The inaccurate measurement for the maintenance level of an aero-engine can induce higher overhaul maintenance costs. Variable precision rough set (VPRS) theory is used to determine the maintenance level of an aero-engine. According to the relationship between condition information and performance parameters of aero-engine modules, decision rules are established for reflecting the real condition of an aeroengine when its maintenance level needs to be determined. Finally, the CF6 engine is used as an example to illustrate the method to be effective.展开更多

Meanwhile, these subpopulations will share their rewards to accelerate attribute reduction implementation.Secondly, a multi-agent ensemble strategy of co-evolutionary elitist optimization is constructed to ensure that subpopulations can exploit any correlation and interdependency between interacting attribute subsets with reinforcing noise tolerance.Hence, these agents are kept within the stable elitist region to achieve the optimal profit. The experimental results show that the proposed CCAEMR algorithm has better efficiency and feasibility to solve large-scale and uncertain dataset problems with complex noise.展开更多

Using the obtained symmetry, the similarity reduction equations of Blaszak-Marciniak four-field Lattice equation are derived. Solving the reduction, we get the solution of Blaszak-Marciniak four-field Lattice equation which not only recovers one of the solutions obtained by Ma and Hu [J. Math. Serum lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-binding protein (LBP) and anti-endotoxin core immunoglobulin G (EndoCab IgG) antibody concentrations at the time of liver biopsy were measured using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays to examine for relationships between biomarker levels and histological scores.RESULTSSerum LBP concentration was significantly increased in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) patients as compared with nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFL) subjects and was correlated with steatosis (r = 0.38, P < 0.0001) and ballooning scores (r = 0.23, P = 0.01), but not with the severity of lobular inflammation or fibrosis. Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that LBP was associated with steatosis score and circulating C-reactive protein, aspartate aminotransferase, and fibrinogen levels. Serum EndoCab IgG concentration was comparable between NASH and NAFL patients. No meaningful correlations were detected between EndoCab IgG and histological findings.CONCLUSIONLBP/EndoCab IgG were not correlated with lobular inflammation or fibrosis. More accurate LPS biomarkers are required to stringently assess the contribution of endotoxemia to conventional NASH.展开更多

VP31(WSV340/WSSV396), an envelope protein of white spot syndrome virus(WSSV), contains an Arg-Gly-Asp(RGD) peptide domain known as a cellular attachment site. At present, the process of VP31 interacting with shrimp host cells has not been explored. Therefore, the VP31 gene was cloned into p ET30a(+), expressed in Escherichia coli strain BL21 and purifi ed with immobilized metal ion affi nity chromatography. Four gill cellular proteins of shrimp( Fenneropenaeus c hinensis) were pulled down by an affi nity column coupled with recombinant VP31(r VP31), and the amino acid sequences were identifi ed with MALDI-TOF/TOF mass spectrometry. Hemocyanin, beta-actin, arginine kinase(AK), and an unknown protein were suggested as the putative VP31 receptor proteins. SDS-PAGE showed that AK is the predominant binding protein of VP31. An i n vitro binding activity experiment indicated that recombinant AK's(r AK) binding activity with r VP31 is comparable to that with the same amount of WSSV. These results suggested that AK, as a member of the phosphagen kinase family, plays a role in WSSV infection. This is the fi rst evidence showing that AK is a binding protein of VP31. Further studies on this topic will elucidate WSSV infection mechanism in the future.展开更多
