广州城区秋季大气PM_(2.5)中主要水溶性无机离子分析 被引量:35

分别在广州市中心城区高楼顶(距地50m)和交通干线路边(距地1.2m),于2006年秋季连续一周采集了大气PM2.5样品,对比分析了SO42-、NO3-、Cl-、F-、Na+、NH4+、Ca2+、K+、Mg2+等9种水溶性无机离子含量。结果表明,楼顶相对充分混合大气中PM2.... 分别在广州市中心城区高楼顶(距地50m)和交通干线路边(距地1.2m),于2006年秋季连续一周采集了大气PM2.5样品,对比分析了SO42-、NO3-、Cl-、F-、Na+、NH4+、Ca2+、K+、Mg2+等9种水溶性无机离子含量。结果表明,楼顶相对充分混合大气中PM2.5的质量浓度范围59.5~129.5μg/m3,均值为83.7μg/m3;交通干线路边大气PM2.5的质量浓度范围为108.4~132.2μg/m3,均值为121.1μg/m3。9种离子总浓度平均达到50.9(楼顶)和44.1(路边)μg/m3,占PM2.5质量浓度的60.8%(楼顶)和36.4%(路边)。SO42-和NO3-为水溶性无机离子主要组成,其占PM2.5质量浓度的比例均是楼顶高于路边,显示二次气溶胶对楼顶充分混合大气中PM2.5有较大贡献,而路边样品中一次来源贡献相对较大。计算表明采样期间海盐对广州大气PM2.5中的水溶性组分贡献较小。NH4+当量浓度远小于SO42-和NO3-的当量浓度,中和度远<1,反映PM2.5酸性较强,且楼项PM2.5粒子酸性高于路边样品。 展开更多

Heterogeneity and plasticity of T helper cells 被引量:41

CD4 T helper (Th) cells play critical roles in adaptive immune responses. They recruit and activate other immune cells including B cells, CD8 T cells, macrophages, mast cells, neutrophils, eosinophils and basophils.... CD4 T helper (Th) cells play critical roles in adaptive immune responses. They recruit and activate other immune cells including B cells, CD8 T cells, macrophages, mast cells, neutrophils, eosinophils and basophils. Based on their functions, their pattern of cytokine secretion and their expression of specific transcription factors, Th cells, differentiated from naive CD4 T cells, are classified into four major lineages, Thl, Th2, Th17 and T regulatory (Treg) cells, although other Th lineages may exist. Subsets of the same lineage may express different effector cytokines, reside at different locations or give rise to cells with different fates, whereas cells from different lineages may secrete common cytokines, such as IL-2, IL-9 and IL-10, resulting in massive heterogeneity of the Th cell population. In addition, the pattern of cytokine secretion may switch from that of one lineage toward another under certain circumstances, suggesting that Th cells are plastic. Tregs are also more heterogeneous and plastic than were originally thought. In this review, we summarize recent reports on heterogeneity and plasticity of Th cells, and discuss potential mechanisms and implications of such features that Th cells display. 展开更多

Mesoporous superacids S2O82–-Fe2O3/SBA-15(SFS)with active nanoparticles are prepared by ultrasonic adsorption method.This method is adopted to ensure a homo-dispersed nanoparticle active phase,large specific surface area and many acidic sites.Compared with bulk S2O82–-Fe2O3,Br?nsted acid catalysts and other reported catalysts,SFS with an Fe2O3 loading of 30%(SFS-30)exhibits an outstanding activity in the probe reaction of alcoholysis of styrene oxide by methanol with 100%yield.Moreover,SFS-30 also shows a more excellent catalytic performance than bulk S2O82–-Fe2O3 towards the alcoholysis of other ROHs(R=C2H5-C4H9).Lewis and Bronsted acid sites on the SFS-30 surfaces are confirmed by pyridine adsorbed infrared spectra.The highly efficient catalytic activity of SFS-30 may be attributed to the synergistic effect from the nano-effect of S2O82–-Fe2O3 nanoparticles and the mesostructure of SBA-15.Finally,SFS-30 shows a good catalytic reusability,providing an 84.1%yield after seven catalytic cycles. 展开更多

In order to investigate the difference of phtotocatalytic properties of TiO2 samples prepared in different pH conditions, TiO2 nanopartieles were prepared in acidic medium and basic medium by a hydrothermal process, respectively. The samples were characterized using XRD, TEM, BET, XPS, surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS) and field-induced surface photovohage spectroscopy (FISPS). Effects of temperature and pH in the hydrothermal process on particle sizes, specific surface areas, and photoeatalytic properties of the TiO2 nanoerystalline were investigated. The experimental results indicate that the photocatalysis activity of TiO2 nanoparticles prepared in basic medium ( B-TiO2 ) is superior to that in acidic medium ( A-TiO2 ), which is ascribed to the difference of surface state between A-TiO2 and B-TiO2. 展开更多

However, the role of IL-23 in allergic airway inflammation is not well understood. In this study, we show that in an allergen-induced asthma model, mice with transgenic overexpression of IL-23R exhibited increased airway infiltration of eosinophils and Th2 cytokine production, whereas those deficient in IL-23 displayed reduced airway inflammation. In vitro, IL-23-IL-23R signaling promoted GATA-3 expression and enhanced Th2 cytokine expression. Conversely, in the absence of this signal, Th2 cell differentiation was partially inhibited. Therefore, IL-23 signaling may regulate allergic asthma through modulation of Th2 cell differentiation. 展开更多

2011年8月—2012年7月期间,利用中流量(100 L·min^-1)大气采样器对东莞市A和B两点(A:生活区,B:工业区)进行PM1、PM1-2.5、PM2.5-10采样,并定量分析颗粒物上F^-、Cl^-、NO3^-、SO4^2-、NH4^+、Na^+、K^+、Ca^2+、Mg^2... 2011年8月—2012年7月期间,利用中流量(100 L·min^-1)大气采样器对东莞市A和B两点(A:生活区,B:工业区)进行PM1、PM1-2.5、PM2.5-10采样,并定量分析颗粒物上F^-、Cl^-、NO3^-、SO4^2-、NH4^+、Na^+、K^+、Ca^2+、Mg^2+等9种水溶性无机离子.分析结果显示,工业区B点的细粒子污染较生活区A点严重,B点PM1质量浓度年均值为48 μg·m^-3,其浓度是A点的1.2倍.A、B两点PM1对PM2.5和PM10的质量贡献率无明显差异,平均贡献率分别高达69%和45%.二次离子SO4^2-、NO3^-、NH4^+及与燃烧行为有关的K^+、Cl^-等5种离子在细粒子PM1上富集,这5种离子对PM1质量的贡献率分别为18.82%-19.76%、4.98%-5.47%、3.98%-4.12%、2.03%-2.27%和3.39%-3.78%.而其他4种离子,Ca^2+、Mg^2+、F^-和Na^+积聚在粗粒子PM2.5-10上.PM10/PM2.5/PM1三种粒子中,PM1粒子酸性值AE/CE(阴离子当量浓度/阳离子当量浓度)比值和硫转化率SOR、氮转化率NOR值均是最高. 展开更多

Hexagram shaped gold particles and their analogues enclosed by high index facets with kinks have been successfully synthesized by reducing HAuCl4 with ascorbic acid (AA) in the presence of poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) at room temperature. By using electron microscopy, the surfaces of the hexagram shaped Au particle were found to be {541} planes, which contain high-density steps and kinks. In addition, it was found that hexagonal shield-like and other kind of particles present in the product were analogues of the hexagram shaped Au particles structure, in that they had the same surface structure. In order to confirm the surface structure of all the prepared particles, surface structure sensitive underpotential deposition of Pb was carried out, and the cyclic voltammetric profile was in accordance with the proposed {541} surface. Finally, structure-property relationships of the Au hexagrams were experimentally analyzed by employing the electrocatalytic oxidation of AA as a probe reaction. The electrocatalytic reactions of gold cubes with low-index {100} facets and gold trioctahedra with {221} facets were studied as references. The experimental results showed that the hexagram shaped Au particles and their analogues with exposed {541} facets have the highest catalytic activity among the three kinds of gold particles, owing to the high density of kink atoms. This study should motivate us to further explore methods for the preparation of other well-defined polyhedral metal nanocrystals enclosed by high index surfaces. 展开更多

A versatile DNA recognition system using cadmium sulfide nanoparticles (CdS NPs) as labels was proposed for ultrasensitive detection of specific sequence DNA based on target recycling. This strategy utilized the magnetic particles (MNPs) for the immobilization of linker DNA and CdS NPs and the subsequent target DNA hybridization. Using the unique characteristic of nicking endonuclease for cutting one specific strand of double strand DNA (ds DNA), the linker DNA could be transected and the target DNA could be liberated for re-hybridization and hence the amount of released CdS NPs was enhanced. Due to the advantage of the MNPs and signal amplification from the target recycling, the analyte DNA could be detected by the square-wave stripping voltammetry (SWV) in a wide linear range from 0.4 fM to 100 fM with the detection limit down to 0.08 fM. The proposed DNA detection strategy possesses high sensitivity, satisfactory reproducibility and excellent stability, which might have potential in other DNA biological assays. 展开更多

The coupled Gross–Pitaevskii equations for two-species BEC have been solved analytically under the Thomas-Fermi approximation(TFA). Based on the analytical solution, two formulae are derived to relate the particle numbers N_A and N_B with the root mean square radii of the two kinds of atoms. Only the case that both kinds of atoms have nonzero distribution at the center of an isotropic trap is considered. In this case the TFA has been found to work nicely. Thus, the two formulae are applicable and are useful for the evaluation of N_A and N_B. 展开更多
