提出了针对时变系统响应的短时频率线性时变假设,通过将时变响应拟合成多分量线调频信号,根据线调频信号互相关理论推导了随机白噪声激励下时变系统的物理参数识别方法。该识别方法只需基于结构的加速度响应,便能识别结构的时变质量和... 提出了针对时变系统响应的短时频率线性时变假设,通过将时变响应拟合成多分量线调频信号,根据线调频信号互相关理论推导了随机白噪声激励下时变系统的物理参数识别方法。该识别方法只需基于结构的加速度响应,便能识别结构的时变质量和刚度。由于引入了调频斜率刻画响应信号的短时频率线变特征,该方法相比传统识别方法能更好地追踪快变甚至突变参数,对实际工程中的时变问题具有重要的应用价值。仿真算例中构造了1个3自由度时变结构模型,针对线性时变、周期时变和突变等情况进行了物理参数的识别,误差分析显示识别误差均在5%以内,仿真结果验证了方法的正确性和适用性。 展开更多

随着实验模态分析方法的广泛应用和不断发展,在工程应用中,研究者希望能减少限制条件,增加分析的可靠性。本文发展一种识别系统模态参数的新方法,本方法无需知道系统的输入信息且不用建立系统模型,仅通过对测试记录的响应信号进行频谱... 随着实验模态分析方法的广泛应用和不断发展,在工程应用中,研究者希望能减少限制条件,增加分析的可靠性。本文发展一种识别系统模态参数的新方法,本方法无需知道系统的输入信息且不用建立系统模型,仅通过对测试记录的响应信号进行频谱分析即可识别系统的模态参数,依据系统中各响应点的信号,先采用离散反卷积方法从各响应点信号中分离出谐波参数作为初步的识别结果,在此基础之上,结合频域空间曲线拟合的方法修正识别结果中受频谱混叠影响而偏差较大的谐波参数,再联合这些已提取的谐波参数得到系统的模态参数。通过对实际结构测试数据的分析,证明本方法只用输出数据识别的模态参数与模态分析软件用传递函数识别的结果一致。 展开更多

包装件振动可靠性的分析和优化需要构建高效准确的车辆随机振动载荷分析模型。该研究将车辆建模为单自由度参数激励系统,分析车辆在平稳载荷下的加速度响应。基于Mathieu方程分析车辆动态响应特性,结果表明,车辆响应中出现少量的大幅振... 包装件振动可靠性的分析和优化需要构建高效准确的车辆随机振动载荷分析模型。该研究将车辆建模为单自由度参数激励系统,分析车辆在平稳载荷下的加速度响应。基于Mathieu方程分析车辆动态响应特性,结果表明,车辆响应中出现少量的大幅振动响应的原因是参数激励系统中随机过程β(t)的波动引起了系统的失稳。分别构建车辆在稳态、失稳和衰减条件下的响应分析方法,建立了车辆加速度响应的概率密度函数分析方法,构建了根据记录的试验数据识别系统参数的方法。分析结果表明,该研究建立的车辆随机振动分析方法能够高效准确地再现车辆非平稳随机振动的时域特征及概率密度函数(probability density function,PDF),为研究包装件振动可靠性提供了高效准确的分析基础。 展开更多

针对轮毂电机在控制中存在转矩脉动的问题,提出了嵌入式系统与硬件矢量控制(FOC)相结合的轮毂电机三闭环驱动器的设计方案。采用基于硬件FOC控制相电流的平滑变化,减小转矩脉动,通过磁通PI和转矩PI控制器实现恒转矩输出控制;利用外置磁... 针对轮毂电机在控制中存在转矩脉动的问题,提出了嵌入式系统与硬件矢量控制(FOC)相结合的轮毂电机三闭环驱动器的设计方案。采用基于硬件FOC控制相电流的平滑变化,减小转矩脉动,通过磁通PI和转矩PI控制器实现恒转矩输出控制;利用外置磁编码器反馈,通过速度PI和距离PI控制器实现转速和位置的精确控制;结构上转矩/磁通环作为内环,速度环作为转矩环的外环,位置环作为速度环的外环实现了转矩/磁通-速度-位置三闭环PI控制系统。采用嵌入式控制器与硬件FOC通信控制,实现了驱动器的外部脉冲控制、485总线控制和CAN总线控制3种常用的控制方式。经过测试,本设计能降低轮毂电机运行时的转矩脉动,减少系统资源的占用,缩短开发周期,降低开发成本,保证了系统的实时性和稳定性。 展开更多

In order to obtain the primary parameters and operating characteristics of a DC motor without directly measuring its torque and rational speed, it is proposed to use a PC and a data acquisition card to acquire both the dynamic and static data of armature current to establish the performance of a DC permanent magnet motor. The accuracy and validity of this virtual test system proposed were verified by comparing the measurements made with the system proposed with the measurements made with conventional torque meters. It is concluded from the results of comparison that from the mathematic model established for the DC permant magnet motors, both major parameters and operating characteristics can be directly established for the DC motors without measuring their torques and rotational speed, a perfect on line measurement and test system has been established for the DC permanent magnet motors using the theory of virtual test system. The system proposed features shorter test time, higher efficiency and lower cost. 展开更多

To overcome the limitations of traditional monitoring methods, based on vibration parameter image of rotating machinery, this paper presents an abnormality online monitoring method suitable for rotating machinery using the negative selection mechanism of biology immune system. This method uses techniques of biology clone and learning mechanism to improve the negative selection algorithm to generate detectors possessing different monitoring radius, covers the abnormality space effectively, and avoids such problems as the low efficiency of generating detectors, etc. The result of an example applying the presented monitoring method shows that this method can solve the difficulty of obtaining fault samples preferably and extract the turbine state character effectively, it also can detect abnormality by causing various fault of the turbine and obtain the degree of abnormality accurately. The exact monitoring precision of abnormality indicates that this method is feasible and has better on-line quality, accuracy and robustness. 展开更多

The advantage of such system is that enough it has only the angular velocity sensors. The disadvantage is successive overshoot, i. e. successive transition from wheels locking mode to wheels rolling mode. So braking mechanism can’ t realize the maximum possible torque in the current road conditions. The idea of increasing the braking effectiveness is the intensity of rising pressure depends on the road conditions. The problem is the torque produced by braking mechanism, current road conditions and the value of traction coefficient is unknown For evaluation of these parameters built and training three neural networks. A simulator of random road condition's variation was built to test adequacy of the control unites operation in close to real conditions. 展开更多

A ship is operated under an extremely complex environment, and waves and winds are assumed to be the stochastic excitations. Moreover, the propeller, host and mechanical equipment can also induce the harmonic responses. In order to reduce structural vibration, it is important to obtain the modal parameters information of a ship. However, the traditional modal parameter identification methods are not suitable since the excitation information is difficult to obtain. Natural excitation technique-eigensystem realization algorithm (NExT-ERA) is an operational modal identification method which abstracts modal parameters only from the response signals, and it is based on the assumption that the input to the structure is pure white noise. Hence, it is necessary to study the influence of harmonic excitations while applying the NExT-ERA method to a ship structure. The results of this research paper indicate the practical experiences under ambient excitation, ship model experiments were successfully done in the modal parameters identification only when the harmonic frequencies were not too close to the modal frequencies. 展开更多

In this paper, the incremental harmonic balance nonlinear identification (IHBNID) is presented for modelling and parametric identification of nonlinear systems. The effects of harmonic balance nonlinear identification (HBNID) and IHBNID are also studied and compared by using numerical simulation. The effectiveness of the IHBNID is verified through the Mathieu-Duffing equation as an example. With the aid of the new method, the derivation procedure of the incremental harmonic balance method is simplified. The system responses can be represented by the Fourier series expansion in complex form. By keeping several lower-order primary harmonic coefficients to be constant, some of the higher-order harmonic coefficients can be self-adaptive in accordance with the residual errors. The results show that the IHBNID is highly efficient for computation, and excels the HBNID in terms of computation accuracy and noise resistance. 展开更多

Based on 1,3-propanediol production from batch fermentation of glycerol by Klebsiella pneurnoniae, a multistage dynamic system and its parameter identification are discussed in this paper. The batch fermentation process is divided into three stages exhibiting different dynamic behaviors and characteristics, from which a corresponding nonlinear multistage dynamic system is built. We then propose a parameter identification optimization model whose objective function is the average relative error. The model is solved by particle swarm optimization weighted by inertia, and the result shows that the relative error of our proposed model is 2-10%smaller than those of existing models. 展开更多

In this paper, we propose a special S system to describe the process of continuous glycerol fermentation to 1,3-propanediol by Klebsiella pneurnoniae. Some properties of solution for S system are discussed. Moreover, in order to identify the values of parameters such that S system can simulate the fermentation as exactly as possible, we develop a param- eter identification model, and prove the identifiability of parameters. Numerical results show that the average relative error between computational value and experimental data is 20.0875% lower than 24.4225% in previous work, which demonstrates that S system is better in describing continuous fermentation. Finally, we present a terminal steady- state optimization model with state constraints. Optimization results show that the maximum volume yields of 1,3-propanediol at terminal moment increased from 114.3 to 124.911 mmol L-1 h-1. The results provide reference for the commercial production of 1,3-propanediol. 展开更多
