当前作为国家用以判断、衡量、监测和监督精准扶贫目标是否实现的精准扶贫信息制度,面临着难以制约帮扶政府主体虚构帮扶相对人作为"贫困户"身份的信息、难以用较低成本"精准"获得帮扶相对人收支信息、难以约束帮... 当前作为国家用以判断、衡量、监测和监督精准扶贫目标是否实现的精准扶贫信息制度,面临着难以制约帮扶政府主体虚构帮扶相对人作为"贫困户"身份的信息、难以用较低成本"精准"获得帮扶相对人收支信息、难以约束帮扶政府主体虚构帮扶信息、难以用较低成本"精准"获取帮扶全过程信息等困境。精准扶贫实践中关于"好人"与"坏人"论断的两种流行观点对此并不具有很强的解释力,产生困境的深层次原因在于精准扶贫多层级委托方与代理方之间的信息不对称,以及不同行动者之间的利益和偏好不一致。精准扶贫信息法律制度应当以经济人假设作为制度设计的逻辑起点,通过为精准扶贫各方行动者设计可实施的制约和激励机制,理性规范精准扶贫信息的调查、收集、制作、复核和备案等环节的行政关系,以实现该制度的预期目的。 展开更多

目的研究影响分离纯化三七总皂苷的几个主要影响因素,确立三七总皂苷分离纯化工艺。方法在确立三七总皂苷测定方法的基础上,采用HPD-100型大孔吸附树脂,以每ml含0.4 g三七药材的提取液为上柱液,上柱量为1.5倍柱体积,并以1柱体积/h的速... 目的研究影响分离纯化三七总皂苷的几个主要影响因素,确立三七总皂苷分离纯化工艺。方法在确立三七总皂苷测定方法的基础上,采用HPD-100型大孔吸附树脂,以每ml含0.4 g三七药材的提取液为上柱液,上柱量为1.5倍柱体积,并以1柱体积/h的速度通过树脂柱,采用大孔吸附树脂富集分离纯化三七总皂苷。结果用70%乙醇为洗脱剂,2-3倍柱体积/h的速度洗脱,用量为5-6倍柱体积时,三七总皂苷的洗脱率达98%以上,纯度为79.6%,精制度为241%。结论HPD-100大孔吸附树脂可用于富集、分离纯化三七总皂苷,效果较好。 展开更多

The effects of various jamming factors on the hit accuracy are analyzed. The development of intelligent control techniques provides powerful means for the control of machine tools. In this paper, a intelligent control technique and an algorithm for precision control of CNC grinding of ceramic chips are introduced. In the process of ceramic chip CNC grinding, the dimension of the chips tends to get larger and the dimensional error to exceed the tolerance as the number of the chips increases which are machined on the same part program. There are many factors leading to the occurrence of the error and the law of error variation is very complicated. With the introduced intelligent self learning error compensation technique, the CNC system can improve the control strategy to compensate the error automatically. A two-maneuver guidance law is designed for the two-impulse rendezvous problem. The velocity gain guidance is applied to the first maneuver and the time-cut-off law is applied to the second one. Theoretical and simulation results show that the plan is credible. Accuracy requirements in fardistance rendezvous and in transform to close-in rendezous can be met. 展开更多

In the case of adding interference errors associated with rudder angle error and starting time error, the simulation analysis of impact point dispersion is done and its lateral and longitudinal correction abilities at different targeting angles are simulated to identify the effects of these factors on characteristics and control precision of the rudder control rocket, which provides the relevant reference for high-precision design of rudder control system. 展开更多

One is an on line fuzzy inference system, and the other is a conventional PID controller. In the fuzzy inference system, three adjustable factors x p, x i , and x d are introduced. Their functions are to further modify and optimize the result of the fuzzy inference so as to make the controller have the optimal control effect on a given object. The optimal values of these adjustable factors are determined based on the ITAE criterion and the Nelder and Mead′s flexible polyhedron search algorithm. This optimal fuzzy PID controller has been used to control the executive motor of the intelligent artificial leg designed by the authors. The result of computer simulation indicates that this controller is very effective and can be widely used to control different kinds of objects and processes. 展开更多

According to control requirements of the AUV, a simple but practical adaptive PID control method is designed The semi-physical simulation is done to test the feasibility of the control system. The neural network idea and the structure of PID controller are referred to design the adaptive PID controller. An intelligent integral is introduced to improve control precision. Compaed with traditional PID con- trollers, the adaptive PID controller has simple structure, good online adjusting ability, fast convergence and good robustness. Aiming at accuracy control of the thermal crown of work rolls in cold rolling,new parameters such as regulation domain and control-efficiency factors were proposed and a numerical analysis model of the thermal crown of work rolls was established using finite difference method to study roll's thermal deformation.Based on simulation results,the influences of control-efficiency factors on thermal crown are presented and the thermal crown of work rolls is analyzed after taking sub-cooling of sprinkling beam into consideration.It has been found that the control-efficiency factor of any position on the roll's surface is linear function of the temperature and the control ability of water temperature is stronger than other control parameters.In addition,the verification of the model has been carried out based on the producing technology data in some factories and the numerical simulation results coincide well with the experimental data.Therefore,this work has important value for on-line control of roll's crown in cold rolling. 展开更多

A simple main circuit topology employed in this pulse generator can reduce the cost meanwhile it still meets special requirements for pulsed electric fields (PEFs) in food process. The pulse generator utilizes a complex programmable logic device (CPLD) to generate trigger signals. Pulse-frequency, pulse-width and pulse-number are controlled via RS232 bus by a computer. In this study, the suitability of current design methods for the 0.2% proof yield strength of the comer regions for high strength cold-formed steel at normal room temperature was investigated. The current standard predictions are generally accurate for outer comer specimen but conservative for inner comer specimen. Based on the experimental results, an analytical model to predict the comer strength of high strength cold-formed steel at normal room temperature was also proposed. The comparison indicated that the proposed model predicted well the comer strength of high strength cold-formed steel not only at normal room temperature but also at elevated temperatures. It is shown that the predictions obtained from the proposed model agree well with the test results. Generally the comer strength enhancement of high strength cold-formed steel decreases when the temperature increases. 展开更多

In order to improve the trajectory tracking precision and reduce the synchronization error of a 6-DOF lightweight robot, nonlinear proportion-deviation (N-PD) cross-coupling synchronization control strategy based on adjacent coupling error analysis is presented. The mathematical models of the robot, including kinematic model, dynamic model and spline trajectory planing, are established and verified. Since it is difficult to describe the real-time contour error of the robot for complex trajectory, the adjacent coupling error is analyzed to solve the problem. Combined with nonlinear control and coupling performance of the robot, N-PD cross-coupling synchronization controller is designed and validated by simulation analysis. A servo control experimental system which mainly consists of laser tracking system, the robot mechanical system and EtherCAT based servo control system is constructed. The synchronization error is significantly decreased and the maximum trajectory error is reduced from 0.33 mm to 0.1 mm. The effectiveness of the control algorithm is validated by the experimental results, thus the control strategy can improve the robot's trajectory tracking precision significantly. 展开更多
