由于农村地区水资源匮乏、地形复杂、人口分散,且投资水平低、供水设施落后、工程建设标准低、维护人员经验不足以及管网布局不合理等原因,导致农村供水系统管网漏损严重,与国家节水型社会建设宗旨不符。从农村供水系统规划现状出发,按... 由于农村地区水资源匮乏、地形复杂、人口分散,且投资水平低、供水设施落后、工程建设标准低、维护人员经验不足以及管网布局不合理等原因,导致农村供水系统管网漏损严重,与国家节水型社会建设宗旨不符。从农村供水系统规划现状出发,按照DMA分区计量理念,建立大分区管理、村级总表管理,将区域管理指标下沉到村一级,根据用水情况进行水平衡分析,并评估区域内管网漏损状况。通过渗漏噪声监测预警等信息化管理手段,对村内管网漏水情况进行预警和报警,通过工单管理系统将DMA分区计量与有关政府部门业务相结合,利用捡漏设备精准识别漏损严重区域,分析漏损发生的具体位置和原因,实现精准控漏,从而提高农村水资源利用效率,助力建设节水型社会,逐步完成国家对漏损控制的管理目标。 展开更多

The manufacturing industry today due to worldwide competition is focused on shorter development cycle. In this situation, computer aided education (CAE) technology as a tool for simultaneous achievement of quality, cost and delivery (QCD) plays an important role. The hardware-software environment surrounding CAE has evolved. Though technological problems have been understood and general solutions have been derived and reflected in the CAE analysis software, research findings that boost the credibility of CAE have still not been incorporated fully enough into the development of design process. The real technical mechanism issue is not precisely capture. Therefore, it is important to clarify the real cause in CAE results through CAE simulation in order to assure product reliability and assurance. It is the aim of this study to realize the prediction of design analysis process through understanding of unclear technical mechanism in abnormal occurrences with the utilization of CAE simulation. In other words, it is the aim of this study to focus on issue in automotive transaxle oil seal leakage to understand, grasp, and visualize the main cause through usage of CAE analysis process. It is understood that the point of contact and pump volume was related and this could contribute towards seals quality design. We present a method for detecting oil spills in a complex scene of SAR imagery,including segmenting oil spills,and avoiding false alarms.Segmentation is carried out using a multi-time and multi-hierarchical method by dividing the complex sea surface into bright sea and dark sea.Gray-based and edge-based segmentations are done to extract oil spills from bright and dark sea,respectively.The proposed method can extract complete oil spills,obtain better visual results,and increase detection probability more accurately than the traditional method.Based on the surrounding features and the oil spills’features,dark land spots and low contrast dark spots are removed efficiently,thus reducing false alarms.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has fast computation speed,high detection accuracy,and is very useful and effective for detecting oil spills in SAR imagery. 展开更多
