为解决城市污水排放路径和污水提升泵站的设计问题,对漳州某工业园区污水提升泵站及其配套工程进行研究。在分析工程项目的基本情况和拟建场地现状的基础上,提出泵站整体设计思路和设计原则。根据园区道路现状和未来的发展规划,对泵站... 为解决城市污水排放路径和污水提升泵站的设计问题,对漳州某工业园区污水提升泵站及其配套工程进行研究。在分析工程项目的基本情况和拟建场地现状的基础上,提出泵站整体设计思路和设计原则。根据园区道路现状和未来的发展规划,对泵站的规模、位置和类型等设计参数进行方案对比分析,最终确定泵站的位置。在此基础上,对污水管道路径进行优化设计,从经济性和影响程度方面分析,确定方案一为最终方案。通过研究可知,采用一体化预制的新型污水提升泵,具有施工便捷、对周边环境影响小和造价低等特点,适宜该项目建设。 展开更多

Total site heat integration(TSHI) provides more opportunities for energy saving in industry clusters. Some design methods including direct integration using process streams and indirect integration using intermediate-fluid circuits, i.e., steam, dowtherms and hot water, have been proposed during last few decades. Indirect heat integration is preferred when the heat sources and sinks are separated in independent plants with rather long distance. This improves energy efficiency by adaption of intermediate fluid circle which acts as a utility provider for plants in a symbiotic network. However, there are some significant factors ignored in conventional TSHI, i.e. the investment of pipeline, cost of pumping and heat loss. These factors simultaneously determine the possibility and performance of heat integration. This work presents a new methodology for indirect heat integration in low temperature range using hot water circuit as intermediate-fluid medium. The new methodology enables the targeting of indirect heat integration across plants considering the factors mentioned earlier. An MINLP model with economic objective is established and solved. The optimization results give the mass flow rate of intermediate-fluid, diameter of pipeline, the temperature of the circuits and the matches of heat exchanger networks(HENS) automatically. Finally, the application of this proposed methodology is illustrated with a case study. 展开更多

The turning motion of a tracked pipeline-robot implemented by skid steering is a nonholonomic dynamic problem with intrinsic nonlinearity, to which the classical control method is inappropriate and cannot be applied. This paper presents a novel path tracking control method based on hierarchical fuzzy structure. The controller consists of three sub-level low dimensional fuzzy control systems: fuzzy supervisory control, fuzzy steering and fuzzy velocity control. As a result, establishing the bases of rules for the fuzzy control becomes feasible and simplified, and the related controller can be adapted to complicated ground and environment. Using this method, the number of fuzzy controt rules is greatly decreased so that the curse of dimensionality causing the multivariable problem does not occur. Simulation and experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method with satisfied performance on path tracking. Autonomous navigation of the caterpillar-inspired pipeline-robot is also implemented based on the sensor feedbacks. 展开更多

In this work, a novel numerical method is developed for simulating arbitrary crack growth in pipes with the idea of enriched shape functions which can represent the discontinuity independent of the mesh. The concept of the enriched shape functions is introduced into the continuum-based (CB) shell element. Due to the advantage of CB shell element, the shell thickness varia- tion and surface connection can be concerned during the deformation. The stress intensity factors of the crack in the CB shell element are calculated by using the 'equivalent domain integral' method for 3D arbitrary non-planar crack. The maximum en- ergy release rate is used as a propagation criterion. This method is proved able to capture arbitrary crack growth path in pipes which is independent of the element mesh. Numerical examples of different fracture patterns in pipes are presented here. 展开更多
