疫苗是将病原微生物及其代谢产物,通过现代生物技术及方法制成的生物制品,其主要作用是激发机体的自身免疫功能以预防或治疗疾病。但随着时间的推移,其所产生的效果也会降低,传统的疫苗以单剂免疫多次注射为主,大部分疫苗均需要多次使... 疫苗是将病原微生物及其代谢产物,通过现代生物技术及方法制成的生物制品,其主要作用是激发机体的自身免疫功能以预防或治疗疾病。但随着时间的推移,其所产生的效果也会降低,传统的疫苗以单剂免疫多次注射为主,大部分疫苗均需要多次使用才能达到理想的效果。随着缓控释技术应用于疫苗领域,使疫苗实现了仅单次注射即可达到长期免疫的效果。缓控释制剂系指药物在使用后,可以在较长的时间内持续释放或在预定的时间内自动以预定的速度释放,从而达到其药效可以长时间保持在一定水平的制剂。经研究发现,有效的转运载体和材料是研制缓控释疫苗的主要方向。本文参考近年来相关文献,就缓释疫苗和控释疫苗制剂使用的新型转运载体(微球、微囊、纳米粒和纳米囊)以及使用新型壁材、载体材料(聚合物微粒类、壳聚糖、海藻酸钠)等方法进行综述,供同行参考。 展开更多

目的:探讨环氧化物水解酶基因(EPHX1)rs4653436(G>A)基因多态性位点与个体间华法林稳定剂量差异的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应/变性高效液相色谱技术,检测217例已获得华法林稳定剂量患者的rs4653436(G>A)位点基因型;比较不同基... 目的:探讨环氧化物水解酶基因(EPHX1)rs4653436(G>A)基因多态性位点与个体间华法林稳定剂量差异的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应/变性高效液相色谱技术,检测217例已获得华法林稳定剂量患者的rs4653436(G>A)位点基因型;比较不同基因型患者华法林稳定剂量的差异。结果:217例患者中,基因型GG、GA和AA分别有141、72和4例,各占65.0%、33.2%和1.8%,G和A等位基因的频率分别为81.6%和18.4%。GG、GA和AA基因型患者的华法林稳定剂量分别为(2.84±1.19)、(2.91±1.09)和(2.66±1.29)mg/d,3组之间差异无统计学意义(F=0.155,P=0.856)。结论:EPHX1 rs4653436(G>A)基因多态性可能不是影响华法林个体间用量差异的遗传因素。 展开更多

Our results show that in liver microsomes from erythromycin,acetylspiramycin and dexamethsone pretreated rats,the rate of praziquantel( PQT)disappearence was increased as compared with control rat When microsomes from erythromycin-treated rats were exposed to PQT in the presence of potassium ferricyanide which broke down the cytochrome P-450 Fe(Ⅱ)-metabolite complexes and restored the functional cytochrome P-450,PQT metabolism was further increased. Acetylspiramycin did not form the complexes, so potassium ferricyanide showed no effect on the PQT metabolism in microsomes from acetylspiramycin-treated rats. Triacetyloleandomycin,a specific inhibitor of cytochrome P-450ⅢAI, inhibited PQT metabolism by 53% in liver microsomes from dexamethasone-treated rats.These results indicate the cytochrome P-450ⅢA seems to be involved in metabolism of PQT in rat liver microsomes. 展开更多

This paper presents a continuous apparatus to conduct experiment of SAS process. With the apparatus, the effects of pressure, temperature and flow ratio of CO2 to the solution on the shape and size of particles are studied for the quercetin-ethanol-CO2 system. Spherical quercetin microparticles with diameters ranging form 1 μm to 6μm can be obtained while ethanol is used as organic solvent. The most effective fact on the shape and size of particles is pressure, the next is temperature and the last is the flow ratio of CO2 to solution. 展开更多

This paper reports a microfluidic method of continuous separation of marine algae and particles by DC dielectrophoresis. The locally non-uniform electric field is generated by an insulating PDMS triangle hurdle fabricated within a PDMS microchannel. Both the particles and algae are subject to negative DEP forces at the hurdle where the gradient of local electric-field strength is the strongest. The DEP force acting on the particle or the algae depends on particles' or algae's volume, shape and dielectric properties. Thus the moving particles and algae will be repelled to different streamlines when passing the hurdle. In this way, combined with the electroosmotic flow, continuous separation of algae of two different sizes, and continuous separation of polystyrene particles and algae with similar volume but different shape were achieved. This first demonstration of DC DEP separation of polystyrene particles and algae with similar sizes illustrates the great influence of dielectric properties on particle separation and potentials for sample pretreatment. 展开更多
