睾丸微小结石症不育患者精液中NO浓度及NAG活性的相关性分析

目的探讨睾丸微小结石症(TM)不育患者精液中NO浓度及α-糖苷酶(NAG)活性的相关性。方法应用高频超声共检出59例TM不育患者,同时检测患者精液中NO浓度及NAG活性。结果 59例患者中,经典型25例(42%),局限型34例(58%);43例发生于双... 目的探讨睾丸微小结石症(TM)不育患者精液中NO浓度及α-糖苷酶(NAG)活性的相关性。方法应用高频超声共检出59例TM不育患者,同时检测患者精液中NO浓度及NAG活性。结果 59例患者中,经典型25例(42%),局限型34例(58%);43例发生于双侧,16例发生于单侧;伴精索静脉曲张(Ⅰ~Ⅲ度)43例,隐睾6例,睾丸鞘膜积液4例,睾丸囊肿6例。经典型、局限型患者双侧睾丸体积、双侧睾丸动脉阻力指数均无显著性差异,经典型患者精液中NO浓度、NAG活性及双侧睾丸动脉的峰值流速均明显不同于局限型,局限型与正常者相比无明显变化。结论 TM与精液中NO浓度及NAG活性存在着一定的相关性,但是73%TM患者伴精索静脉曲张,其机制有待于进一步研究。 展开更多

本实验检测了一种精液净化保护剂对公猪精子活率的影响,以及对存在于公猪精液中猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、伪狂犬病毒(PRV)、猪瘟病毒(CFSV)、细小病毒(PPV)和圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)5种猪病病毒的杀灭作用。用不同浓度的精液净化保... 本实验检测了一种精液净化保护剂对公猪精子活率的影响,以及对存在于公猪精液中猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、伪狂犬病毒(PRV)、猪瘟病毒(CFSV)、细小病毒(PPV)和圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)5种猪病病毒的杀灭作用。用不同浓度的精液净化保护剂处理公猪精子,检测精子活率及存活时间。结果表明:当精液净化保护剂的浓度低于1.00%时,精子活率和精液存活时间都优于空白组;用不同浓度的精液净化保护剂处理5种猪病病毒,在非精液环境中,当净化保护剂的浓度分别不低于0.156%(PCV-2)、0.156%(PPV)、0.125%(PRV)、0.125%(PRRSV)、0.156%(CSFV)时,5种相应的病毒都能全部杀灭;在精液环境中,能完全杀灭这5种病毒的净化保护剂浓度分别不低于0.063%(PCV-2)、0.125%(PPV)、0.125%(PRV)、0.125%(PRRSV)、0.250%(CSFV)。实验结果表明,在浓度低于安全使用浓度范围内应用该精液净化保护剂,既能提高公猪精子活率、延长存活时间,又能完全杀灭公猪精液中的5种常见猪病病毒。 展开更多

The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of administering VIUSID vet powder on the productive behaviour of sows and the quality of semen of boars. Two experiments were conducted on farms in the province of Sancti Spiritus, in the central region of Cuba. One was with sows, starting 21 days before parturition until weaning, and another was with boars in directed mounting. Each sow received 10 grams of VIUSID vet powder everyday, mixed with food, from 21 days before the probable date of farrowing and until weaning (33-day lactation period). In the boars, the treatment consisted of administering 10 grams of VIUSID vet powder with feed, once a day for 6 weeks (week 1 to 6); from week 7 onwards, the supplement was suspended. Results showed that, supplying VIUSID vet powder significantly improved the principal post-partum productivity indicators and significantly reduced diarrhoea and administration to boars in production for 6 weeks, which has improved spermatic motility and does not affect the other variables representative of the quality of the semen. 展开更多

Free polyamine content during algal bloom succession in the East China Sea in spring 2010

We measured the concentrations and distribution of major polyamines(spermine, putrescine and spermidine) in seawater during successive spring algal blooms in an area of frequent harmful blooms in the East China Sea. Spermine, putrescine, and spermidine concentrations were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography and ranged from 1–64, 7–81, and 0–19 nmol/L. Spermine was present at the highest concentrations, followed by putrescine and spermidine. In late April, when a diatom bloom dominated by Skeletonema costatum dispersed, polyamine concentrations increased, presumably as a result of diatom decomposition. In early May, when a dinoflagellate bloom dominated by Prorocentrum donghaiense occurred, the polyamine concentration decreased from the level seen in late April. The abundant polyamines that decomposed and were released during the diatom bloom in late April may have promoted the growth of P. donghaiense, resulting in its dominance. 展开更多
