随着全球经济迅速增长,全世界各个国家之间的经济贸易往来愈加频繁,货物的产量和运输频率飞速提升,在国际货物运输中海上贸易往来已经成为全球经济化共同化发展的重要环节。而海上货物的运输货物种类不同、大小质量不一、形状不规则等... 随着全球经济迅速增长,全世界各个国家之间的经济贸易往来愈加频繁,货物的产量和运输频率飞速提升,在国际货物运输中海上贸易往来已经成为全球经济化共同化发展的重要环节。而海上货物的运输货物种类不同、大小质量不一、形状不规则等一系列问题,都让海上货物的运输难度不断增大,尤其是迄今为止大多数海上运输工人货物装箱装船仅凭工作经验进行操作,而在具体的实践操作中并没有确切的装载标准。因此对于海上运输货物由于装载系固的问题导致货物发生倾翻乃至损坏,导致了严重的运输失误和财产损失。本文将从海上运输的货物的系固现状的分析和对该方向提出的建议。 展开更多

Based on some assumptions, the dynamic analysis model of anchorage system is established. The dynamic governing equation is expressed as finite difference format and programmed by using MATLAB language. Compared with theoretical method, the finite difference method has been verified to be feasible by a case study. It is found that under seismic loading, the dynamic response of anchorage system is synchronously fluctuated with the seismic vibration. The change of displacement amplitude of material points is slight, and comparatively speaking, the displacement amplitude of the outside point is a little larger than that of the inside point, which shows amplification effect of surface. While the axial force amplitude transforms considerably from the inside to the outside. It increases first and reaches the peak value in the intersection between the anchoring section and free section, then decreases slowly in the free section. When considering damping effect of anchorage system, the finite difference method can reflect the time attenuation characteristic better, and the calculating result would be safer and more reasonable than the dynamic steady-state theoretical method. What is more, the finite difference method can be applied to the dynamic response analysis of harmonic and seismic random vibration for all kinds of anchor, and hence has a broad application prospect. 展开更多

Meta-analysis of effects of obstructive sleep apnea on the renin-angiotensinaldosterone system 被引量:42

Background Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is the most common cause of resistant hypertension, which has been proposed to result from activation of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS). We meta-analyzed the effects of OSA on plasma levels of RAAS components. Methods Full-text studies published on MEDL1NE and EMBASE analyzing fasting plasma levels of at least one RAAS component in adults with OSA with or without hypertension. OSA was diagnosed as an apnea-hypopnea index or respiratory disturbance index 〉 5. Study quality was evaluated using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale, and heterogeneity was assessed using the 12 statistic. Results from individual studies were synthesized using inverse variance and pooled using a random-effects model. Subgroup analysis, sensitivity analysis, and meta-regression were performed, and risk of publication bias was assessed. Results The meta-analysis included 13 studies, of which 10 reported results on renin (n = 470 cases and controls), 7 on angiotensin II (AnglI, n = 384), and 9 on aldosterone (n = 439). AnglI levels were significantly higher in OSA than in controls [mean differences = 3.39 ng/L, 95% CI: 2.00-4.79, P 〈 0.00001], while aldosterone levels were significantly higher in OSA with hypertension than OSA but not with hypertension (mean differences = 1.32 ng/dL, 95% CI: 0.58-2.07, P = 0.0005). Meta-analysis of all studies suggested no significant differences in aldosterone between OSA and controls, but a significant pooled mean difference of 1.35 ng/mL (95% CI: 0.88-1.82, P 〈 0.00001) emerged after excluding one small-sample study. No significant risk of publication bias was detected among all included studies. Conelusions OSA is associated with higher AnglI and aldosterone levels, espe- cially in hypertensive patients. OSA may cause hypertension, at least in part, by stimulating RAAS activity. 展开更多

A stress analysis of the Sarafix external fixator design was performed using finite element analysis (FEA) and experimental tensometric measurements. The study was conducted at one of the Sarafix fixator configurations that have a clinical application in the treatment of tibia fractures. The intensity of principal and yon Mises stresses generated at two measuring points (MP) on the fixator connecting rod were monitored and analyzed during the testing on axial compression on the fixator design and its finite element model (FEM). The 3D geometrical and FEM model of the fixator was formed using the computer aided design/computer aided engineering (CAD/CAE) software system CATIA. Verification of the results for the dominant principal stresses obtained from FEA was carried out through tensometric measurements. The measuring chain consisted of strain gauges connected into two Wheatstone half-bridges, digital measuring amplifier system and a computer with software for acquisition and monitoring of measurement results. A quite good agreement was observed between the results obtained on the basis of FEA and results of experimental tensometric analysis, 展开更多

Generalized linear mixed models(GLMMs)have been widely used in contemporary ecology studies.However,determination of the relative importance of collinear predictors(i.e.fixed effects)to response variables is one of the challenges in GLMMs.Here,we developed a novel R package,glmm.hp,to decompose marginal R2^(2)explained by fixed effects in GLMMs.The algorithm of glmm.hp is based on the recently proposed approach‘average shared variance’i.e.used for multivariate analysis.We explained the principle and demonstrated the use of this package by simulated dataset.The output of glmm.hp shows individual marginal R2^(2)s that can be used to evaluate the relative importance of predictors,which sums up to the overall marginal R2^(2).Overall,we believe the glmm.hp package will be helpful in the interpretation of GLMM outcomes. 展开更多
