基于粗糙度算法的车轮踏面外形数字锉刀研究

应用Matlab平台开发了粗糙度算法和数字化锉刀软件,实现了对轨道车辆车轮踏面外形的数字化虚拟打磨。软件采用交互式的界面,首先根据表面粗糙度算法,分析打磨前的踏面外形,对其进行平滑性处理,然后再对打磨后的踏面外形进行评价。

鉴于声品质客观评价中,噪声粗糙度算法尚未标准化,本文中提出了改进的Aures粗糙度算法(MARA)。选取最大转矩转速(3 800r/min)为研究工况,进行了某汽油-天然气双燃料发动机的声学性能台架试验。结果表明,燃用汽油时两个测点的声学响应均... 鉴于声品质客观评价中,噪声粗糙度算法尚未标准化,本文中提出了改进的Aures粗糙度算法(MARA)。选取最大转矩转速(3 800r/min)为研究工况,进行了某汽油-天然气双燃料发动机的声学性能台架试验。结果表明,燃用汽油时两个测点的声学响应均大于燃用天然气时的声学响应,整机辐射声功率级分别为106.2和103.7d B(A)。但人耳主观感觉却是燃用天然气时的噪声粗糙度比燃用汽油时大。采用MARA客观评价该发动机的噪声粗糙度的结果显示,燃用天然气时测点1和测点2的噪声总粗糙度分别比燃用汽油时大12.2%和4.3%,间接验证了MARA客观评价更接近于人耳主观感觉。 展开更多

Electrochemical machining(ECM) is one of the important non-traditional machining processes,which is used for machining of difficult-to-machine materials and intricate profiles.Being a complex process,it is very difficult to determine optimal parameters for improving cutting performance.Metal removal rate and surface roughness are the most important output parameters,which decide the cutting performance.There is no single optimal combination of cutting parameters,as their influences on the metal removal rate and the surface roughness are quite opposite.A multiple regression model was used to represent relationship between input and output variables and a multi-objective optimization method based on a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ) was used to optimize ECM process.A non-dominated solution set was obtained. 展开更多

When severe journal misalignment takes place, it affects nearly all aspects of bearing performance. This paper provided a comprehensive analysis of misaligned journal bearings based on two different mass-conservative models which appropriately took into account film rupture and reformation. The lubrication characteristics and performance parameters including the cavitation zones, pressure distribution, density distribution, oil leakage, load capacity, moment, and attitude angle were compared with the traditional lubrication model. The results showed that cavitation has great effect on bearing performances, especially when the surface roughness is large. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the effects of journal misalignment alongside inter-asperity cavitation theory in the design and analyses of journal bearings. 展开更多
