区域粮食生产差异与粮食安全的策略

本文在分析我国区域粮食生产的差异性基础上,研究了粮食主产区和粮食主销区的供求基本情况,进而探究影响我国粮食有效实现跨区域调配的因素,主要包括粮食生产的内部因素和粮食调配的外部原因。据此,提出了完善农业补贴机制、打造粮食生产核心区和完善粮食物流,要注意发挥地区粮食生产比较优势,重视影响粮食跨区域流动的限制性因素的对策建议。
