精察细嚼《张迁碑》

Artificial propagation of Poyang Lake catfish was carried out by using artificial insemination. Under water temperature of 18-26 ℃, embryonic development of Poyang Lake catfish in impounded water was observed and recorded in detail. Embryonic development of Poyang Lake catfish encountered seven stages, and it last- ed for 47.08 h from the fertilized egg stage to the stripping stage. The hatching time of Silurus meridionalis Chen was shortest, followed by that of Poyang Lake catfish, and the hatching time of Pelteobagrus vachelli was longest. 展开更多

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of Shengjing Zhongzi Tang(生精种子汤Decoction for Generating Sperms) and Wuzi Yanzong Wan(五子衍宗丸Pills for Reproduction) for asthenospermia and oligozoospermia.Methods:Seventy patients with asthenospermia and oligozoospermia were divided into a treatment group of 35 cases treated with Shengjing Zhongzi Tang and a control group of 35 cases treated with Wuzi Yanzong Wan for 3 months respectively.The therapeutic effects were evaluated,the semen parameters were analyzed and the spermatic morphology was judged before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 91.4% with a pregnant rate of 8.6% spouses,and the markedly effective rate was 65.7%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 85.7% with a pregnant rate of 5.7% spouses,and the markedly effective rate was 54.3%.Both the total effective rate and the markedly effective rate were higher in the treatment group than those in the control group,but with no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).The spermatic density,spermatic motility and the percentage of normal spermatic morphology were obviously enhanced in the two groups with the indexes in the treatment group superior to those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Shengjing Zhongzi Tang with obvious therapeutic effects for asthenospermia and oligozoospermia can significantly enhance the spermatic density and motility,and raise the pregnant rate in spouses. 展开更多

Insight problem solving is characterized by mental impasses,states of mind in which the problem solver does not know what to do next.Although many studies have investigated the neural correlates of insight problem solving,however,the question when mental impasses occur during insight problem solving has been rarely studied.The present study adopted high temporal resolution ERPs to investigate the temporal dynamics of an impasse underlying insight problem solving.Time locked ERPs were recorded associated with problems with impasses(PWI) and problems without impasses(POI).The problem types were determined by participants' subjective responses.The results revealed an early frontocentral P2 was linked with the preconscious awareness of mental impasses and a P3a was associated with fixed attention when the impasse formed.These findings suggest the impasse may occur initially at a relatively early stage and metacognition plays an important role in insight problem solving. 展开更多

The Chinese global carbon dioxide monitoring satellite (TanSat) was launched successfully in December 2016 and has completed its on-orbit tests and calibration. TanSat aims to measure the atmospheric column-averaged... The Chinese global carbon dioxide monitoring satellite (TanSat) was launched successfully in December 2016 and has completed its on-orbit tests and calibration. TanSat aims to measure the atmospheric column-averaged dry air mole fractions of carbon dioxide (XCO2) with a precision of 4 ppm at the regional scale, and in addition, to derive global and regional CO2 fluxes. Progress towards these objectives is reviewed and the first scientific results from TanSat measurements are presented. TanSat on-orbit tests indicate that the Atmospheric Carbon dioxide GratingSpectrometer is in normal working status and is beginning to produce LIB products. The preliminary TanSat XCO2 products have been retrieved by an algorithm and compared to NASA Orbiting Carbon Observatory-2 (OCO-2) measurements during an over- lapping observation period. Furthermore, the XCO2 retrievals have been validated against eight groundsite measurement datasets from the Total Carbon Column Observing Network, for which the preliminary conclusion is that TanSat has met the precision design requirement, with an average bias of 2.11 ppm. The first scientific observations are presented, namely, the seasonal distributions of XCO2 over land on a global scale. 展开更多

To measure the pulsed neutron of a pulsed fission source, an organic scintillation fiber (OSF) detector with separation structure has been designed. The proposed detector employs UV optical fibers as the light guide... To measure the pulsed neutron of a pulsed fission source, an organic scintillation fiber (OSF) detector with separation structure has been designed. The proposed detector employs UV optical fibers as the light guide, and the sensitive region of the detector is composed of a linear array of OSFs, which are individually connected to the optical fibers. The other end of the light guide is coupled to a photomultiplier tube. The key properties of the device including the energy response, time response, neutron sensitivity, and radiation effect of the optical fiber were studied. The detector has a relatively high n/γ sensitivity ratio, which increases as the diameter of the OSF decreases, and ratios greater than 10 could be achieved when the diameter of the OSF is less than 0.3 nun. The sensitivity of the detector to neutrons ranges from 10-14 to 10-20 C cm2/n, and has a response time of 3 ns (FWHM). The proposed detector is also highly flexible. For instance, the probe can be set close to the source, while the PMT can be placed far away from radiation, allowing easy shielding. Due to these characteristics, pulsed fission neutrons in the vicinity of the source can be accurately measured. 展开更多
