基础实验室系管模式的思考

分析了基础实验室室管模式存在的问题，指出基础实验室实行系管模式的必要性， 提出了系管模式实施过程中应解决的几个问题。

ANALYSIS TOOL OF REQUIREMENT AND ARCHITECTURE MANAGEMENT IN COMPLEX SYSTEM

To facilitate system integration and evolution, modeling of complex systems requires a complementary management of system requirements and the architecture. Software tools are essential to support the above management effectively. The envisaged analysis tool for requirement and architecture management （ATRAM） is used to address the following 3 issues： （1） system requirements; （2） architecture presentation （modeling）; （3） representation （marking-up） and traceability between the components of both sides. In ATRAM, a set of analysis tools is proposed. It includes a tool assisting in the generation/development of requirement documents pertaining to the architecture of composed systems, and an XML based tool for interoperability checking. It is useful for analyzing the influences of the change on enterprise system requirements or the architecture.

Cellular Automaton Models of Highway Traffic Flow Considering Lane-Control and Speed-Control

As two kinds of management modes of highway tramc control, lane-control, and speed-control produce different effect under different conditions. In this paper, traffic flow cellular automaton models for four-lane highway system with two opposing directions under the above two modes are established considering car and truck mixed running. Through computer numerical simulating, the fundamental diagrams with different parameters are obtained, and after the analysis of density-flux diagrams, the variation discipline of flux with traffic density under different control models is gained. The results indicate that, compared with lane-control, utilization ratio of road can be further improved with speed-control when the truck number increases. The research result is of great significance for reasonable providing theoretical guidance for highway traffic control.

On the informationization of accounting information in China： The perspective of accounting information systems and its regulatory framework in the USA

The informationization of accounting information systems has brought many improvements to those systems. This paper highlights some of those significant advances in the informationization of accounting information systems in China. As China has become a major industrial power in the international economy, further improvements for these information systems are critical to the continued successes of China. To additionally improve these systems, China can draw upon the systems from other world economic leaders. With its fully developed capital markets, the United States offers development experience for the external reporting components of a fully integrated information system. This paper discusses a typical integrated information system in the United States and addresses the regulatory milestones that were instrumental in the development of those external components of accounting information systems. Recommendations are presented for improving informationization of systems in China based on U.S. systems＇ responses to those milestones.

A comprehensive evaluation of enterprise emergency management capacity （EEMC） based on variable weight gray cluster

On the basis of the initial definition of Enterprise Emergency Management Capacity（EEMC）, the paper has established evaluation index system of EEMC, and provided a method to calculate index weight, with the regard to subjectivity existing in the comprehensive evaluation of EEMC multi-indicators, in accordance with the principle of Variable weight Gray Cluster, which makes the weight of indicators generate automatically in the evaluation process and not judged by human, thus decreasing subjective factors during the evaluation.

Research on the Architecture of the CAD System of a Magnetic Bearing Based on Pattern-oriented

The architecture of the CAD system of a magnetic bearing is established by using pattern-oriented software architecture. Based on the pipe-filter pattern, all the present resources come from different developing environments, aiding the design of a magnetic bearing system, can be integrated into the system. Replacing the original pipes with database, the concurrent design can be realized in the design process, which changes the serial mode of traditional manufacture. The distributed and heterogeneous design resources can be integrated into the system and shared by importing the broker pattern. Combining pipe-filter pattern with broker pattern, the system is opening and easy to maintain and extend.

Study of Commercial Bank Risk Monitoring Model in Individual Consumption Credit

With the development of individual consumption credit (ICC) in China, commercial banks have been exposed to more and more risks. The loan failure has been an important problem that the banking must face and revolve. This paper develops a factor system to explain how the borrower's risk is affected, and then establishes a risk monitoring model with AHP to pre-warn the banks how much the risk is.

The factors that affect the participation of social organizations in pension service are analyzed

At present, the aging situation of China＇s population is becoming more and more serious. By the end of 2016, there were 231 million people over the age of 60 in China, accounting for 16.7% of the total population. About 150 million people aged 65 and over make up 10.8 percent of the total population. China is expected to enter the peak period of population aging by 2035. Therefore, the government as a single pension service main body management pattern already can not adapt to our country entered the aging society, mobilize and fostering social organizations to participate in the pension services is to build perfect endowment service system, satisfy people pension service demand model of a kind of indispensable. In view of the development of social organizations has just started in our country, there exist many problems and difficulties, so this article USES the ISM method, for social organizations to participate in research and analyze influence factors of pension services, and then find out the social organization in the process of participation in pension service problems, put forward effective solutions.

Changes of Mobile Internet Ecosystem Structure and Suggestions for Regulatory Policy

The mobile Intemet industry has exp- erienced dramatic changes as plenty of new applications and business models emerged. This study conducts a qualitative review on the changes through adopting business ecosystem approaches. An analytical framework is estab- lished for reviewing the structure of mobile Internet business ecosystem. Then the core value, key actors, and inter-firm relationships of the mobile Internet ecosystem in the past and in the present are compared. It is found that the ecosystem structure has shifted from an MNO-centric model to a polycentric one with highly expanded value sources and di- versified keystone players. Accordingly some suggestions for regulatory policy makers are provided in terms of the roles of mobile Inter- net in social welfare improvement, the call for a convergent regulatory system, and chal- lenges for information security regulation.

A Community and Ecosystem-based Sustainable Forest Management Model for Small Islands in Maluku

The research objective was to investigate past and current forest management practices in the Maluku archipelago, then to create a better management model to improve prosperity for local communities and to guarantee sustainability of forest ecosystems for future generations. Forest land use, the deforestation process, the potential for maintaining natural production forests and the need to establish a management unit for sustainability of natural production forests （PFMU） were analysed. The analysis model used Geographic Information System （GIS） and satellite imaging. The deforestation process was analysed using the multiple regression model. The research determined the importance of two concepts i.e., （1） A macro concept involving the integration of forest development with regional development and （2） A micro concept which detailed the format of the PFMU as a sub-set of the macro concept. The macro concept involves a new Forest Land Use Plan （FLUP）, and the micro concept is a more detailed analysis of a sustainable PFMU, a Management Unit for Protection Forest （PrFMU） and a Management Unit for Conservation Forest （CFMU）. Results showed that the existing FLUCP （Forest Land Use Consensus Plan） policy rather than guaranteeing the sustainability of forests, contributed to their deforestation. The integration of forest management and regional development strategies required the establishment of a new FLUP.

Review and Prospective on Systems Engineering in China

The origin,formation and evolution of the systems engineering theory accompanied QIAN Xuesen's whole life.The systems engineering theory is the concentrated reflection of QIAN's achievements and theory in all aspects.From returning to China to pioneer China's space industry,creating a new management mode of "one overall design department,two command lines",publishing Organization and Management Technology:Systems Engineering,to proposing the theory of Open Complex Giant System(OCGS) and the theory of Metasynthetic Wisdom,all these mark the formation of the Chinese school of systems engineering.Guided by QIAN's academic ideas,various major Chinese space programs have been implemented successfully which verified the fact that the systems engineering is scientific.The systems engineering has been applied to different fields of the national economy and has a development process with the distinguished characteristics of Chinese systems science.On one hand,the systems engineering is put forward deeply along the traditional systems engineering thought and theory;on the other hand,a batch of innovations that break the traditional shackles have occurred,making the Chinese systems engineering unique and outstanding compared with foreign counterparts.

Dynamic Modeling of Tubular SOFC for Marine Power System

Solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) has been identified as an effective and clean alternative choice for marine power system.This paper emphasizes on the dynamic modeling of SOFC power system and its performance based upon marine operating circumstance.A SOFC power system model has been provided considering thermodynamic and electrochemical reaction mechanism.Subcomponents of lithium ion battery, power conditioning unit, stack structure and controller are integrated in the model.The dynamic response of the system is identified according to the inertia of its subcomponent and controller.Validation of the whole system simulation at steady state and transit period are presented, concerning the effects of thermo inertia, control strategy and seagoing environment.The simulation results show reasonable accuracy compare with lab test.The models can be used to predict performance of a SOFC power system and identify the system response when part of the component parameter is adjusted.
