According to control requirements of the AUV, a simple but practical adaptive PID control method is designed The semi-physical simulation is done to test the feasibility of the control system. The neural network idea and the structure of PID controller are referred to design the adaptive PID controller. An intelligent integral is introduced to improve control precision. Compaed with traditional PID con- trollers, the adaptive PID controller has simple structure, good online adjusting ability, fast convergence and good robustness. A fuzzy controller of the winding/unwinding control system used in jig-dyeing machine is introduced,which is superior to the one with conventional optimal PID controller in convergence speed and stability.Its mathematical model and transfer function are presented based on mechanism of the winding/unwinding control system.Simulation of the fuzzy controller carried out in the MATLAB(Simulink)environment proves that the control system based on fuzzy controller is superior in quality,precision and operation to a conventional optimal PID controller.The outlined experimental results also show the effectiveness and the robustness of the fuzzy PID controller in good dynamic performance,high robustness to parameter variation and disturbance. 展开更多

A novel precision vibration-assisted micro-engraving system was developed by the integration of fast tool servo and ultrasonic elliptical vibration system, in which the flexure hinge was designed to avoid backlash and PID control algorithm was established to guarantee specific precision. Apart from experimental validation of the performance of the system, various micro-V-grooves cutting experiments on aluminum alloy, ferrous material and hard cutting material were performed, in which Kistler force sensor was used to measure cutting force. Through experiments, it was clear that the vibration-assisted micro-engraving system can ensure good quality of micro-V-grooves and reduce cutting force by about 60% compared with traditional removal process without ultrasonic vibration. 展开更多

The wind system is adopted by most tobacco companies because of it caused least disruptive of the cut tobacco structure and the pipe network layout of system is flexible, but the wind system is greater influence by itself, different control methods are caused greater difference of process indicators, for example essence and spice ingredients, moisture proportion and smoke flavor.
