The maximum effective hole-diameter mathematical modei describing the flow of slightly compressible fluid through a commingled reservoir was solved rigorously with consideration of wellbore storage and different skin ...The maximum effective hole-diameter mathematical modei describing the flow of slightly compressible fluid through a commingled reservoir was solved rigorously with consideration of wellbore storage and different skin factors. The exact solutions for wellbore pressure and the production rate obtained from layer j for a well production at a constant rate from a radial drainage area with infinite and constant pressure and no flow outer boundary condition were expressed in terms of ordinary Bessel functions. These solutions were computed numerically by the Crump's numerical inversion method and the behavior of systems was studied as a function of various reservoir parameters. The modei was compared with the real wellbore radii modei. The new modei is numerically stable when the skin factor is positive and negative, but the real wellbore radii modei is numerically stable only when the skin factor is positive.展开更多

A novel study is made on the measuring accuracy of monocular and binocular, which are the two main vision measurement methods used for kinematic parameters. As satellite separation process is transient and high-dynamic, it will bring more extraction errors to the binocular. Based on the design approach of intersection measure and variance ratio, the monocular method reflects higher precision, simpler structure and easier calibration for level satellite separation. In ground separation tests, a high-speed monocular system is developed to gain and analyze twelve kinematic parameters of a small satellite. Research shows that this monocular method can be widely applied for its high precision, with position accuracy of 0.5 mm, speed accuracy of 5 mm/s, and angular velocity accuracy of 1 (°)/s.展开更多
Multiple myeloma(MM) is a common malignant hematological disease. Dysregulation of micro RNAs(mi RNAs) in MM cells and bone marrow microenviroment has important impacts on the initiation and progression of MM and drug...Multiple myeloma(MM) is a common malignant hematological disease. Dysregulation of micro RNAs(mi RNAs) in MM cells and bone marrow microenviroment has important impacts on the initiation and progression of MM and drug resistance in MM cells. Recently, it was reported that MM patient serum and plasma contained sufficiently stable mi RNA signatures, and circulating mi RNAs could be identified and measured accurately from body fluid. Compared to conventional diagnostic parameters, the circulating mi RNA profile is appropriate for the diagnosis of MM and estimates patient progression and therapeutic outcome with higher specificity and sensitivity. In this review, we mainly focus on the potential of circulating mi RNAs as diagnostic, prognostic, and predictive biomarkers for MM and summarize the general strategies and methodologies for identification and measurement of circulating mi RNAs in various cancers. Furthermore, we discuss the correlation between circulating mi RNAs and the cytogenetic abnormalities and biochemical parameters assessed in multiple myeloma.展开更多
