Methods The testicular specimens at different ages were divided into three groups: fatal group ( n = 4 ), adult group ( n = 4) and old men group ( n = 4). The patients with azoosperrnia were divided into three groups: hypospermatogenesis group ( n = 7), spermatogenic arrest group ( n = 13) and sertoli-cell-only (SCO) ) syndrome group ( n = 3 ). The expression level of NYD-SP6 gene was detected by realtime PCR. Results Compared with adult group, the expression level of NYD-SP6 gene was decreased significantly in fatal and old men group, spermatogenic arrest group and SCD syndrome group ( P 〈 0.01 ),展开更多
