The performance simulation of the Reed-Solomon(RS)+ Bose-Chaudhuri-Hocguenghem(BCH) inner-outer serial concatenated code is implemented and the conceptions of encoding/decoding the parallel-concatenated code are presented. Furthermore, the simulation results for the RS(255,239) +RS(255,239) code and the RS(255,239) +RS(255,223) code show that the two consecutive concatenated codes are a superior coding scheme with such advantages as the better error correction, moderate redundancy and easy realization compared to the classic RS(255,239) code and other codes, and their signal to noise ratio gains are respectively 2-3 dB more than that of the RS(255,239)code at the bit error rate of 1 × 10^-13. Finally, the frame structure of the novel consecutive concatenated code is arranged to lay a firm foundation in designing its hardware.展开更多

One way of solving this problem is designing an effective inverse filter. Since the problem is ill-conditioned, a small uncertainty in the measurement will came large deviation in reconstncted signals. The amplified noise has to be suppressed at the sacrifice of biasing in estimation. The paper presents a kind of designing method of inverse filter in frequency domain based on stabilized solutions of Fredholm integral equations of the fast kind in order to reduce dynamic errors. Compared with previous several work, the method has advantage of generalization. Simulations with different Signal-to-Noise ratio (SNR) are investigated. Flexibility of the method is verified. Based on the 1983~2011 CMAP data,the precipitation anomaly in East Asia and its nearby sea regions(hereafter called East Asia for short) demonstrates the "+-+" pattern before 1999 and the "-+-" pattern afterw...Based on the 1983~2011 CMAP data,the precipitation anomaly in East Asia and its nearby sea regions(hereafter called East Asia for short) demonstrates the "+-+" pattern before 1999 and the "-+-" pattern afterwards; this decadal change is contained principally in the corresponding EOF3 component.However,the NCC_CGCM forecast results are quite different,which reveal the "+-+-" pattern before 1999 and the "-+-+" pattern afterwards.Meanwhile,the probability of improving NCC_CGCM's forecast accuracy based on these key SST areas is discussed,and the dynamic-statistics combined forecast scheme is constructed for increasing the information of decadal change contained in the summer precipitation in East Asia.The independent sample forecast results indicate that this forecasting scheme can effectively modify the NCC_CGCM's decadal change information contained in the summer precipitation in East Asia(especially in the area of 30°N–55°N).The ACC is 0.25 and ACR is 61% for the forecasting result based on the V SST area,and the mean ACC is 0.03 and ACR is 51% for the seven key areas,which are better than NCC_CGCM's system error correction results(ACC is -0.01 and ACR is 49%).Besides,the modified forecast results also provide the information that the precipitation anomaly in East Asia mainly shows the "+-+" pattern before 1999 and the "-+-" pattern afterwards.展开更多

It is also a new multidisciplinary based on behavioral science, cognitive science, information processing, system analysis and probability statistics in order to analyze, predict, reduce and prevent human errors. Firstly, the quantitative analysis model of HRA is proposed based on Markov process theory by using human error probability(HEP) and error correction cycle(ECC) as parameters. And human reliability evaluation criterion is built. Then, the HRA process considering error correction is proposed based on cognitive reliability and error analysis method(CREAM). Finally, according to the characteristics of armored vehicle system, common performance condition(CPC) in CREAM is improved.A reliability impact index is characterized by the overall contexts of tasks. Human reliability evaluation criterion of armored vehicle system is formulated. And the result of HRA is obtained based on the method presented in this paper. In addition, the relative weights are estimated by combining scale of 10/10—18/2 and analytical hierarchy process(AHP), and the triangular fuzzy number considering confidence factor and optimism index is adopted in order to reduce the subjectivity. The analysis results show that the method presented in this paper is reasonable and feasible. Meantime, the method can provide guidance for human reliability analysis of other weapon systems.展开更多
