A high accuracy instrument ADV and high precision point-type pressure sensors were used to measure the parameters of the flow field, including the pressure distribution, velocities at seven cross sections near the submarine pipeline with five different clearance ratios, and twelve dynamic pressure values around the pipeline. The pressure distributions and velocity changes around the pipe under dif- ferent flow velocities and clearance ratios were analyzed. These results might be useful for further study of submarine pipeline ero- sion and protection.展开更多

It was obtained from the experiment checking and comparative analysis that the dynamical-wave muting model can reflect influence like attenuate and backwater when flood peak propagate in pipeline with high calculation precision and vast application scope, and it can be applied in routing of urban rain pipe flow of different slopes and inflow conditions. The routing model supplies a scientific foundation for the town rainfall piping design or checking, disaster administration of storm runoff, and so on.展开更多

The results of theexperiment and simulation show that the differences of hydraulic conductivity, specific conductivity and leafspecific conductivity is great in different stems and branches of Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings. The hydraulicconductivity of non-constriction area is higher than that of constriction area. The devotion of functionalxylem of stem to unit leaf growth is not a constant, namely, the Huber value is diverse. Even though the pipemodel has been accepted in some areas, its precondition is not perfect, and it is helpless in correctlyunderstanding the essence of water transport in seedlings from the prospective of water physiology.展开更多
