With the transformant TR12 containing multi copies of acid stable α-amylase and gflucoamylase genes in fermentation,it was possible to produce quality rice liquor from the post-distillation slurry used repeatedly not...With the transformant TR12 containing multi copies of acid stable α-amylase and gflucoamylase genes in fermentation,it was possible to produce quality rice liquor from the post-distillation slurry used repeatedly not drain However,it did’t do the same with the white qu mold Aspergillus Kawachii Furthermore,saccarifying enzymes as much as that contained in the post-distillation derived from fermented mash of using TR12 strain were added to the post-distillation slurry derived from that of using conventional white qu mold,the value of alcohol yield and the quality of rice liquor yet were lower in fermentation Thus,after assaying some composition of rice qu and commercialized enzymes,a semi-solid atate fermentation test that the post-distillation slurry was used in second time was carried out by adding saccarifying enzymes with a low activity of acid protease As a result,comparing with the contrast,the fermentation yield increased to 460 mL/kg,the concentration of isoamy1 acetate and β-phenylethy1 acetate increased to 20 0 mg/L and6.2mg/L,approached the level of using TR12 strain And the discharge of distillation wastewater was only 33% that of conventional method or even lower。展开更多
