高速/超高速成型磨削技术作为航空发动机、精密齿轮和5G智能等国之重点工程,超硬材料电镀砂轮已经成为其不可或缺的工具之一。受国外技术封锁影响,加之我国电镀砂轮起步晚,目前我国电镀砂轮技术落后。其重要原因为缺乏专业精密整形装备... 高速/超高速成型磨削技术作为航空发动机、精密齿轮和5G智能等国之重点工程,超硬材料电镀砂轮已经成为其不可或缺的工具之一。受国外技术封锁影响,加之我国电镀砂轮起步晚,目前我国电镀砂轮技术落后。其重要原因为缺乏专业精密整形装备,制造精度低,严重制约了其工业化应用。攻克电镀砂轮复杂型面精密整形技术,突破技术封锁,对于推动高速/超高速成型磨削技术工业化,提升航空航天、军事等行业复杂型面关键零部件制造精度,保证国家安全等方面地位有着重要指导意义和战略意义。查阅了国内外超硬材料制品修整技术,分析了超硬材料电镀砂轮轮廓特征以及修整机理,揭示了目前电镀砂轮复杂型面精密整形存在的技术壁垒。通过分析现阶段业内相关修整设备,推导出“硬修整”是目前保证砂轮轮廓的可靠工艺手段。并指出未来修整装备应走定制化道路,并重点从精密对刀技术、修整干涉CNC干预技术、工具砂轮损耗规避/量化补偿等方面开展专用设备研发。同时指出激光烧蚀工业化是未来超硬材料修整的重点研究方向之一。 展开更多

An extensive study using a two-axis diamond turning machine is conducted to machine the reflector arrays used for laser diode beam shaping. To position the workpiece precisely, theoretical analysis is made so that the dimensional accuracy can be achieved. Investigations into machining burr reduction are carried out. With the process developed, reflectors with optical surface finish of 8 nm in Ra and minimized burr size of less than 0.5 μm have been achieved. 展开更多

Metal superhydrophobic surfaces with anisotropic wettability and adhesion have become more and more important due to their promising applications. Herein, we report a new fabrication strategy through a combination of pulsed laser ablation and low-temperature annealing post-processing. An inclined cone structure array is made on stainless steel surfaces, and then 120 °C low-temperature annealing is applied. Such surface displays excellent mechanical durability and anisotropic superhydrophobicity. It is demonstrated experimentally that the contact angle of water droplets on the surface is different along the parallel(167° ±2°) and perpendicular directions(157° ±2°) of the inclined cone structure. The sliding behaviors of water droplets and mechanical durability of the inclined cone structures are studied. These surfaces obtained in a short time with environmentally friendly fabrication can be applied in industries for water harvesting, droplet manipulation, and pipeline transportation. 展开更多

The Unified S-Band (USB) ranging/Doppler system and the Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI) system as the ground tracking system jointly supported the lunar orbit capture of both Chang'E-2 (CE-2) and Chang'E-1 (CE-1) missions. The tracking system is also responsible for providing precise orbits for scientific data processing. New VLBI equipment and data processing strategies have been proposed based on CE-1 experiences and implemented for CE-2. In this work the role VLBI tracking data played was reassessed through precision orbit determination (POD) experiments for CE-2. Significant improve- ment in terms of both VLBI delay and delay rate data accuracy was achieved with the noise level of X-band band-width syn- thesis delay data reaching 0.2-0.3 ns. Short-arc orbit determination experiments showed that the combination of only 15 min's range and VLBI data was able to improve the accuracy of 3 h's orbit using range data only by a 1-1.5 order of magnitude, confirming a similar conclusion for CE-1. Moreover, because of the accuracy improvement, VLBI data was able to contribute to CE-2's long-arc POD especially in the along-track and orbital normal directions. Orbital accuracy was assessed through the orbital overlapping analysis (2 h arc overlapping for 18 h POD arc). Compared with about 100 m position error of CE-l's 200 kin x 200 km lunar orbit, for CE-2's 100 km x 100 km lunar orbit, the position errors were better than 31 and 6 m in the radial direction, and for CE-2's 15 km^100 km orbit, the position errors were better than 45 and 12 m in the radial direction. In addi- tion, in trying to analyze the Delta Differential One-Way Ranging (ADOR) experiments data we concluded that the accuracy of ADOR delay was dramatically improved with the noise level better than 0.1 ns and systematic errors better calibrated, and the Short-arc POD tests with ADOR data showed excellent results. Although unable to support the development of an independent lunar gravity model, the tracking data of CE-2 provided evaluations of different lunar gravity models through POD. It is found that for the 100 km x 100 km lunar orbit, with a degree and order expansion up to 165, JPL's gravity model LP165P did not show noticeable improvement over Japan's SGM series models (100x100), but for the 15 kmxl00 km lunar orbit, a higher de- gree-order model can significantly improve the orbit accuracy. 展开更多

Exocytosis of mam maUan sperm dense-core secretory granule relies on the same fusion molecules as all other secretory cells; one such molecule is the small GTPase Rab3A. Here, we report an in-depth biochemical characterization of the role of Rab3A in secretion by scrutinizingthe exocytotic response of streptolysin O-permeabiUzed human sperm to the acute application of a number of Rab3A-containing constructs and correlating the findings with those gathered with the endogenous protein. Full length, geranyigeranyiated, and active Rab3A elicited human sperm exocytosis perse. With Rab3A/Rab22A chimeric proteins, we demonstrated that the carboxy-terminal domain of the Rab3A molecule was necessary and sufficient to promote exocytosis, whereas its amino.terminus prevented calcium-triggered secretion. Interestingly, full length Rab3A halted secretion when added after the docking of the acrosome to the plasma membrane. This effect depended on the inability of Rab3A to hydrolyze GTP. We combined modified immunofluorescence and acrosomal staining protocols to detect membrane fusion and the activation status of endogenous Rab3 simultaneously in individual cells, and found that GTP hydrolysis on endogenous Rab3 was mandatory for fusion pores to open. Our findings contribute to establishing that Rab3 modulates regulated exocytosis differently depending on the nucleotide bound and the exocytosis stage under study. 展开更多

A potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KDP) optical crystal was machined to an ultra-precision surface with water-in-oil(W/O) micro emulsion polishing fluid. The micro water dissolution principle utilized in the machining process is discussed, its planarization mechanism is illustrated, and an ultra-precision polished surface with 2.205 nm RMS roughness is obtained. However, a substantial quantity of residual contamination remained on the polished surface after machining. This can seriously impact the optical performance of the crystal, and so it must be removed. Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy was used to conduct an investigation into the composition of the surface residue, and the results showed that the residue was comprised of organic chemicals with hydrocarbon chains and aromatic ether, i.e., mostly the polishing fluid. The cleaning method and the principle on which the KDP ultra precision surface investigation is based are discussed in detail, and the cleaning experiments with selected KDP-compatible organic solvents were then performed. FTIR transmittance spectra measurement and microscopic observations were employed to assess the effects of the cleaning process on the surface of the KDP crystal. The results showed that toluene cleaning achieved the most desirable results. This cleaning method produced a surface roughness of 1.826 nm RMS, which allows the KDP crystal to be applied to subsequent engineering applications. 展开更多
