采用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS,通过建立的线材与轧辊的3维热机耦合模型,对钢厂82B钢(/%:0.79~0.86C、0.15~0.35Si、0.60~0.90Mn、≤0.030S、≤0.030P)φ20mm至φ16.5mm 4道次预精轧过程中轧件的温度场、应力-应变场和轧制力进行... 采用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS,通过建立的线材与轧辊的3维热机耦合模型,对钢厂82B钢(/%:0.79~0.86C、0.15~0.35Si、0.60~0.90Mn、≤0.030S、≤0.030P)φ20mm至φ16.5mm 4道次预精轧过程中轧件的温度场、应力-应变场和轧制力进行数值模拟和分析。结果表明,数值模拟结果与实测结果相符;预精轧过程轧件心部温度和表面温度的差值为~130℃;运用该模型对现场轧制过程中的前滑进行了分析,得出了影响前滑的因素主要有延伸系数、轧制孔型尺寸、轧制速度以及辊径与轧件厚度比值。 展开更多

Morphological Characteristics of Smooth Muscle Cells Isolated from the Rat Ductus Deferens

The aim of this study was to establish a method of isolating and culturing smooth muscle cells from the ductus deferens of rats. Smooth muscle cells were prepared from ductus deferens by explanting technique after dissection of adventitia and intimae, and cultured in vitro. The identification of the smooth muscle cells were verified by using anti u-smooth muscle actin (a-SMA) immunohistochemistry studies. The result suggested that the cells are multi-morphous, showing long fusiform or star shapes. The apophysis of cells contacted and coalesced to each other, in some regions the cells overlapped in multilayer, while in the other regions they formed monolayer that fluctuated and showed a "peak-valley" shape. They presented a positive reaction through immunohistochemistry studies. The purity of the cells was more than 99% through this method. The culturing of smooth muscle cells by explanting technique is simple and stable. 展开更多

The sliding-rolling mixed motion behavior degrades the ball screw’s precision at different levels.Based on the sliding-rolling mixed motion between ball and screw/nut raceway,the ball screw’s precision loss considering different given axial loading and rotational speed working conditions was investigated.Since creep and lubrication relate to sliding and rolling motion wear,the creep and lubrication characteristics are analyzed under different working conditions.Besides,the precision loss was calculated considering the sole influence of sliding behavior between ball and screw and compared with the results from other current models.Finally,research on precision loss owing to the sliding-rolling mixed motion behavior was realized under given working conditions,and suitable wear tests were carried out.The analytical results of precision loss are in good agreement with the experimental test conclusions,which is conducive to better predicting the law of precision loss in stable wear period. 展开更多

In the smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method, a meshless interpolation scheme is needed for the unknown function in order to discretize the governing equation.A particle approximation method has so far been used for this purpose.Traditional particle interpolation (TPI) is simple and easy to do, but its low accuracy has become an obstacle to its wider application.This can be seen in the cases of particle disorder arrangements and derivative calculations.There are many different methods to improve accuracy, with the moving least square (MLS) method one of the most important meshless interpolation methods.Unfortunately, it requires complex matrix computing and so is quite time-consuming.The authors developed a simpler scheme, called higher-order particle interpolation (HPI).This scheme can get more accurate derivatives than the MLS method, and its function value and derivatives can be obtained simultaneously.Although this scheme was developed for the SPH method, it has been found useful for other meshless methods. 展开更多

In order to pursue the ideal criterion of "faithfulness, expressiveness, and elegance" initiated by the famous translator YAN-fu in translation and "accuracy, smoothness, and quickness" in interpretation in China, people have summarized some techniques to help the process. And generally speaking, trainers or teachers will introduce those techniques to the students respectively. Yet in this paper firstly, by taking examples from some of the text books and a few famous conferences in China, it makes a comparative analysis of the different techniques in translation and interpretation. The comparative analysis explores the most three common techniques: amplification, omission, and repetition in translation and interpretation, and draws the conclusion that translation is more formal, more rigorous, while interpretation is comparetively simple and flexiable. Based on the above analysis, then the paper suggests that the comparative analysis approaches should be used during the teaching process instead of the traditional one-way teaching. 展开更多

It is proved exact in the sense that local optimizers of a nonlinear program are precisely the optimizers of the associated penalty function under some nondegeneracy assumption. It is simple in the sense that the penalty function only includes the objective function and constrained functions, and it doesn't include their gradients. Inspired by Durfee Conjecture in singularity theory, Yau formulated the Yau number theoretic conjecture(see Conjecture 1.3) which gives a sharp polynomial upper bound of the number of positive integral points in an n-dimensional(n≥3) polyhedron. It is well known that getting the estimate of integral points in the polyhedron is equivalent to getting the estimate of the de Bruijn function ψ(x, y), which is important and has a number of applications to analytic number theory and cryptography. We prove the Yau number theoretic conjecture for n = 6. As an application, we give a sharper estimate of function ψ(x, y) for 5≤y < 17, compared with the result obtained by Ennola. 展开更多
