浮选回收粗粒磷酸盐时的细粒效应

用浮选选别佛罗里达磷酸盐矿石时,为了优化选别效率,给料通常分成粗粒(-16+35目)和细粒(-35+150目)两级别入选。粗粒浮选的回收率相当低(-16%),而通常细粒浮选的效率很高,回收率大约为90%。已经证实,细粒级和粗粒级以适当的比例混合... 用浮选选别佛罗里达磷酸盐矿石时,为了优化选别效率,给料通常分成粗粒(-16+35目)和细粒(-35+150目)两级别入选。粗粒浮选的回收率相当低(-16%),而通常细粒浮选的效率很高,回收率大约为90%。已经证实,细粒级和粗粒级以适当的比例混合可以提高总的浮选效率。细粒存在时粗粒回收率的提高被认为是由于细粒的加入改进了泡沫特性。又证明,在自然给料中,粗粒与细粒比例不利于混合物料浮选时,添加少量的预先调好的细粒,能在很大程度上提高粗粒的回收率。 展开更多

用湿法磷酸制饲料级磷酸氢钙过去曾用两段法或钾盐脱氟,前者P_2O_5收率仅约63%甚至更低,其余为肥料级磷酸盐,后者为达到脱氟要求,钾盐用量可达理论量的2~3倍,且在反应过程中部分形成钾石膏;锦屏磷矿镁含量高,多认为不宜制湿法磷酸。... 用湿法磷酸制饲料级磷酸氢钙过去曾用两段法或钾盐脱氟,前者P_2O_5收率仅约63%甚至更低,其余为肥料级磷酸盐,后者为达到脱氟要求,钾盐用量可达理论量的2~3倍,且在反应过程中部分形成钾石膏;锦屏磷矿镁含量高,多认为不宜制湿法磷酸。本工艺采用粗磷酸处理磷矿粉,以磷矿中的碳酸盐与粗磷酸中的氟反应,不仅脱除了氟,还获得了镁含量甚低的磷矿浆,由其与硫酸反应制取磷酸,磷矿粉处理后的清液与石灰乳中和制得饲料级磷酸氢钙,P_2O_5收率高达92%。镁是动物体内所需的常量元素,磷矿粉处理后镁进入产品中,使动物可经常补充镁,产品中钙含量偏低,但钙、镁的总含量符合国家标准的规定。 展开更多

To study the effect of electrolytic concentration,bioactive ceramic films containing Ca and P on the surface of the Ti6Al4V alloy were prepared by micro-arc oxidation(MAO) in aqueous solutions of different concentrations.Composition,micro-morphology,wettability of the films and their corrosion behavior in a Hank's SBF were studied.Our experimental results show that the film is mainly composed of anatase,rutile and amorphous phases.With an increase in electrolytic concentration,the ratio of rutile in films enlarge and small amounts of calcium phosphate(Ca3(PO4)2) and hydroxyapatite(HA) appear.The number of micropores in films increases but their dimensions decrease and their porosities increase slightly.As the surface roughness of MAO film increases with concentration,the wettablility of the oxide film improves continually,while micro-hardness increases at first and then decreases.MAO treatment clearly improves the corrosion resistance of substrates in a Hank's SBF. 展开更多

Purification and Antioxidant Activities of Phycocyanin from Spirulina Platensis

This study aimed to purify and determine antioxidant activities of different fractions obtained during the purification process of phycocyanin from Spirulina platensis. The dried powder of Spirulina platensis, after ground with sands, was extracted with 50 mM sodium phosphate buffer at pH 6.8 before centrifuged to precipitate unwanted proteins. Then the supernatant was separated by celit column to obtain semi-pure phycocyanin and further purified by treated with ammonium sulfate. The purity of phycocyanin was monitored by measuring the absorbance spectrum from 200 to 700 nm. Its purity ratio A620A280 was determined. The antioxidant activities of the obtained phycocyanin were determined by 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS) assay and lipid peroxidation (linoleie acid) assay. The purity ratio of phycocyanin in the Spirulina crude extract was 0.36 and increased to 2.68 after purification. The fraction with the highest purity ratio of phycocyanin demonstrated the hightest antioxidant activities. For ABTS assay, it presented the Vitamin C Equivalent Antioxidant Capacity (VCEAC) value of 0.0405 ±0.0002 mg of ascorbic acid/mg of sample and the Trolox Equivalent Antioxidant Capacity (TEAC) value of 0.0485 ±0.0002 mg oftrolox/mg of sample respectively. The result from lipid peroxidation assay exhibited IC50 value of 5.9336 ±0.2565 mg/mL. The purification of Spirulinaplatensis crude extract obtained from this study increased the purity ratio of phycocyanin and its antioxidant activities. This will be further investigated for the development into anti-aging cosmetic products. 展开更多

High-throughput pyrosequencing,carried out in millions of picoliter-sized reactors on a fiber-optic slide,is known for its longer read length.However,both optical crosstalk(which reduces the signal-to-noise ratio of CCD images)and chemical retention adversely affect the accuracy of chemiluminescence determination,and ultimately decrease the read length and the accuracy of pyrosequencing results.In this study,both titanium and oxidized aluminum films were deposited on the side walls and upper faces of micro-reactor slides to enhance optical isolation;the films reduced the inter-well crosstalk by one order of magnitude.Subsequently,chemical retention was shown to be caused by the lower diffusion coefficient of the side walls of the picolitersized reactors because of surface roughness and random pores.Optically isolated fiber-optic slides over-coated with silicon oxide showed smoother surface morphology,resulting in little chemical retention;this was further confirmed with theoretical calculations.Picoliter-sized micro-reactors coated with titanium-silicon oxide films showed the least inter-well optical crosstalk and chemical retention;these properties are expected to greatly improve the high-throughput pyrosequencing performance. 展开更多
