It is based on a flexible and modular software architecture (Framework Engine), in which each functional module (representing the GNC subsystems) implements a key functionality of the GNC (Guidance Navigation and Control). Modules communicate by means of standardised interfaces designed for exchange of necessary information among the modules composing the entire system. This approach permits the interchange-ability of each subsystem without affecting the overall functionalities of the GNC system. In this paper, the TBRA system, together with the implemented functional modules will be described. Tests results will be reported and future development will be discussed.展开更多

The new MIT system avoids frequently looking into the instrument and decreases sartificially reading residual from the hardware debugging to the test process. It makes the process of data acquisition easier and enhances the accuracy and efficiency of detection in the system. It also gives a detailed description to optimize the design of software and hardware. The voice broadcast subsystem has the advantages of simple integral structure, high quality sound, low cost, convenient function expansion, which can be used as a template based on the WT588D modular applied in other related fields.展开更多

Power system utilizes a SVHPWM (space-vector-based hybrid pulse width modulation) for a reduced harmonic distortion and switching loss. Associated electromagnetic interference mitigation and cooling requirements are significantly reduced. Voltage source inverter drives a three-phase MLC200 flywheel. The modularity of the proposed topology also simplifies overall system design and manufacturability. The system topology and control strategy are discussed. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the harmonic distortion and switching loss reduction and reduced line current ripple.展开更多

This strategy offers great flexibility in terms of the introduction of mono- or multi-functionality by the inclusion of one or more adamantane-based modules with the desired functionalities. As proof of concept, phenylboronic acid (PB) containing adamantane (PB-AD) was used as a model module in the hope of offering enhanced cytosolic delivery in con- sideration of the special affinity of PB groups with cell membranes. The physicochemical properties of the complexes formed with plasmid DNA, such as particle size, zeta potential and morphology were investigated. Confocal laser scanning microsco- py and flow cytometry experiments demonstrated the important contribution of the functional PB-AD module to the consider- ably enhanced intracellular internalization and uptake by cellular nuclei. Compared to the parent CD-TAEA, PB-AD/CD- TAEA assemblies mediated higher transfection rates, which were even comparable to that of PEI25K. In addition, PB-AD/CD- TAEA displayed much lower cytotoxicity than PEI25K in both 293T and HeLa cell lines. The encouraging results suggest that CD-TAEA can be developed as a powerful template capable of readily accommodating various AD-based modules giving versatile functionalities for improved transfection.展开更多

The system is composed of particle collector sensor (PCS), particle image sensor (PIS), image remote transmit module and image processing system. Then some details of image processing are discussed. The main advantage of this system is more convenient in particle sample collection and particle image acquisition. The particle size can be obtained using the system with a deviation abot less than 1 μm, and the particle number can be obtained without deviation. The developed system is also convenient and versatile for other analyses of microparticle for academic and indttstrial application.展开更多
