed that the maximum stress of the joint varied according to the variation of joint parameters. 展开更多
