目的:对生精赞育汤治疗少弱精子型男性不育症的效果和对精子量的提高进行评价和分析.方法:本次研究中选择和分析了2019年11月至2021年4月之间在本院当中进行了少弱精子型男性不育症治疗的62例患者的资料,所有的患者均实施生精赞育汤进... 目的:对生精赞育汤治疗少弱精子型男性不育症的效果和对精子量的提高进行评价和分析.方法:本次研究中选择和分析了2019年11月至2021年4月之间在本院当中进行了少弱精子型男性不育症治疗的62例患者的资料,所有的患者均实施生精赞育汤进行治疗,对患者治疗后的效果、治疗前后精液量、精子密度、a级精子、a+b精子、性激素数据以及治疗安全性进行对比.结果所有的62例患者当中治疗显效的患者有32例(51.61%),治疗有效的患者有21例(33.87%),治疗无效的患者有9例(14.52%),治疗总有效率为85.48%.治疗之后患者的精液量均高于治疗之前,患者的精子密度、a级精子比以及a+b级精子均比治疗之前更好,组别数据进行对比后有意义(P<0.05).患者实施治疗后其睾酮明显高于治疗前,数据对比后存在意义(P<0.05);其他数据相较于治疗之前差异程度较小,数据对比之后没有意义(P>0.05).所有的62例患者当中有1例患者发生了口干的情况,1例患者在实施治疗初期发生了轻微腹痛的情况,患者的不良反应总发生率为3.23%,患者发生不良反应之后均自行进行缓解,所有的症状出现的过程中没有实施特殊的处理.结论:在治疗少弱精子型男性不育症患者时,对其采取生精赞育汤具备较好的效果,可显著提升患者的精子密度、精液量以及精子活力,治疗的安全性较高,值得在临床内推广并且使用. 展开更多

Actin can be found in all kinds of eukaryotic cells, maintaining their shapes and motilities, while its dynamics in sperm cells is understood less than their nonmuscle somatic cell counterparts. Spermatogenesis is a complicated process, resulting in the production of mature sperm from primordial germ cell. Significant structural and biochemical changes take place in the seminif-erous epithelium of the adult testis during spermatogenesis. It was proved that all mammalian sperm contain actin, and that F-actin may play an important role during spermatogenesis, especially in nuclear shaping. Recently a new model for sperm head elonga-tion based on the acrosome-acroplaxome-manchette complex has been proposed. In Drosophila, F-actin assembly is supposed to be very crucial during individualization. In this mini-review, we provide an overview of the structure, function, and regulation characteristics of actin cytoskeleton, and a summary of the current status of research of actin-based structure and movement is also provided, with emphasis on the role of actins in sperm head shaping during spermiogenesis and the cell junction dynamics in the testis. Research of the Sertoli ectoplasmic specialization is in the spotlight, which is a testis-specific actin-based junction very important for the movement of germ cells across the epithelium. Study of the molecular architecture and the regulating mechanism of the Sertoli ectoplasmic specialization has become an intriguing field. All this may lead to a new strategy for male infertility and, at the same time, a novel idea may result in devising much safer contraception with high efficiency. It is hoped that the advances listed in this review would give developmental and morphological researchers a favorable investigating outline and could help to enlarge the view of new strategies and models for actin dynamics during spermatogenesis. 展开更多

A 3-month feeding experiment was conducted in an in-door seawater system to investigate the effect of dietary vitamin E (Ve) on the sperm quality of turbot (Scophthalmus maximus). D-α-tocopherol acetate was supplemented to the basal (control) diet (65.14 mg kg-l Ve) to obtain low and high levels of dietary Ve (244.60 mgkg-1, LVe; 721.60 mg kg-1, HVe). Compared with the con- trol, sperm concentration was significantly increased in Ve-supplemented groups (LVe and HVe); while relative sperm volume and testis-somatic index were significantly increased in group HVe only. Sperm motility duration was significantly longer in group HVe than in the control, but no significant difference was observed in percent motility among groups. Sperm size, the uniformity of mito- chondrial size, and the integrity of mitochondria cristae and plasma membrane were improved by dietary Ve, especially in HVe. The content of Ve in testis and liver as well as polyunsaturated fatty acids in sperm increased with dietary Ve. The phenomenon of atomic collapse and revival predicted by Jaynes-Cummings model is demonstrated. Solutions are consis- tent with the precious such as using the operator method. Furthermore, the Jaynes-Cummings Hamiltonian including the anti-rotating term is also solved precisely using this accurate way so that results agree with experiments better. Essences of the anti-rotating term are revealed. We discuss the relations of the phenomenon of atomic collapse and revival with the average photons number, the light field phase angle, the resonant frequency, and the size of coupling constant. The discussions may make one select suitable conditions to carry out experiment well and study the virtual light field effect on cavity quantum electrodynamics. 展开更多

High Accuracy Calculation for Excited-State Energies of H Atoms in a Magnetic Field 被引量:3

Using the recently developed finite-basis-set method with B splines, excited states of H atoms in a magnetic field have been calculated. Energy levels are presented for the ten excited states, 2so, 3d'0, 3po, 3p-1, 3d_1, 4d-1, 3d-2, 4d-2, 4f-2 , and 5f-2 as a function of magnetic field strengths with a range from zero up to 2.35 × 10^6 T. The obtained results are compared with available high accuracy theoretical data reported in the literature and found to be in excellent agreement. The comparison also shows that the current method can produce energy levels with an accuracy higher than the existing high accuracy method [Phys. Rev. A 54 (1996) 287]. Here high accuracy energy levels are for the first time reported for the 3d'0, 4d-1, 4d-2, 4f-2, and 5f-2 states. 展开更多

Within a simple model with an ultracold ion coupled to a cantilever with only few vibrational quanta, we solve the dynamics of the coupling system by a squeezed-state expansion technique, and can in principle obtain the exact solution of the time-evolution of the coupling system in the absence of the rotating-wave approximation. In this research, the concentration and activity of oxidants and anti-oxidants in turbot semen, and their effects on sperm quality were studied. The results showed that superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase, glutathione reductase(GR), uric acid, vitamin E(VE) and vitamin C(VC) were more abundant in seminal plasma than in spermatozoa. The variation for each of them was specific. In seminal plasma, the activity of SOD and GR increased from November 15, November 30 to December 15, and then decreased on December 30. The concentrations of both VC and uric acid decreased during the first 3 sampling times and increased on December 30. The oxidants in seminal plasma accumulated to the highest on December 30. Lactic acid(LA) and ATP levels decreased to the lowest on December 30. The correlation analysis showed that GR had the significant positive relevance to sperm motility and VSL/VCL, while ·OH had negative relevance to them. 展开更多

According to JJF1059.2-2012 and CNAS-GL06, the measurement uncertainty of four indicators (semen volume, sperm motility and validity, progressive motility, abnormal sperm percentage) of boar fresh semen, as well as its influencing factors, was analyzed. The results showed that the measurement uncertainty of semen volume and progressive motility caused by inspectors was low, and their measurement results reliability was high. There were small differences in measurement results of semen volume and progressive motility among inspectors. However, the measurement uncertainty of sperm motility and abnormal sperm percentage was relatively large, and great differences were found among different inspectors. Therefore, the training of inspectors' measuring sperm motility and abnormal sperm percentage should be strengthened, and the comparison of measurement results among inspectors should be performed in the future. 展开更多
